There are so many dry cleaners in the area but we chose to use Universal Dry Cleaners because of the positive reviews you all left. Sure enough, you aren't wrong! My partner and i dropped off 4 of his work button downs to get dry cleaned. They were $6 each, fair price, to get the job done right. We dropped off at 10AM & were able to pick them up the next day by 3PM so quick turn around as well. The shirts were cleaned beautifully and pressed, my man is super happy with them. Recently brought in a blazer that was absolutely trashed with stains after a night of drinking, the man working was completely honest over the fact that the stains were pretty bad and might not come out which I appreciate that honesty. I called this dry cleaner before I dropped off my set of drapes and they gave me a quote, but whenever I picked them up the cost was double. When I wanted to talk to him about it he made it feel like I was stupid. I know what I asked him when getting the quote and I know what they told me. Update: The first time I went in to pick it up, the owner didn't understand what I said was wrong and only pressed the dress again, which it didn't need. The piece fell out again. While I was telling him I just wanted to get a refund, the son of the owner came out and was able to understand me, as he appeared to be a native English speaker (there's no better way to put it..), and said he would fix it. I was going out of town and would pick it up in a few days. They tried to pin it on bad alterations which were glued in instead of sewn, but the other piece was still sewn in just fine, so that didn't jive with me. However, when I went in to pick up the dress the last time, the son gave me a full refund (in cash although paid with card) and a fixed dress, although there are a few little issue spots from it being ripped out the first time I took it there. All in all, I won't be going back, but I wanted to update the review as the son fixed the issues brought about by the father. read more

Great service! They are always friendly and even offer to take my clothes to my car. I'm very happy with how my clothes are always clean when I pick them up. I tend to be clumsy and get spills and food stains all over my clothes. And each and every time they don't complain and do a perfect job of removing the stains. I can only give this establishment one star....because they did fix my purse which entailed sewing a one inch stitch to fix a buckle on my back pack. The workmanship remains to be seen. Unfortunately I am unable to provide a more positive review as the customer service was substandard (it's not about the $2) for the following reasons: - I was quoted $8 (which I wrote on my receipt) and was charged $10, again not my main issue - The person I dealt with was extremely rude when discussing the agreed upon price upon pick up....he said, "your wrong....I guess you didn't listen correctly" - Upon pick up...I waited ten minutes before he came to the front...which I was ok with as I wasn't in a hurry..however my brand named backpack was sitting by the door with other items for anyone to take (which I thought about just taking my back pack and leaving $8) I know the above points may not seem substantial in terms on the price discrepancy. However, it is about the principle of standing behind what is quoted and about treating customers with mutual respect. I always use a non-toxic dry cleaners. Why not. The chemicals used at any other place is just too harsh. Your skin is the largest and most susceptible organ you have. So that's why I'm cautious of what I clean my clothes and body with. This place is priced about the same as any other non-toxic cleaners & they get it done in a timely manner. read more

The one time I need a suit for an important event and they close early. Not a courtesy phone call to let me know, nothing. They knew I had an event I needed to attend Saturday and now the suit is useless to me.
