Initially, they gave me an opening for 3 days away, but when I explained the situation they made room for me in only 5 hours. I was greeted kindly as I entered on my first visit and offered free water (they don't have to, but it's nice!) and was seen within 5 min (make sure you fill out the online form before the first visit for quick service). I was treated so well, from beginning to end, with an understanding of my pain and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. They are quite high-tech, which makes it all feel so effortless and efficient, while getting such detailed scans and X-rays as well as a full cleaning. Dr. T explains what needs to be done very clearly and gives you the attention you deserve and plenty of time to think and ask questions while laying out a thoughtful plan. At the end, Jesse further explained the roadmap ahead and stopped frequently to make sure I was understanding everything while standing side-by-side, showing me on-screen how the plan breaks down and what's out-of-pocket versus what your insurance will cover. All in all, I am quite pleased with my experience and am looking forward to taking action. Thank you to the whole staff there and I'll be seeing everyone again soon.

Love it! I've seen Dr Patel once for a consultation and Dr Chung twice. Dr Chung did my route canal today and I literally almost fell asleep. He was gentle, fast, precise and walked me through every step. I have NEVER had a dental experience like I did today. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and was even courteous enough to consider I was wearing glasses and offered me another pair to put over mine to protect them whilst he worked. LOVED it. If you're looking for a dental practice that is professional, caring and knowledgeable, this is it.

Everyone at the office was so nice and Dr. Julie was extremely patient and thorough in her examination; she suggested sealants on my 7 year old's molars to protect them from cavities (both boys have no cavities - hooray!). No other dentist had ever done anything beyond a cleaning and a perfunctory exam/x-ray, and of course I would like to keep them cavity free for as long as possible. Both of my boys actually enjoyed their visits and sat through it patiently, which is no small feat for a five year old and 7 year old. They also enjoyed the toy treats they each got to select afterwards! In my opinion, there are very few doctors left that take the necessary amount of time and we were very happy to find one who does. They actually get excited about their trip to the dentist. The practice offers various entertainment and incentives for kids including different types of toothpaste to select from. Additionally they put on cartoons above the dentist chair to keep the kids distracted enough to last through the cleaning period. Once they are done, there is a toy box whereby each kid can select a toy/reward for their trip to the dentist. Unfortunately on my recent trip a cavity was found in my son's teeth. Dr. Loren kindly explained what my options were and allowed me time to think and decide the appropriate treatment. I was also provided with flyers of information explaining the options so I can make an informed decision. The front desk staff are also friendly. I have been taking my son here since he was able 10 years old so I didn't have much to worry about. He is now 14 and loves going here. I decided to take my 2 year old daughter. She's definitely in her terrible 2s lol. She is loud and doesn't like being around alot of people. Thankfully the staff was so kind and patient with her. She absolutely loved it. They handled her so well she didn't fuse, fight or whined. First she was presented with a gift bag and a balloon which totally sold her lol. Then they put on her favorite cartoon on the ceiling TV which also got her attention. She got on her chair and the staff went to work. They were so patient and gentle with her. Soft spoken and just delightful. They even allowed me to take pictures. Then Dr Goldsmith came in and started performing little magic tricks. He to was patient and gentle. Dear 209 Dental NYC, I have to share with you some good news…read morebut first the story that brought me to you. I have been struggling with denture care for the last 10 years. I didn't know it at the time but 10 years ago my teeth just started rotting and falling out! It was a nightmare that I could not understand. Nothing in my life could have seen this coming because I have always practiced good hygiene. In fact I loved my teeth. I would later find out that a medication that I had been taking was causing my teeth to decay. There is now a class action lawsuit in the works but needless to say being just a waiter with average health care this became an expensive nightmare. I needed to go to Turkey to have a full dental implant both upper and lower. While I was waiting to return to Turkey, the temporary healing denture broke into 3 pieces! It was beyond a nightmare and I couldn't even work without teeth. The 4 dentists I went to before your clinic were $350 or more needing x rays etc., only to say they wont touch it because it is a foreign implant. I cried in front of one dentist begging him to help me because the repair wasn't this unbelievable mountain to climb but rather a simple broken denture repair that could be done. But they wouldn't touch it for whatever reason. One told me to find a Turkish dentist here in the states who could help. At least the dentist I cried in front of reimbursed me half his $500 fee! On the verge of losing my job I stumbled upon your wonderful clinic and my path would cross with Dr. Yasmina Reddy. Yasmina looked at the denture and simply fixed it! I could have cried tears of joy (and I did). However, there was more to come. Yasmina's' fix only lasted for 3 days and she said this might happen but if it did come back Monday through Thursday because Ricky Moldova would be in the clinic to help. Well help he did!! Ricky and Yasmina teamed up and not only repaired the broken denture but added the back part back on again!! Now we were getting somewhere! As we were getting it to fit Ricky added this filler that makes the upper denture fit better than it ever has. I am not even sure I want to go back to Turkey for the permanent set to be completed because this top denture is removable, cleanable (which feels so good) and can be put right back on and it fits like a glove. Here are some additional points that made your clinic excellent. Your emergency appointment can be made the same day and is only $165. This price is not only reasonable but it's great. I did refuse an x-ray because I had a photo on my phone and instead of a horrible attitude I was met with an understanding smile. Kindness, fair prices, and an understanding staff. Whatever, you're doing keep it up! There is one thing I will mention that was not perfect and that was the minimum of $500 on the Carecredit card but that was a small price to pay for what I received from your great clinic. I want to also mention William N. and the receptionist (who's name I lost) but she handled the payment at the end. She was really sweet and kind about the Carecredit card minimum thing. Also, I never even had to wait for my appointments but while in the waiting room it is calm and pleasant. Most importantly you solved the problem. When I left I was talking with Yasmina and I was just being effusive with my many thank you's and she said something interesting which summed up her and Ricky's attitude and that was that she loved the challenge my case represented. And I can not be more thankful for that kind of attitude and effort. Thank you so much for putting together an incredible team, for charging excellent prices in a beautiful space and most of all for helping me in this horrible situation. I couldn't be happier. I didn't know how she would stay in the chair while they performed the cleaning. They were prepared for it all. A warm and friendly environment that was great for kids. They gave her toys right when she walked in and got her warmed up. The dentist and assistant were great the whole time and helped to keep her calm. TV on the ceiling to keep them distracted was a nice touch too. Highly recommend for any kiddo!
