If I had known I couldn't just walk into the store for a replacement like they told me, I would've saved my money and bought one at Walmart. Boy, did I make the right choice. This Rogers wireless location is an authorized dealer location, so their held up to higher standards by Rogers. The employees are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Since this is a dealer location they can't take cash or regular debit/interac for bill payments, only major credit cards and visa/mastercard enabled debit cards from your bank. It's a direct payment online and the payment goes through right away. They will give you a receipt for it. They always have the latest phones in stock from iPhone to Samsung and are willing to give you some lessons if you need it. Definitely coming back here to upgrade my phone soon!
