Thank you for posting the pictures. I see the refund you sent was not to my card. I do not own a card ending in those numbers. I have to disagree with your response. Not once did I say I didn't want a solid red but Jennifer offered it to be "rooted" so it would be less maintenance. I said sure not really knowing what that meant but I sure didn't expect her to have none of my hair colored except for the bleached pieces by the end of the 6 hour long appointment. When I messaged Jennifer she left me on read for a day. So I decided to go into the salon where I was offered no solution because the stylists work independently, nor did the owner offer to fix my hair. After I left Jennifer finally replied and at first she offered me no solution. As I kept messaging she offered me back my tip which was $99. Then she offered me my tip plus $28. I decided to agree. I never received the refund and found that she blocked me on instagram. So I called the salon and was told that she cannot control when the money gets processed into my account. While that is true, it has been a month and I still haven't received my refund. I stand by my review and your response is untruthful. One star very much deserved. read more

She always takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and makes sure you leave completely happy with your hair. Andrea is not only incredibly sweet and easy to talk to, but she's also extremely talented -- her coloring and cuts are always spot on, and she does amazing updos too.
