What the pho ?!!! You're closed on pho-king Monday and Tuesday :((( this was upsetting, I would love if you guys were open

I ordered the Beef pho which was good and flavorful except there wasn't much meat. My husband ordered a beef and rice dish which was yummy but the dish came with a ton of onions and a small portion of meat. Prawns were descent although it does sit very heavy on the stomach. And finally...the reason I may not ever come back is that the women's restroom had a cricket in there somewhere, behind the toilet AND on the side of it was a spiders web with 2 daddy long leg spiders and the booth seats moved when you would sit or reposition yourself! Definitely not the cleanest place, so that is definitely a con. read more

4.5 stars Drizzly daylight and we thought lets grab a light bite. We decided to check out Sam's Noodle Town The inside was clean and had a family feel. Our server was polite, friendly and attentive without encroaching on our lunch. We ordered a Pho and Bahn mi. The Bahn Mi was a little different than what i have had in other places but was still yummy. My husband enjoyed his Pho I look forward to returning and trying some other dishes. Great service with the exception of two ladies working on my nails at once. No other customers in the shop. What happened to taking some time with the customer and really actually cutting my cuticles in a decent professional man er? Not half-un-proffesional. The vermicelli bowls are the best! Best Vietnamese I have had! Try the egg rolls, and the sesame chicken is downright addicting.

Taste wise is just so so for me. The pho particularly wasnt special or anything. But the grilled pork was delicious. When we ordered pho, it took so long for that soup to come out that we were mostly hungry. The staff was great though. Also, it's possible that they lacked staff during the time we went.. the place is just your typical hole in the wall type restaurant. read more

We were so delighted to find Sam's. I wanted pho & Mr. Crankypants wanted chicken phad thai. We both left satisfied. Our waiter was charming and went out of his way to explain details of how the food was prepared. Prices are very modest, as is the ambience. COVID-19 takeout We called in to get takeout for lunch on a Saturday around 11:30am after walking around Tolt Macdonald Park and ordered two grilled pork banh mi sandwiches. The park is about a 5 minute drive away, so we just waited a little bit longer in the car. They said it would take 15 mins, and the food was ready on time. The staff members were all wearing masks. The sandwiches were a good size for $6 and very flavorful. I'd definitely recommend getting the pork. Don't forget to take out the jalapenos and look for any remaining seeds if you don't like spicy food! read more

I wanted to try this place for a while and I finally stopped by to try their pho. I was impressed it was delicious!! We ordered to to go a large meat balls pho, large beef tenderloin and soft tendon, and crab Rangoon. The pho broth was very tasty, different from some places where the broth is so bland. The crab Rangoon was fantastic!!! They were very good size, large them most restaurants and there was a lot of filling. It also has 8 pieces. Most of places there is just 7 LOL Below is the list of the pros and cons I made for this restaurant: PRO Very tasty pho broth Huge parking lot Reasonable prices CONS Staff is not too friendly Extra meat and noodles are more expensive than most places $3.00 So, when I am at my house and crave for pho this is one of the couple close places that I come to have it. Sometimes you pass through small towns and you get a little worried about the Asian food spots. This place is authentic and has very good portions. One of the best Pho spots I've visited. For Pho it is all about the soup base and the Pho had a wonderful aroma and very flavorful. The Banh Mi is also very good and the bread was fresh. It seems like a simple thing, but even in Bellevue/Redmond area I can no longer find a great Banh Mi sandwich. I highly recommend this place. read more

The benches and rugs in need of uplift but the food, service, and cleanliness made up for it. I ordered the Wonton soup in house it tastes as good as it looks see picture. Our food was ready in just 10 minutes. Lots of parking. There are tables in front of the neighboring pizza place that they kindly let us use to eat outside. Vietnamese sandwiches: OK, good size and I liked the bread. However, both the chicken and pork sandwiches were dry - def recommend a drink and asking for extra mayo or side of sauce too. Bubble tea: They are a slushee-style and there is no plain milk tea flavor. Fries: I'd skip it unless you're dying for fries. read more

I come to the Snoqualmie Valley often to hang out and swim in the river and savor the lush agricultural landscape, and I always saw the sign for Sams Noodle Town. I stayed late and got hungry for dinner so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the rice noodle vermicelli bowl with grilled chicken and egg roll. Everything was great, the chicken especially flavorful from the marinade. Only thing missing was the fresh mint, basil or cilantro. Ordered it to go and enjoyed it eating outside at nearby Tolt MacDonald Park Now that I've tried Sams Noodle town I will definitely come back while the weather is good. My wife and I get food from Sams often after hikes and dog walks in Tolt area. We usually get a few apps and sit outside, and its always good. Their eggrolls and crab ragoon is fantastic, some of the best in the area IMO. We decided to go and actually eat inside and it was a great experience. My wife is absolutely in love with their vermicelli dishes now and I'm afraid she'll never order anything else going forward LOL. She highly recommends them! I tried their version of Phad Thai, and it wasn't my favorite. I sadly wouldn't recommend it if you're familiar with the traditional/classic preparation. So disappointed in this place. First of all, we called in for takeout and were told 25 min. Got there 35 min later and waited another 20! Second, got home and they didn't give us ANY of the toppings for the pho. Just the broth, noodles, and meat. No greens at all . Lastly, this is by far the worst bún I've ever had. Soggy noodles, zero flavor in the tofu. Definitely won't be back and wish we could get our $34 back!! @sam thanks for your message. Your menu does not specify that you must ask for greens for kid pho. In that section, it still lists all the ingredients at the top of what is included. I will have more partner reach out to the restaurant for the refund. I apologize for my frustration but did not anticipate this and did not see any festival. read more

Stopped here after a long hike. I got the Pho with steak, flank and tendon while my wife for the Tofu Vermicelli Bowl. The Pho was quite bland and a little salty. The broth in most places in Seattle and the Eastside is very deep and robust but this did not hit the spot. Also, way too much in terms of noodles but not enough meat. The vermicelli bowl was ok. Nothing to write home about. Again, lacked flavor and was overall just not well balanced. Too many noodles, the tofu was chewy and the sauce was mehhh. I probably won't go here again. read more

While standing in line at Remlinger Farm just down the road, we overheard someone raving about this place. We checked the reviews and the decision to check it out was easy. The inside is simple and very clean. Service was incredibly prompt and very attentive. Portion size is quite generous. The kids split the yakisoba, which was just the right size for three kids. The wife had the shrimp pho, and she loved it. I had the curry chicken (pictured) at spice level 3/5, and it was fantastic. The flavor of the coconut in the curry was clearly present, but might be a tad strong for someone who doesn't love coconut like I do. The texture of everything was absolutely perfect. Nothing was served rubbery or soggy. If we didn't live over an hour away, we'd come back often. I strongly recommend checking it out if you're in the area. read more

Have yet to try other foods but I ordered two Bahn Mi today and these sandwiches are not Bahn Mi. These are some of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. The pickled carrots and daikon: not pickled, no pate, meat lacked seasoning/flavor, not even the right kind of bread; tasted like week old tough and chewy French baguette you would find at a foodshelf. I really want to like this place but I have to be honest, I walked into this empty restaurant and the owner sat there eating his bowl of pho and ignored me for nearly 10 mins. It wasn't until another person walked in that he got up to go get someone from the back. This combination of poor customer service and lack in quality of food is not good for anyone, especially Sam's Noodle Town. Giving you one extra star because I feel bad for you. read more

Great Pho location in the tiny town of Carnation. We do take out 90% of the time and they do a GREAT job packaging the Pho in a way that keeps everything fresh until you assemble at home. Always nice people and good service when we eat in. read more

Great little spot in carnation. While there's not a ton of Asian options around this area- Sams provides a one stop shop for delicious Asian cuisine! We ordered the Phad Thai (5star), combination Pho, chicken teriyaki and calamari. Everything was delicious! I loved the calamari! I've never seen calamari done like this- but it was amazing. Super crunchy and looked like onion rings. Boy they were a delight. The large pho was massive and the flavor of the broth perfectly balanced. The chicken teriyaki was surprisingly tasty with a generous portion- enough for my two young daughters to share. The phad Thai was good but definitely not extremely spicy so if you love spice go for the 5 star...however my 8 yr old had some and didn't think it was spicy at all. No worries- there's chili paste on the table. If I'm ever in the area again- I'll definitely be back! read more

Sam's is in a tiny strip mall and isn't fancy, but the food is DELICIOUS. My husband and I both had vermicelli bowls: me -- lemongrass chicken, him-- special combo. We also had fresh spring rolls with pork that were AMAZING. All of it was tasty and fresh. We are planning to go back when we're in the area. The helper was nice. I ordered the simplest dish. Given I was on a time schedule. Place only had a table of 4 it took them longer than 30 min for sandwiches and French fries. My order consist of fresh veggies and the only cooked ingredient was shrimp I got 8 tiny shrimp with rice noodles and it took over 30 min for that. That is as long as my lunch. We used to go to Sam's on a regular basis when it first opened, enjoyed the food and the server was delightful... we often invited him to sit with us. But something changed over time. Not sure what... perhaps the business was sold to others? chef quit? both? Anyways... the food is not anywhere near as good these days. Won't visit again. read more
