Great relaxed atmosphere and service. I really liked the bartender who made an amazing martini.

I miss them all! We had these and more in the long buffet at Biergarten, and all of us came up for a second round. Instead of snacking our way around the lake as we did I our last Epcot trip, we went all in for a sit down here, and it'll be lovely to return in a future Disney trip. If you have lunch, skip breakfast like we did so you can enjoy another plate (or two?) as everything is comfort food amazing. Band and table service aren't at the same times, alas, and the entire restaurant faces the stage so I imagine this must be a perfect Disney spot with the music. Though we weren't rushed, we were full long before the band began, so next time we'll try to have dinner here instead of lunch. Despite no music we had a feast, Michelle was pleasant and kind, and kept our drinks full, and the host and buffet staff were attentive and helpful. Music or not, this imagineered restaurant, night-set in yesteryear with a courtyard and trees, was a treat.

I don't know how we swung it but we got front row to the stage seating! Amazing performances by the Alphorn and bell players! The music was so fun! The buffet had everything you could want from a German joint! Lots of sausage, pretzels, spätzle, bean salad, beer cheese dip and more! Giant beers, German music and great food! Felt like I was back in Munich and I loved every minute of it!

As far as authentic German preperation goes, this place has it down. Yet, today's experience left me a bit...wanting. I wanted the dish I ordered to be served, but instead of Schnitzel Champignon, I was presented with Jagerschnitzel. While I enjoy the Jager finish, it wasn't the creamier, sour cream based with mushroom treatment my mouth was set for. As it took much longer to receive our food order than in past visits, (it was a busy afternoon at the Cafe), so a tad longer wait was to be expected. And, as I did not wish to wait another 20 min. for a refired order, I settled for the dish that was presented. We had driven 40+ mins. from Port Orange to celebrate my daughter's b-day, per her request, and were happy to do so. Still, some nagging details...incorrect order, smaller portions of Schnitz and spatzele (except for the red cabbage), and higher prices left the experience to be less than desired. I know it's a tough industry to be sure..but having had better experiences in the past here, I was hoping it would match those times, instead of setting new less than thrilling standards.

We sat inside at the bar where there was a live DJ set happening and that was fun. They also have a variety of games and several beer options. I don't drink beer so I was happy to see that they had seltzers as well. They have two single stall bathrooms and a designated parking lot.

I was the only person sitting at the bar, even though a DJ was playing (maybe just for me?). For a place that calls itself a Biergarten, the beer selection was very underwhelming. There were only about five beers on tap, and the fridge looked half empty. I had just hopped over from Sideward, was working on something on my phone, and thought I'd give this spot another shot. The place was empty except for what looked like two bartenders and the DJ. I ordered a beer on tap, but it was warm -- and at $8, definitely overpriced. At that point, I just drank it, listened to the music, and didn't bother complaining. I'll always support local businesses, but if you're going to call yourself a Biergarten, then live up to the name. Otherwise, call yourself something else. Honestly, I should've stayed at Sideward.
