My husband was in the market for new work shirts. He has always struggled finding a button down shirt that looks good and feels comfortable. We were in West Village today, and happened to stumble upon UNTUCKit. The employees were fantastic and immediately put us at ease. They explained the concept behind the brand, and pointed out the different options. They had my husband try on ONE shirt, and voiced that each shirt in the store would fit exactly like the 'test' shirt. We sipped whiskey and deciphered which colors were calling our name. While the button down shirts are priced a little high, the fit, style, and comfort make it worth the purchase. My husband chose two shirts -- one was in stock and one we had to order online. They took our address and offered us free shipping on the lone shirt. This experience was so unexpected and so wonderful. For my husband to be excited about clothes says something. Reid knocked this out of the park for me. My wife and Daughter brought me there for Father's Day and I am a 310 proud guy so I was banking on the fact that nothing would fit me. I was so wrong. Reid helped me did a fit with the sample shirts. Choose 5 do try on and they were all perfect. Explained about How to launder them and that they were all double pre-shrunk. Be and the coworker explained when the seasonal lines come in to the store. It is a big deal to me to have people working sales and retail to love their job. I recently started bulking up, but not entirely in the right areas, so I wasn't able to fit into my slim fit shirts that I'm used to. I went in here around lunch time and Reid got me fitted to the size that fits me really well. I drug him around the store and showed him the shirts and styles that I wanted. Rarely is something better than advertised but I just had an unbelievable experience at this new retailer. Michael was welcoming from the moment I stepped inside the store walking me thru the process, answering questions, and letting me have time to explore the simple store front. It's pretty basic but there in lies the genius...the shirts are long enough to be tucked in if need be but SHORT enough to not be worn as a dress when you "UNTUCK"it! If interested in actually purchasing, you simply try on won of the sample shirts to ensure you have the right size, which also reduces the number of times their employees continually have to refold merchandise so that they can spend it helping you, and then find shirts that you really like. They have floor models only, eliminating store clutter, so once you identify a shirt on the rack just ask for your size and they get the item from the back. Thirsty you say...well, a shot of bourbon or whisky might help calm your nerves when trying to decide which item yo uwould like to buy...or as they hope, items. The items I have purchased fit great, look great, and can be better worn in all different settings because of the cut. This place is pretty great! I had heard of UntuckIt online, but didn't realize there was a brick & mortar store. I stopped by today to check it out, and was really impressed. The store is nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Jack showed me around the store, fitted me based on their sizes, got me the shirts I had asked for and rang me up using an iPad. Very cool! By the way, this review is really about the store and staff, but in all seriousness, these shirts might be the best fitting shirts I own. read more

Lots of employees were very busy but not actually working. Aimee was working SUPER hard because three male employees, one named Conner, were all discussing college football and not helping customers. Aimee sure was! Leave it to the woman to do all the work. By the way, the only reason I known that one of the football chatters names' is Conner is because Aimee has to say it three times in order to get him to stop his conversation to get him to help a customer. Reid was super-helpful, offering spot-on advice (as well as a couple shots of bourbon) during the shopping experience. Given a somewhat substantial barrel-chest, I'm hard to fit - sometimes XXL, sometimes XXXL - but he worked with me as I tried on numerous shirts. The service here was amazing; my boyfriend was shopping here for one of our friends weddings and he said the atmosphere was fun and energetic and loved how Bobby got him the right size shirt, offered him not only water but a small shot of whiskey. YES you heard me right whiskey after he turned it down he tried on 4 shirts and Robert another employee jumped in and gave him his honest opinion and ended up loving all 4 including the try on shirt. The management were so engaging with each and every customers. When I got home from my trip he made sure I went to the store to see for Myself how amazing the atmosphere was and he kept talking about the young boy that helped him that was so sweet and patient and when we arrived we handed him the card with his name and size on it that he gave him the day of the purchase and we ended up buying more clothes for family. I had previously heard about UNTUCKit and thought it might be exactly what I need since I'm a shorter guy. Tonight, while in the Uptown area my friend and I stopped in and really only to @window shop." After spending a couple of minutes asking questions, I was sold on a shirt, all thanks to Ben who is an awesome sales associate, who knew the product extremely well and was genuine in his recommendations on which size looked best on me. They even offered to steam our shirts in case we wanted to wear it right away - now that is the ultimate in customer service! This is a great place to shop for men. Staff was extremely helpful and fast. I tried on one shirt for size then they brought me shirts in my size to try. However, when I got home my wife had a few of my picks that 'she didn't like as much, you know..?' So I drove back to their Dallas downtown location to return the shirts my wife had shot down. Casually walking down the street as my gf shopped and I saw the untuckit sign a couple stores down - immediately remembered hearing Howard stern (my all time fav radio show) advertising untuckit so I had to stop in. The staff is super chill and helpful - Aide and Jen couldn't have been better and the product was much better than I ever would have thought after hearing only radio commercials - but when in comes to high quality casual shirts made to em wear untucked you CANNOT go wrong here. I haven't been able to get to the actual store. That part of Dallas is more of a drive than I want to take. I have ordered one shirt online and it is fantastic. I have communicated with their Customer Service a couple of times and they were wonderful. Anthony was great this last time I talked with them. I will definitely be ordering more shirts.
