Well I didn't think I would find so many negative reviews for their main sorting center for the SGV, but here they are. My review is based on the drivers that come out of this place. On 3 occassions, they have failed a simple delivery. 1) I ordered some items from Macy's a while ago. Tracking the updates, it said it was delivered and left by the front door. It was not. It was only after 3 days that I realized the driver threw it over the side fence into my backyard at a place where I seldomly go to, because I always access the backyard through the patio doors. 2) I ordered from another retailer. The website showed delivered, left at front door and again, nowhere to be found. I checked every inch around the house, and it's a big box so unlikely it's under a bush. 2 days later, a neighbor brought it over and said it was left near their side gate. 3) A replacement item was shipped, and yet again it showed delivered and left at front door. Except it wasn't because my security camera didn't pick up any movement, and my ultra sensitive dog would've heard the truck and barked. We were home at the time they claimed to have delivered it. Their customer service is useless. After a chat, they said they will send me a link to file a claim. Turns out, it's just instructions and it's the exact same wording as their website. Then he tells me I need to wait 24 hours to file a claim. Then I found out I need to create an account to file a claim. Within 24 hours after I filed the item lost, I got an email requesting for documents that only the shipper has, not the recipient, since I never receive the package ... Hello!! McFly, anyone in there!? When I logged on, it shows the claim is closed because they cannot find the package. I thought I already know the package is missing, which is why I contacted them. So their drivers are absolutely poorly trained because they're batting a 100% failure rate with my shipments. I am missing a replacemtn product and the shipper doesn't know what's going on. Maybe Amazon should go into the shipping business because they have always been on time, take a photo of the delivered package as proof, and never misdeliver.

If you've recently purchased a cellular device from your carrier. And it's reaching you via ups. Please be sure to check that said device is in package. Wife received package from ups, didn't check it out. I arrived later in the afternoon 11/02/23. Said "this feels kind of light" and sure enough it was light, missing the device. I'm sure it's not a first time occurrence with this UPS because to the eye you wouldn't think anything of it. Taped up properly etc... now to the phone package it was carefully removed without damaging packaging. Comes with (2) pull able seals, just had one intact. I guess they pulled one and Pried it open and slid the phone out. From seeing that I wonder how many other victims this has happened to. Final conclusion, double check your package and make sure your device is there.

I have all the proof and ring videos the driver never came to my home to deliver and he took it back to this HUB and it's not "missing out of the box" these people steal over here I already reported to the BBB and to the authority the person who's responsible for this situation is "Patricia", "Cinderella", and "angel". These people need to be removed and investigated through the authority for stealing customers package I have all the recordings and the proof and witnesses of this case when I spoke with Cinderella she was acting like my package was in the truck and she later switched up and said it's lost or stuck at the belt and when I called this morning 1/15/2025 she said she cannot help me anymore and kept hanging up on me I have all the voice recordings and footages of ring camera driver never showed up, also I know Cinderella and patria and angel got something to do with this package that's belongs to me because they kept asking what it is and kept all the information I needed and just hung up on me. DEAR MANGER BRUCE I hope you get this message and reach out to us because I'm not the only person that is affected by this from this same location hub with same desperate people like Cinderella and Patrica and angel. 1/19/2025 please don't let think go unanswered im still working on to have them investigated and put them in prison who is responsible and continue to steal other people's package at the establishment it's not the sender it's these guys they act like they go by your house "suppose" to sign even though I have a ring camera they never showed up asking fro sign anything , and then after they take the package back the box is empty and items are missing, don't let this continue guys let's get together and take these guys down

My package was out of delivery from Baldwin Park on Tuesday, 6/2/2020, and then I got updated the status on website around 10pm that it was on hold due to emergency situation. On Wednesday 6/3/2020, my package was out of delivery again. The same situation happened again, the website updated around 12 pm, my package on hold due to an emergency situation! I don't understand! I can't believe my package arrival at Baldwin Park two days ago and out of delivery twice! And now, still on hold!!!

This UPS center is absolutely terrible. I am glad the experience I have with my Amazon shipment is the same as what many reviewers here had. Basically, if you have your package transited to this UPS center, the tracking number is practically useless. My last Amazon shipment was "Out for delivery" every day for 3 consecutive business days last week, and at the end of each day, the status went back to "In transit". I could actually track the UPS truck carrying my Amazon package during those 3 business days, but the UPS drivers never bothered to deliver my package. Every night, I received an email from UPS choice that my package is rescheduled to the next business day. Finally, my package arrived after taking a vacation in the UPS trucks for 3 business days, and I no longer needed it because of the super late arrival. I already had to purchase a similar item from a local store. I filed a complaint to Amazon about this, and thank goodness, I got refunded, but my incoming Amazon package, which is less time sensitive, is transited in this UPS center again unfortunately.... It was out for delivery today, but this time, I was not given the tracker to track the UPS truck carrying my package. At the end of the day, it's back in transit again. I am sure my incoming Amazon package will also take a vacation in the UPS truck for a few business days before it is finally delivered to me, just like my previous Amazon package.... I wish this UPS center would be closed for good so that all my incoming packages will not get transited to this UPS center anymore. It seems that this incident happens very frequently lately, based on the reviews here.

0 Stars if i really could.... i would highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. What kind of opening hours is this? I'm a first responder working monday - friday and they aren't even open on weekends. How am i able to pickup my package? This location was the only place available and its pretty far from my house.....

... What are the drivers doing? I had a time sensitive package but I didn't receive it within the two days I expected it to arrive. The tracker showed that it was out for delivery but I didn't receive until the very next day. In addition, I stayed home all day to make sure I wouldn't miss them. Instead of getting a doorbell ring like UPS usually does, I got nothing. I walked out constantly to double check since my package was expensive and I didn't want it to get stolen. It turned out they threw my package in front of my gate where anyone could easily see and take. I also had another package that should've been delivered that same day. I tracked it and saw them rescheduled it's delivery twice. Now I need to wait 2 more days... Update: I finally received my second package. Again, the delivery person did not make an attempt to hide the package or walk to my door when I was home. They just left it at my gate door again. What's even more damning is that my packages looked like it's been opened... this is the second time that this has happened... seriously? I can't trust this place.

Paid for 3-5 business days delivery. Still getting falsified delivery notifications for this tracking number

I honestly don't know how this office is still even open. I don't use FedEx that often and I was…read moresupposed to send the package back to spectrum. Spectrum advised me to show them the QR codes and the shipping center would pack, label and send my products back. To start, I walk in and see staff just walking around and some just talking to each other. I'm standing in line with six employees present at the store, all of them refusing to offer help. There was one person at the counter helping someone else. So i figured I would just wait. A young lady that happened to walk in and get in line behind me, and an older asian employee Immediately ran to a register and called her over to help her. The lady said but He was here first pointing to me. I advised him I've been waiting. His face turned to disgust and He proceeded to chastise me because I was waiting to close in line, which I have no clue what that meant. I showed him the QR codes and advised him what I was advised from spectrum. He says they don't do that there they don't package items. Huh??? That is exactly what the store is for. I would've been good with him just advise me but rather he's talking down to me and rude like I'm wasting his time. He was no help at all and I honestly can't fathom how FedEx offices operate with staff like this. The employee was Bernard. older asian with glasses

Only have had to return Amazon items so they'll scan your barcode and print you a receipt. 4.5/5 Parking Parking is available jusy not right by the door unless you have a handicap placard is the AMC is in the same shopping center.
