I often get the urge to try some new-to-me 'cooking things' in the kitchen (in an attempt to escape 'boredom' of the same old, same old, and etc.), and so much-appreciate how Ming Wo brings in products to "tease" one to try them!! Most-recently, for me, that has been two pieces of Emile Henry 'Flame' cookware (first a tagine, and then a large casserole dish).
