    It was one of those perfect days at the dealership the kind that reminds you why you love selling cars. We came in with a clear idea of what we wanted, and after a few easy conversations, we found the ideal vehicle that fit their our needs and budget friendly. The paperwork went smoothly, no hiccups, no last-minute changes just genuine excitement on both sides. There are plenty of great reasons to go with a credit union for all of those things, you should really check it out. One of the major factors for me in this credit union is the friendliness and quality of the people that work here. It's kind of like going to Cheers where everybody knows your name, and they make you feel right at home. When I'm in Orange county this is definitely my go-to Branch, as it is right down the street from where I normally stay., and their hours are perfect because I can always stop by in between meetings. Inside the branch everything is neat and clean and feels modern and fresh. Again, the real standout is the people that work here. Always friendly, always attentive, and willing to be courteous and chatty. I appreciate that as it can make it rather boring bank experience. Much more pleasurable. Added bonus, they have a coinstar machine inside, and if you are a credit Union member, you get no fees charged to exchange your coins for paper money. That in and of itself saves you easily 12 or 13%. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place enough, if you live in Orange county, or if you had lived in Orange county. This is a great place to go to join a credit union and take advantage of all of the savings that they offer their members.

    In my opinion as a dealer I would Stay far away from Lendward. They make big promises, guarantee…read moresales results, and even claim you'll get a 100% refund if they don't deliver. Well, I used their services back in December 2023 -- and guess what? They didn't deliver, and I'm still fighting to get my money back almost two years later. I first asked for my refund on March 7, 2024, followed up on July 26, 2024, and finally got an email from Frank Herman, their VP, on August 20, 2024 saying: "Working on it Mitch sir. I'll be in contact this week sir. Just need the owner here." That was the last time I ever heard anything useful. I followed up again on June 11, 2025, and still nothing. This company does NOT stand by their guarantees. They dodge, delay, and ignore you until you give up. Lendward took our money, never delivered results, and refuses to honor their refund policy. Absolute scam behavior.

When I asked to speak with someone who could advise me on opening a business account, he informed me that it could only be done online. I mentioned that I still had a few basic questions, but he again stated it was all handled online. While I was in line to make my deposit, he handed me a business card. At that point, I started to feel a bit discouraged I had hoped someone there might be knowledgeable and willing to help. When I approached the representative to make my deposit, I decided to ask her my questions, and I'm so glad I did. Celeste was incredibly helpful better than I could've hoped for. She answered my questions without hesitation and didn't make me feel like a bother. What made the experience even better was that she spoke Spanish, which is my native language. It made me feel even more comfortable and understood. I truly appreciate Celeste's assistance. She's not only a kind young lady, but also efficient, helpful, approachable, and understanding. I can't always be available to answer the phone at any given moment. They are incredibly rude and interrupt you when you try to speak. I am not satisfied with this company. Then, they call my partner, and he informed them that they call on different numbers when they do. This is my second time dealing with a car loan. I wish they were more compassionate and understanding. Oh, and I forgot they have a "help me" option. They don't realize that I have a life and that I can't drop everything. The value isn't there. They harass me and my partner. They're not fair; they push so hard that I've had enough.

I purchased this vehicle believing Kia would stand behind its warranty and prioritize customer safety.
