UPDATE- Two years since my last review and I still LOVE this place so much! I'm sad the owners aren't here when I've been in, but they have a new second Restaurant in Seattle I believe and I'm excited to go visit them there one of these days! Sometimes Quality and Customer Service changes when owners aren't around, but not here! It's still just as consistent and adorable! My young daughter and I will come here for lunch as a special treat. Everytime we are very well taken care of and have a delicious meal! She has brought them thank you letters that we still notice up by their Buddha and this makes her feel so special. This is our favorite Thai restaurant ever. The pad thai here is just built different. Also the panang curry is so incredibly delicious my mouth waters just thinking about it. We also enjoy the khoa yumm gai zapp. The ube shake is also a treat we come here to get often. This is a small cafe with lots of desserts and a wide variety of Thai food, I like their pad Thai that's more of a clear sauce. Generous portions. I rarely see people inside when I have gone, lots of take out. They have friendly staff and a Pac-Man arcade game the kids can play. Snoqualmie ridge has several good restaurant along the strip and this one fits in! read more

Surprisingly decent Thai food from this cafe that seems to specialize in desserts. The inside is cute, lots of pink. There is even a functional Pac Man Machine. Unfortunately they were sold out of the Halo Halo when we got there for dinner. We tried: 1) House Pad Thai (Thai style) with fried tofu - 4/5, good wok flavor, sweet and savory, very flavorful. 2) Crispy Garlic Chicken 3/5 spicy - 3.5/5, very large pieces of chicken, though it was crispy when it first came out. It would taste better and be easier to eat if it's cut smaller. 3) Black Soy Sauce Fried Rice with Chicken - 3/5, a bit bland, nothing special. The crowd came in after 6PM, and I heard the waiter say the wait for food may be over 30 minutes for dine-in. So if you are hungry, go early or expect to wait. read more

It doesn't make sense why the pictures show a bright yellow curry, if it's supposed to be more brownish. It's not just your establishment but all Thai restaurants I've been to in the US. Why call it yellow curry? Just call it Kang Karee along with pictures of what it should look like. :-) I've updated my rating after it. This restaurant is rather small and has a bubble/boba tea shop counter and another counter for Thai food. A couple tables if you eat there. I wasn't so sure about this place but after ordering our dishes of house pad Thai, Larb Gai, Jungle crispy garlic chicken and Panang curry. I am sure now! The tastes were so authentic and flavorful. The prices are decent too. They don't give that much but nowadays who does. Parking is no problem and ordering is by using the app. read more

Very cute cafe! The ambiance was amazing, with bright lights and plenty of instagrammable spots. The bright LED lights and cute plushies were a great touch. The service was also very friendly and attentive. Their taste in interior design was wonderful. As for the food, my little sister and I ordered the pad see ew and the strawberry toast. The noodles were perfectly bouncy and very flavorful! The chicken was a bit dry, but the sauce was able to balance that out nicely. For the strawberry toast, I was awestruck by how adorable the presentation of it was. The toast was nice and soft and crunchy on the edges, and the strawberry flavor was nice! It was quite sweet however, but my sister loved it. I think if I were to make one suggestion for the toast, it would be to try adding fresh strawberries, or even the jammy ones with strawberry chunks inside. Pricing was also quite reasonable, as my sister and I were able to eat all this for about $33 without tax. The lunch special also offers a great deal until 2 PM, with $12.99 per combo (what I observed as usually rice, a protein, and noodles?). Overall, definitely trying again! read more

Super disappointed in the lunch Tom Kha soup. Came to about $12 and it was about a 6 ounce cup of soup with a huge wad of white rice. Didn't want the rice, it wasn't listed on the combo, I thought I was getting soup. Would've never paid this much for soup. It tasted good though. read more

I am incredibly impressed with the customer service at Sno Thai Cafe. Our white rice was left out of the order and they brought it to our hotel for us. The pad Thai was amazing and the cashew chicken was good but not as flavorful as I like. Would definitely try again! read more

*Edit to add/update to review: the owner reached out to apologize and explained why they are up charging for dining in. I understand why, but I truly hope they change their signage or explain to the customers after seeing this review. I just hope changes are made - the food was so good and they deserve a shot now that the owner has reached out. Food was amazing and I wish I didn't have to post this, but my daughter and I were instantly turned off by the fact if we dined in we were charged a 10% fee on top on our food order. We wanted to grab a bite to eat after a long day at work and summer camp but when we walked in we instantly were told to use the ordering screen vs. finding a table to dine in. The ordering screen told us if we dined in we had to pay an extra 10%. "To save that 10%, take your order to go". Not very dine in friendly in my opinion. Felt forced to take our food to go. Probably won't go back. No one was dining when we were there at 5:30 on a Thursday - not surprised if you're up charging your patrons 10% to eat IN YOUR RESTAURANT. So odd. read more

We decided to give Sno Thai another shot after a bad experience during the pandemic a couple of years ago, and wow, things have really turned around! The food and service are way better now. We tried the yellow curry fried rice, which was delicious, and the pad see ew, which was super flavorful. They always have cool, rotating dessert options. We decided to go here after a day of looking at the waterfall. My partner and I wanted some Thai food so we were drawn to this place recommended on Yelp. The parking wasn't an issue for us hit I could it being an issue for others when it's busy. I love how they decorate the place and the music that was playing. The staff was so nice, and I believe he was one of the only ones working but he got our food out so quick. We got the pad Thai and a few others but the pad Thai was DELICIOUS, but the other things we didn't care for. It is pricey though I think. Try it out! read more

Recently moved to Snoqualmie and this was the first place we tried out. Got a Panang Curry with tofu and a House Pad Thai with Chicken. Both dishes were excellent, very flavorful, had fresh ingredients and the legit kind of spice. The lady in the kitchen who also brought out the food for takeout was very warm and friendly and one look at aunty and I knew the food was going to be awesome. Have you ever had fried rice that makes your eyes roll so far up that you can see your brain because it was so good? Yah me neither.... that is until last night. I mean this crab fried rice was legit!! What a pleasant surprise. it was so good that I could not stop until it was all gone. It was funny because I took the pictures of all our order except this. I totally forgot to take a picture of it because of being hype after I had my first bite. The Pad Thai noodles was also very good and I just loved the sweetness of it. The delicious fried Chicken is also flavorful and crispy. Our server was very funny and super attentive to us. We've burned all the calories we ate at the Snoqualmie Falls after our dinner. I will literally go out of my way to get some goooood food and if you had to choose your next Thai food place spot in the area, try this place out! When you walk in, you're greeted by the kind staff and once you're seated, you scan the QR code at your table and order right there! The order gets sent to the kitchen, so no waiting for the awkward eye contact you typically have to make with a server, hahaha. There are a couple of tables inside but did not feel cramped at all. The energy of the whole resturant also felt so comforting and homey. We got the calamari (not pictured, was too hungry to take a pic LOL), pad see ew, avocado curry, jungle crispy garlic chicken, and the khao yumm ghai zapp. I loved the texture of the pad see ew and every bite was so savory and tasty, and if you know me, I LOVE my pad see ew! We also decided to try the avocado curry and the avocado blends so well with the creamyness of the stew. The khao yumm ghai zapp was also so so good. I would recommend all, if not more, but if I had to recommend at least one thing, it would be the jungle crispy garlic chicken. On a bed of butter lettuce, you get a super crispy, sweet and aromatic outside and a juicy chicken in the inside, paired with a type of siriracha sauce. I couldn't stop reaching for it. Also! Don't miss out on the desserts. Bubble waffles? Even Filipino inspired drinks? Don't pass up on it! We rented out the restaurant for a pre wedding dinner for 30 people. The owners went above and beyond handling all the decorations for us. We gave them some pictures and they made a very nice slide show that played on 3 TVs through out the restaurant. Gust were able to order food on the app and have it brought to them. We also had a appetizer station that they kept stocked. Even though they were cooking for 30 people non stop for 3 hours, they managed to keep their quality bar high! Overall it was a very easy experience, they handled all the decorations and details for us. We would love to have events here again. read more

Wonderful cafe/restaurant with a great variety of staple Thai items on their menu. Ordered Pad See Ew, Thai Fried Rice, and Mango Sticky rice. We ate it family style and it fed 3 adults and 1 child just fine! Textures of the noodles were soft but tender. The chicken was slightly bland but the overall dishes were well seasoned. Our server was really sweet and attentive. Gave our kiddo smaller plates and utensils without us asking :) also ordered Thai iced teas and we all liked that it was sweet & creamy without making us feel overdosed from sugar. Coming into Sno Thai, it's small but cute. You'll utilize a QR code to access the menu and are required to make the order on your phone. Yes. While you are IN the restaurant and you pay right away, which is fine but they also add the tip of THEIR choice automatically, which is strange because tips are typically based on quality of service. They give you a small container with water in it and when we asked for more for our party of 6, the waiter rolled his eyes at us. We also didn't have all of the silverware we needed and they messed two of our orders up, so we had to wait even longer (we had a 3 year old with us). I was raised on Thai food and cook my own so I may be a little critical when it comes to the way the food tastes. It was okay (the website photos of the food were a bit misleading) but with 4 shared plates, a couple of special drinks, and a few appetizers we left there spending over $180 (tips of their choice included), which was very shocking! I might not be going back but understand that this was MY experience and yours might be better. RESPONSE TO THANAN: Thank you for clarifying the payment and tip situation. When we were seated at our table, we were just told to order from the phone and pay, with no other details. As I mentioned, in my opinion the food was okay and yes, everyone at the table was hungry so most of it was eaten. It looks like a lot of people really enjoy the food there and that's wonderful. One fried rice had almost no flavor, another was sitting in a puddle of oil with a strong odor and flavor of burnt garlic. We had noodles that also had no flavor and the meat was stringy. The service wasn't very friendly either. How this place has any good reviews, I don't understand. NOTE: The owner doesn't seem to like bad reviews. Has threatened to report me to get my review removed. Great restaurant and clean cafe ambiance, it gets crowded during Fridays (reading past reviews) but good timing we went there when it wasn't busy. Sno Thai has quickly become our go-to Asian restaurant in the area ever since the new owner stepped in. The recipe changes are incredible - everything is so fresh and full of flavor now - and the new items added to the menu so far have all been huge winners. We love their take on sweet and sour chicken and beef and broccoli, the fried rice is always great, the gyoza are well made and the crispy garlic chicken is delicious, too. If you tried this place years ago, you owe it to yourself to go again. The folks who took over the business have given it a modern revamp in terms of how easy it is to order or reach out with questions, the ingredients taste fresh, the dishes are flavorful and plentiful for the price, and the interior looks bright and welcoming. As we often decide on getting food out while we are actually out, if cell service is bad and we can't get through to place an order through their app/program, there's no way to place an order. Fine if I'm home and plan to go pick up but out running errands or on our way home from somewhere and we want to pick up food to go, forget it if you can't order online.
