I was also VERY displeased with multiple employees, my girlfriend AND I waited our turn, and asked for help kindly. We were ignored, hurried, then rudely handed a very un -readable map. The route is NOT very obvious and the employees did not offer any assistance, it looks to me that keeping their headphones in, and making sure they look good, was more important, very much, "turn and burn" approach to rentals.

You had to book it on the website but it was so easy and fast that I was able to book it while in line. They need an ID before you can start so don't forget that! My one thing I would be whiny about is that the life vest pile had some dirty stained ones but we managed to pick out some clean looking ones from the piles. They have a separate bin for when you leave and there is a guy that apparently cleans them after. Overall we had a very chill and relaxing swan ride. Remember you don't need to be paddling the whole hour unless you want your legs to feel like jelly after. Staff was very friendly and even helped us take a group photo in the end.Would not mind going here again, definitely worth it for the good memories.

I brought my bike in to get tuned up - they have two levels of tune ups the basic for $30 and the works for $60. My bike hasn't been cleaned since I moved out here two years ago, and i ride everywhere... including the sandy beach. I dropped it off at 7am and got it back later that day $30 dollars later it's looking like a brand new bike! Highly recommend the guys at bikestation, very friendly and helpful. If your looking for a place to park your bike they also park bikes for $1 a day, $12 a month or $96 a year!

Came here today at 10am to rent a bike as soon as they open. Their website and the sign at the…read morelocation both confirmed that they open at 10am. At a little after 11am I called the first of two numbers on their contact section. The site number went to voice message with the voice saying that they couldn't come to the phone because " they were busy with customers but come by, we have plenty of bicycles". Obvious lie since me and my family had been waiting since 10am for them to open. I was able to get a hold of someone at the second number and a female told me that the manager informed them that the location was opening at 11:30. I waited past noon with nobody showing up. Decided to cut my loses and take the kids to the playground. At the very least I should have been given the courtesy of letting me know that the location was not going to open. Unprofessional, as a business they should have someone to designated as a back up in case the opener can't make it.

Part of me buying the bike was them giving me a certain percent off for a yoshi exhaust. That never happened and they never tried to offer anything to fix it. This is probably not them but my break lever had a piece missing and I didn't notice till I got home. I live 1:30 away from Long Beach. When it was time for the 600 mile service. I definitely didn't go with them. Took it to a local bike shop and they noticed bolts that were loose and they over filled the bike with oil. There's 0 communication with them. I've been waiting for my gap check for months. I've gone there multiple times. That's hours there and back yet no answer on when I can get my gap check. It's been a horrible experience dealing with Del Amo Long Beach. I bought two other bikes at two other bike shops and the employees there told me there are many customers that say the same. I would definitely advise you to go somewhere else.
