Starting on the drive home a strong chemical smell in the van made me sick. This continued for 6 months, despite airing out the van and getting it professionally detailed 4 times. Wish i could rate Less than 1 star. ‍ Less 3 months later afyer getting a used van the van had an issue, where it was turning off and wasnt driving past 40 mph was going into limp mode. Reached out to the dealer that sold It to me and he no response only said bring it i to service to look at it. As i work and drive the truck i didn't have time to so when i did a month later the truck was stalling on me multiple times a day .amd being unreliable. I drove my truck in there, spoke to service and they checked it out , took it for test drive and quickly came to the solution that it was my catalytic converters And that it would be very expensive,$3000. And woundt work On it until i had to talk to santiago anout the paperwork., after looking at the "dealer warranty" he said they couldn't help fix even tho i had i get the van just a few months back. Giving me the back and forth and basically the boot. While I was there there were a few other people walking in with similar problems. So that must happen often there. Very difficult to explain but he turned from a very nice person when buying into a cold, hard "salesman" just doing my job thing. So i said these guys dont want to help me and even if they did they would do a crap job.. I took to a trusted mechanic, after checking out the van he took out the converter and said that it was fine!! He fixed what the scanner said was the issue and was a $400 fix. These guys r scam vans and they sell crappy used vans, and when they mess up they dont fix them or charge you. Take ur money elsewhere. So if u want to have a similar experience go buy from here if u want to get a reliable van that works and they help if there is ever an issue go buy elsewhere. Sucks because i really like them when i was buying and was happy to give them my business ,but taking it as a lesson that they are just dealers and i was desperate for a van. read more
