Stir Fried Soft Egg Noodles with Vegetables & Chicken and a Thai Iced Tea

HUGE menu with so many options! I tried the Stir Fried Soft Egg Noodles with Vegetables & Chicken (M8) and a Thai Iced Tea. Both were delicious and generous portion sizes! Friendly servers who checked in on us regularly.

COVID-19 takeout We called in to get takeout for lunch on a Saturday around 11:30am after walking around Tolt Macdonald Park and ordered two grilled pork banh mi sandwiches. The park is about a 5 minute drive away, so we just waited a little bit longer in the car. They said it would take 15 mins, and the food was ready on time. The staff members were all wearing masks. The sandwiches were a good size for $6 and very flavorful. I'd definitely recommend getting the pork. Don't forget to take out the jalapenos and look for any remaining seeds if you don't like spicy food!

I wanted to try this place for a while and I finally stopped by to try their pho. I was impressed it was delicious!! We ordered to to go a large meat balls pho, large beef tenderloin and soft tendon, and crab Rangoon. The pho broth was very tasty, different from some places where the broth is so bland. The crab Rangoon was fantastic!!! They were very good size, large them most restaurants and there was a lot of filling. It also has 8 pieces. Most of places there is just 7 LOL Below is the list of the pros and cons I made for this restaurant: PRO Very tasty pho broth Huge parking lot Reasonable prices CONS Staff is not too friendly Extra meat and noodles are more expensive than most places $3.00 So, when I am at my house and crave for pho this is one of the couple close places that I come to have it. Next time I will try the fried egg rolls and spring rolls. Hope the are as good as the pho

Sometimes you pass through small towns and you get a little worried about the Asian food spots. This place is authentic and has very good portions. One of the best Pho spots I've visited. For Pho it is all about the soup base and the Pho had a wonderful aroma and very flavorful. The Banh Mi is also very good and the bread was fresh. It seems like a simple thing, but even in Bellevue/Redmond area I can no longer find a great Banh Mi sandwich. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent service and I enjoyed the calm and restful ambiance! Great place for solo-lunch!

I come to the Snoqualmie Valley often to hang out and swim in the river and savor the lush agricultural landscape, and I always saw the sign for Sams Noodle Town. I stayed late and got hungry for dinner so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the rice noodle vermicelli bowl with grilled chicken and egg roll. Everything was great, the chicken especially flavorful from the marinade. Only thing missing was the fresh mint, basil or cilantro. Ordered it to go and enjoyed it eating outside at nearby Tolt MacDonald Park Now that I've tried Sams Noodle town I will definitely come back while the weather is good. This is a winning combination: fresh, flavorful Vietnamese food in a peaceful setting. Highly recommend!

The Pho is excellent every time. I usually get a small bowl (which is more than enough for me) and gui cuon with shrimp. .

The vermicelli bowls are the best! Best Vietnamese I have had! Try the egg rolls, and the sesame chicken is downright addicting.

The staff were friendly and polite - and they graciously accommodated my peanut allergy, and quickly accommodated small requests like for bowls or extra napkins. We ordered four items: the missus got the bun bo hue, and I got the special beef pho. We shared the pancake and the spring roll. The noodle dishes were decent, but the standout was the Vietnamese pancake. Definitely order this if you're on the fence! The restaurant got a lot busier after we got our food - at least two or three parties who arrived (two each) had to wait between 5-10 min for a table to clear. The staff are super efficient at clearing tables so you won't need to wait long, but the downside of this place is that their popularity easily exceeds their capacity - so be patient! I don't have any notes for ambiance. Parking is available in the same plaza, but there isn't much - a lot are reserved for specific businesses between specific hours, so be careful not to park in an open business if you intend to eat here!

Too much for me, so I pulled some out of my piece (see pic). Might have wanted to eat the whole thing. But the peanut sauce was boring, very hoisen heavy. My other really liked everything about the Mongolian beef. He enjoyed the sauce and the different style of the dish than he was used to. He cleared his plate. I loved the flavor of the stir-fry vegetables with chicken. However, there was literally two small pieces of carrot and broccoli. The rest was a ton of cabbage with a little onion. OK if you are a cabbage fan. The biggest issue was how much sauce it was swimming in (see end of meal pic). Might give them another try.

It had delicious pho, which was great after hiking on a windy, fall day! My partner and I came here on a late Sunday afternoon, and the place wasn't too busy as there were only a few patrons dining inside since it wasn't yet peak dinner hour. We were able to be seated immediately and the server was very prompt and food was made fresh to order. My partner had pho with flank steak while I tried the lemongrass pho with the beef rib. It wasn't the easiest thing to eat, but I highly recommend trying the beef rib pho in the lemongrass broth as the meat was tender and flavorful. I just loved the lemongrass flavor so much, which makes this pho one of the best I've had around town. It's not everyday you find a lemongrass pho, so this one was a gem. Again, not easy to chow down on, as you'll likely have to use your hands to bite into this bad boy, but it's worth it. In addition to different phos, they have rice dishes, vermicelli bowls, appetizers and Vietnamese coffee. The space isn't the largest, but enough for groups to dine in. Parking is plenty as it's located in the business strip that houses REI.

Well the 24hr stew of the broth is probably a factor as well as using a high quality beef and adding the fresh noodles. I always get the steak pho with fresh house made noodles and it makes such a difference. If you eat at the restaurant add an egg (to go orders shouldn't as the egg becomes rubbery). The meat is perfect with to go orders as they pack it separately so it does t over cook as well as all the vegetables. If your pallet preference is fresh, minimally processed pho this is your place. This was on a Friday night at almost 6pm and my friend and I came in to a nearly empty interior that filled up throughout our stay. Is it just dinnertime that time or were my friend and I bringing in the crowds? You'll enjoy a very clean and well-kept restaurant with clean tables and chairs, with lighting that's very little but lights up the whole place well. Menu has a lot of offerings (both regular and vegetarian) but since it's dinnertime I decided on a rice dish as usual. I got their beef short ribs rice dish, which has their usual marinated short ribs with a fried egg and veggies. I actually liked how they offered their rice in a separate bowl, and everything else on one plate... which means the meat almost covered my whole plate! By the way, my friend got their grilled pork chop rice dish, and the meat also almost completely covered his plate. Both our meats were marinated so well and held in so much flavor, and came off their bones easily. We both agreed the grilled beef short rib dish I ordered was the winner because of the bolder and more defined marinated taste of the meat. I've tried so many Vietnamese restaurants and almost exclusively get their beef short ribs rice on the first visits of them, but this is the first time I've seen meat portions this huge for a rice dish. I'm thinking of coming back here for another visit even if I have to deal with the tight parking plaza this place is close to.

It was the service that really threw us off. We don't expect much service at pho places, but this was odd enough that it's worth mentioning. There were two young staff members working who clearly seemed like they didn't want to be there and almost didn't want people coming in. The guy brought us utensils and pho garnishes but no water. At least he had a smile. The girl, on the other hand, had this very guarded, "ready to fight" expression. When I went up to ask for a box, they both froze and looked at me like I was asking for the world. She didn't smile and barely made eye contact. When it was time to pay, we weren't sure what to do so we just went up to the front. She didn't look at us once, and there was no "thank you" or "have a good day." The whole interaction really weirded us out. * Food: 4/5 * Service: 1/5 That said, if we were in the area and wanted pho again, we'd reluctantly go back for the food.
