The shoes we wanted were marked with a "CLEARANCE" tag, yet when we went to check out, there was no clearance price or discount applied. When I questioned it, I was told they apparently hadn't determined what the clearance discount was yet and could offer me 5% off. If you don't know what the clearance price is, perhaps don't put a clearance tag on the merchandise. Offering 5% off at that point was insulting. We walked out without purchasing anything and I'll never return. This is why online shopping is taking over. These stores do not offer any type of customer service.

I saw some big brands such as Nike, Adidas, Under Armour and more. I was informed they add new arrivals and markdowns items throughout the month. It's good to check back often for the newest savings. Wow, I was impressed with the massive inventory of goods! The only downside is the limited availability of various sizes. I saw some nice Nike sweaters, but they were all small. I need a large. Towards the end of my visit, I did buy a couple comfy beach blankets at very reasonable prices. Love the design and its softness! I plan to use one blanket at a festival and maybe gift the other one to my friend. Staff was really nice and friendly. Service was great. I'll sure to be back to catch their off season merch. Dave informed us that the Auto Care Center was closed for the day, but kindly offered to take a look at our battery the following morning. We were appreciative of the offer and agreed. Dave then asked if the battery had simply died and left us stranded, to which we replied, "Yes." He excused himself, explaining that he needed to walk an employee over before returning to assist us. Less than 10 minutes later, Dave came back and tested our battery, confirming that it was defective. He immediately proceeded with the replacement process, and we were completely taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Throughout the entire experience, Dave was patient, professional, and incredibly kind. He not only provided exceptional customer service but also took the time to coach and mentor Mario while assisting us. It was evident that he genuinely cared about both his customers and his team. We are extremely grateful for the assistance provided by both Dave and Mario. They truly went above and beyond to help us during a stressful situation. Dave delivered some of the best customer service we have ever experienced while simultaneously teaching and supporting a younger employee. This man had two chihuahuas, they were not causing any trouble, they looked behaved. Then this customer wanted to pet them, the dogs natural instinct was to react. They started barking at the man. Obviously the dogs felt threatened by this stranger. Then a young Walmart representative came and started yelling at the man that owns the dogs. The representative was not understanding, he was not calm, he was very aggressive. He yelled in a harsh tone, he said "you need to get those dogs out of here. We don't permit dogs baking." If it had not bin for that customer that wanted to pet the dogs, this would not happen. But the Walmart representative did not consider or care about what really happened. Then the manager was suppose to come and take care of this matter. No manager came and another man came. This man was claiming to be a security guard. This man was not wearing a uniform. It could have easily bin another customer. So this man claiming to be security, told the man with the dogs the same thing... What a joke... These people at this Walmart need to attend a workshop on learning friendly skills to practice with a customer and learn about how important the tone of voice makes a difference.
