One, easiest purchase I've ever made, call him give him some details and car shows up a few days later in your drive way. Two, give him the total cost of the vehicle that you have made during your search for a deal and he will beat it! Three, he will also try and beat your financing interest, in my case he beat it by a point. Four, Every where I checked monthly payment was about $700 which I couldn't afford, told him I could only do about $500, he got it to $500.55. Five, he is always looking to get you more, example I asked for Ridgeline sport and got Ridgeline RTL-E for the total principal cost I was willing to pay. I can assure you that I spent a few days checking up on cars and car prices on the web and using all the car apps so I was quite familiar with what was available. I did not want to go to a bunch of dealers and have them haunt me and haggle over prices. My brother previously bought a car from this car broker (Mike) so I gave it a go and low and behold, with a number of text exchanges, (DL, insurance, VIN, photos for the trade-in etc) I bought a great new car (2019 Nissan Kick S) for my daughter and it was delivered right to my driveway in the Hollywood Hills for a great price and we turned in a used car that my daughter had (and got a great trade-in offset for it). Caveat: I did not buy or lease from these guys, but both my spouse and I spoke with Mike while we were in the process of buying a used and new vehicle. He patiently spoke on the phone with us and explained things.We were seeking a Hyundai Ioniq 5, which is very popular right now and challenging to get. Mike explained that he would get us on waiting lists but could not predict when a car would be available, but warned us of what pricing would be like and how quickly we would have to move on it.Mike doesn't work with every dealership in southern California. When a dealership that he does not work with reached out to me directly with a car offer, he vetted the offer and told me if it was appropriate or not. Because the offer was decent and we found what we wanted, we bought the car through that dealership. Mike made no money off me or my husband. He even suggested waiting to buy given the market when we first met with him. Unfortunately, my old car gave out and I needed to buy NOW. That said, if I had reached out to Mike first, before talking to any dealers, I can guarantee you that I would have bought a car through him. I can guarantee you that I will seek him and only him out in the future. He allows you to never have to interact with a dealer. You just have to have a bit of patience.
