Our fireplace was on during one of the coldest day's and heard popping and vibration noises in the chimney and turned it off. After Isaac arrived to inspect our chimney inside our fireplace, in the attic and on top of our roof, he determined everything looked securely connected with no issues. He determined since it was so cold and the heat from having the fireplace on was only expansion noises. We felt very comfortable with him showing us that everything was still in place and we had no problem moving forward. I came out after we heard the vacuuming had stopped. Within ten steps of walking across my kitchen floor I started to slip. EVERYTHING was covered with black soot. I asked the tech to call his boss and that I wanted to talk to him personally. The tech then went outside and talked to hiss boss for about 10 minutes. Then the boss finally called my cell and asked what was going on I told him the situation and he told me I was looking for a FREE clean job. I highly recommend HBR. they are fantastic and wonderful people to work with!
