I really enjoyed coming to this office for my daughters dental work. Their reception/waiting room area is really children-friendly with movies running all the time and a little play area. Unfortunately one of my children had to have work done on her teeth so of course for any child, that will cause fear and anxiety... But they tried to make her as comfortable as possible. All the chidren's rooms are decorated to make every child feel comfortable..The walls are full of colorful characters and they put on movies/songs on the computer to get the kids smiling. I love how after every visit, they offer the children a balloon and tooth brush. The staff is reliable, friendly and easy-going. I also had work done with the dentist and he was very honest and straight forward. I didn't feel like he just wanted to do work to get paid (as I've had to deal with past dentists). I absolutely love this Dentist! The staff here is great and extremely friendly! Every time I walk through that door, either Diana or Gabby greet me with a huge smile on their face to see me! This place is like my second family. I had to get some major wrk done on my teeth and I have been coming to this dentist every single week since August and it is now November and I can truly see a huge improvement thank you to Dr Salami! He's very thorough with his work and he's very kind. Not rough at all like some dentists I've been too. I am almost done with my work but I would totally recommend this place to anybody!!! Today was my last day getting all my major work done at Upland dental care. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and came in really nervous about starting treatment. Throughout this process and from the beginning the staff has made me feel very welcome. They are friendly and make you feel like family. Diana is awesome and held my hand every step of the way giving me a sense of comfortability about coming back. Dr. Salami is the best. He is very thorough and gets the job done. I highly recommend coming here. I have had a great experience with them. The staff is so friendly, very helpful They explain everything to me. The dentist (dr. Salami) is great! On my last visit I couldn't get a babysitter for my daughter so I brought her with me. The staff were comforting her while i was getting my root canal done(I hear my daughter laughing in the back)On my daughters visit my daughter was getting her teeth cleaned for the first time. Of course no three year old feels comfortable having a stranger put stuff in there mouth/on there teeth but the staff were making her laugh she had fun. I highly recommended Upland Dental Practice to everyone. Their customer service is amazing! They treat you like family and make you feel at home. The only problem I had was finding the location because it's on the back of the main street where it's listed. But other than that, the facility is very clean and organized. I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year and they were very kind to walk me through each procedure I was going to have because I was a little nervous. The hygienist did an amazing job at my deep cleaning. I had to be numbed because my teeth are really sensitive and she talked me through the whole thing. This would be my third time taking my daughter and I here,the staff is very nice They are great with toddlers very sweet and respectful. My first time visit was great too . I got all four wisdom teeth taken out they did a good with that I also did a deep cleaning excellent job even though I payed out of pocket it was really worth the money after a deep clean I got my teeth whitened fantastic job also. My daughter she's 3 got her teeth cleaned also she didn't cry or scream she was very happy to see them an always looks forward to coming back after every visit . The wait time is not bad . This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. Dr.Salami, more like Dr.Unsanitary turd. He refused to wear gloves and proceeded to stick his fingers in my mouth without even washing his hands. While doing my root canal, I informed him that I was in pain and he smirked and said "pain is gain baby". I told him to stop and he started singing the gummy bear song. At this point I was fed up with his behavior so I bit him and he moaned. I proceeded to grab a toothbrush nearby and shove it as far up his nose as possible. While he was getting the toothbrush out I ran away and stole some more toothbrushes . I still have nightmares read more

My daughter is so scared at dentist and no matter where I go they just saw her crying and they will refer me to Loma Linda hospital, where they toll me that I have to be there for 8hrs with no other kids and will put her relaxing gas on till she fall sleep and be tide up. For me that's to much for a 5 year old so I ask a friend for a good dentist that can help me and she toll me that she had the same problem and recommend this place people there are nice and friendly I recommend 100% I didn't have to put my daughter to all that hospital trauma. I came here with my two children for the first time and we all had work done. I have never been more pleased with a dental practice. The assistants , hygienist( her name was Tu) and Dr. Salami were very friendly and welcoming. I felt as if I had been going there for years. I had the worst pain in my molar. Came to this dentist because its so close to home. BEST decision ever! They are such a great team Gaby and Diana are amazing. Hello everyone, I just finished my root canal treatment and it was a wonderful experience. I started in April when I had tooth pain that radiated to my ear and head. During this Covid outbreak, the last place you want to go is the dentist. Dr.E at the LA office was closed so he sent me to the Upland office. They treated me very good and help me with my anxiety. He treats his clients like animals, he doesn't use gloves, and touches the inside of my mouth, I can still taste the shit he had in his fingernails idk if I should sue or what but it's was extremely unsanitary.
