The pho is good and we are very regular customers. They close at 7:30 not 8:00pm. We have called no less than a dozen times at 7:30 with no answer and that is after repeated attempts because Yelp and Google say they are open until 8:00pm. So my advice if you want to eat here call before 7:30pm. Was needing some pho on a rainy day. My Co-worker and I searched and this was the only place. We sat ourselves as the waiter welcomed us in. It was not too busy and we placed our orders in right away. As my co-worker and I were chit-chatting, we began to notice a couple of tables finishing and clearing off. By this time we waited about 45 minutes for our food. I thought, "Pho doesn't take this long right?" Eventually our waiter brought our bill to pay. We looked him a little confused as we had not received our food yet! The waiter looked shocked and swiftly remedied this matter. But man. After receiving our bowl of noodles! Always on the lookout for great phò, and spotted this place while waiting for I-90 construction to lighten. Small but comfortable/modern digs doing brisk business. Our party of two had the soup and some fresh rolls. The rolls were oddly gritty/sandy, as if the herbs hadn't been washed. The soup was mediocre, lacking the deep, rich phò flavor we're accustomed to, stingy with the proteins, and mushy noodles. Didn't finish our portions. Unassuming and unpretentious fast casual restaurant in a shopping center. I ordered a large steak pho and egg rolls for take out. The service was quick and checkout was efficient. The restaurant appeared clean and bright. The pho breakdown.. Broth was balanced in flavors of savory saltiness, with undertones of ginger, beef, onions, and garlic. The broth was light and not at all oily or fatty. The meat was thinly sliced and perfectly portioned to the broth, herbs and noodles. I made a special request to not include onions and it was followed accurately. The meat was tender and bright red.. fresh. The beef had no strong tastes and showed its freshness. The bean sprouts, basil and jalapeños were freshly sliced as well as crisp. The noodles were freshly steamed and cooked al dente. Pho is a balance between the broth, and it's fresh components. You can taste the herbs along with the textures of crunchy, chewy and tender. I was very satisfied with my beef pho. The eggrolls were small but it ain't about the size.. it is about the quality and flavor. The egg roll was nicely flavored by ginger, garlic and meaty pork. No cabbage or rice noodles to distract from the umami. I loved these and could eat them by the tens!! No sauce needed. That's how good they were. Next time, I will have to order it by catering size. UH, a bit PHOGETTABLE, sadly. But for being right off of Interstate 90 on the way over Snoqualmie Pass, it was a surprise to find. The food was OK. But EXPENSIVE. Runny peanut sauce. The Vegetarian Springrolls were small and didn't have bread sticks in them. Had to add Hoisin and heat to our bowls. AND THE PUBLIC BATHROOMS WERE DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!! They are being used as janitorial rooms and are filthy. If you want to know the true worth and quality of the restaurant it is how you would rate the BATHROOMS. I cleaned the larger bathroom because I could not stand to think of one more client having to endure such FILTH. Yes, I even scrubbed the toilet. Our bill was $57. Expected more in all ways. The fellow who served us was nice enough. There was a woman on staff who was aloof and bored. Between the two of them they should be able to keep bathrooms clean and sanitary. Or get a student in the family to do a side gig cleaning for them. All it takes is a fresh coat of paint, fixing the toilet dispenser, putting a hook on the door or wall so there is somewhere to hang your purse, or provide a chair for that. Beautiful clever art mural on the wall. Why not take the empty IKEA frames that are hanging in the hall, blow up some interesting bits of the wall mural, use the frames and hang them in the bathrooms! Certainly you can buy or build a backdoor shed to put the janitorial stuff in! Had to ask fellow to turn on the Edison Bulb strings as he had forgotten. So much Wonderful potential. Oh boy this place... This pho is one of the BEST. I have ever had!!! And the broth was super tasty!!! I came here with my husband while I was pregnant and at that time I was super sensitive/ picky about what I ate since lots of things did not go well with my stomach. My husband got pho with meatballs and I got my usual pho with beef and tendon. We also got a side of the fried egg rolls. The egg rolls were crispy, not oily, and super tasty. The pho soaps were a bomb!!! The sides (basil, onion, bean sprouts, and pepper were very generous and the broth was rich and tasteful. The meat was also very good quality and the tendons were so soft, it melted in my month. Since this place in located and a street mall, there are lots of parking spot which is a plus for us both because we drive big vehicles. I do recommend this place. You may be just like me: just made it over Snoqualmie Pass in the dead of winter through a snowstorm, with sweaty palms and a nervous dog beside you, looking anxiously at the slush all over the road. That situation is kinda specific, but it demands a comforting finish. The correct place to go if you've been in that situation is Unphogettable. It's a little strip mall location just next to the Safeway right off of the freeway, and across from the LDS church where you can walk your dog who waited so patiently through the storm. And I have to give mad props to the young dude running the place for being way on top of his game. I came in, still a little road frazzled, and he got me a menu (lovely and simple) and I ordered up the classic rendition with meatballs, brisket, tendon, and all the good bits. They served it up wicked fast, and he was attentive as he filled my water glass again and again. (Side note: bad idea when you still have several hours of road trip ahead of you). Yoooooo this pho spot is on point!!!! Took the family here with my little one who is 2 years old. She hasn't quite figured out how to patiently wait for her food yet so my wife and I have this action plan of ordering a kids pho before we are even seated to minimize the wait time. Wait staff were on top of it and took our entire family order and food came out super fast. Kiddo slurped up all of her noodles. Wife ate every last bite of her rare steak pho. I got the large brisket pho and it was perfectly trimmed high grade cuts of beef. Some spots have that extra fat and gristle but this was all meat perfectly trimmed for every delicious bite. What made it special is that the chili sauce is made in house and has that homemade flavor that you can't get from production siraccha. We also ordered the spring rolls which came with some cha lua or aka Vietnamese pork roll. Hella good and perfect as an appetizer. Wife and I also got the Thai ice tea and the lychee Thai basil. Thai ice tea has that extra umph of tea flavor that other spots are lacking. The lychee Thai basil drink tho knocked my socks off. Even the kiddo that chugging that drank like it was the elixir of life. Food was so delicious that staff said he had to try the avocado, sun dried tomato egg rolls. Okay - this dish was unreal! I ordered fried egg rolls and steak pho with meatballs for pickup. I was hoping to make this my regular go-to place based on the reviews. However, the Pho is mediocre at best. The broth has no beef flavor. It just tasted one dimensional...sweet and salty. There were about 4-5 paper thin slices of beef and 1 and half meatballs cut in halves. They also overcooked the noodles. I had a lot of broken pieces of noodles and they were soggy right out of the container. The fried egg rolls looked promising at first but as soon I bit into it, it tasted off. I ended up tossing it after one bite. Not sure if I went on an off day but I hope they will improve on their broth and provide consistent quality pho. read more

Great name, simple interior, and filling food. What else could you want? The bowl of pho me and friends got was absolutely massive. I was full beyond belief and I got the extra noodles (felt like I was in a coma afterward). I got the special pho which basically consisted of a mixture of all their meats. Kinda like a sampler of all their different meat types. The broth is flavored really well and not too heavy. I think it's just right. The meats they had were pretty good. Everything was pretty good, I think the brisket was on the drier side but still pretty decent. If you're feeling Viet food, this is the place to be in North Bend. The pho was good, nothing above what you would expect. Two of my kids just ordered appetizers and they wolfed them down without complaint. Everyone really enjoyed their drinks. The one complaint I have is that the waitress said exactly the same thing after everything we ordered, "what else can I get you?" The exact same phrase in the same tone and cadence over a dozen times, it was strange and not very sincere, also even though she input our order into a digital pad at the table she managed to get my daughter's drink order wrong, she did correct the issue without complaint when it was brought to her attention but again this goes to her not engaging with guests and really listening. read more

No joke this place has the rudest server I have ever, ever met. I hate to leave negative reviews for small, locally owned places especially since the owner probably isn't even aware. The tall, young man who is usually working when we go is rude on multiple occasions he's rolled his eyes, frequently forgets drinks and items in general. No worries I get how hard it is being so busy. However this last time we went he starts off by refusing to give my toddler a cup with a lid despite having them. His reason was that the cups with lids are for bobba only (Despite us having one every other time and having a kids menu.) Okay, fine whatever. My 1.5 year old spilled some food. She's a toddler. We do our best to clean up after ourselves. Literally my husband got on the floor and was picking up what he could. (Most places in the valley stop us and tell us not to worry about it. You know good, kind service) We still do what we can. NO JOKE this kid comes out, followed us out of the place and told my husband he can get him a broom so we could clean up. I literally couldn't believe him. After him being so rude and refusing to tell us his name he finally says I'll get you my manager lol. This may or may not be some of the best pho I've ever had in my entire life, on my mom. We were visiting from California and it was super cold and rainy outside so we stopped here for lunch to warm ourselves up. For my party of 6, we were seated right away, and we all pretty much got the same order of soup and it came within 5-10 minutes. The server was super chill and he asked us where we were from and he even gave us a couple pointers on what else to do in the area. He informed us that there were shopping outlets nearby, so we went directly to the Nike outlet across the street before we headed to the airport to fly back home. Strangely enough we've passed by this place for years but never been in (usually we'd get trappers but decided to try something new!) My parents picked this up for me since i had a headache and I was impressed and sad that we hadn't tried it sooner! This is my second review of this great little place in North Bend. For some reason Yelp removed my first review for no good reason. They allow people who post bad reviews of a great place, but then indiscriminately remove good reviews from happy regular customers. If you enjoy Pho or just good tasty food, please give Unphogettable a try. My favorite is the beef brisket but the steak and chicken are also great. Sometimes I mix it up and have the beef stew or the chicken curry which are also delish. I've only been here once but will come back. Good option for takeout - they are taking orders at a front desk for now due to covid - and there's also one outdoor table which is under cover and faces the sunny side. My rice with fried tofu had such a generous portion that I have part of another meal and it tasted like it was fried in house (some places seem to use that pre-packages tofu which is ho-hum - this was delicately crispy outside and soft inside. Came with salad that was not just lettuce but some other veggies and a tasty delicate fish sauce though if you don't like fish sauce they give you soy sauce option. I noticed they also had a hand lettered sign about Banh Mi sandwiches which is good to know - it's not on the printed menu photos. I was in north bend and just found this from yelp reviews Also the Vietnamese iced coffee/milk was good and smooth and I've had some recently at other places that tasted like dirt.
