I received someone else's package, not mine. Mine is missing and I can't get any help. I have tried and tried and tried for hours.

this is the third time this has happened to me. I live less than 1 mile from the facility on St. John's. I was told a package would be delivered to me by 12PM, adult signature required. I was not given the option of picking it up over on St. John's. My delivery time was updated to 7 PM. I do not understand why, once the package is on the truck, that the driver cannot get it to me as close as I am to their warehouse. Incidentally, I had two deliveries to me today, one from FedEx and one from DHS and they were both early, not even on time. read more

I don't know why they are lying about Friday's "natural disaster" and even if one did happen, they shouldn't slap another week and a half on it to be delivered. Next day would have been fine. read more

I was supposed to receive some packages for Christmas. UPS said they were delivered the 22nd of December at my front door. Looking at the ring bell video, there were no cars up and down my street on that day because the roads were closed due to the ice storm we had. But when calling UPS they said " they were delivered to your front door." So I put a request out for USP to further investigate and they said they mistakenly left my packages with a neighbor for them to deliver them to me and they were asking if I had received them yet. I said no. They said it was human error. I asked for the address of where they delivered them to and they couldn't tell me that. She said sometimes it's on the next block over that they leave your package that was paid for to be delivered to a specific address. So it sounded like that was it. The lady was very snotty and was not very nice or concerned that they lost Christmas presents. She did comment that sometimes they find lost packages months after they go missing. ups customer service suuuuuuuucccckkkkksssss... try to connect to customer service! I have a package that was supposed to be here earlier this week (they don't show you missed dates so I think it was 12/14) They now just update the est date 1 day each day. I tried to call so I can find when it will get here so I can be here. Called to get person but no go. Just phone tree. After a number of failed attempts and call backs and long introductions - ups finally got my tracking number understood. I still dont know when it will get here. Website says it is still in MO. Been there for almost a week. So, how do you talk to someone to ask. You cant. If you say customer service you are told they need more info. If you gove them tracking you get a recording and never speak to anyone. it's not Christmas ... that I could understand. So why do they suck now? My only guess is that they suck all year round. If I could give 1 star I would. I bought a bunk bed for my kiddos, and they kept on changing my delivery date and we suddenly had to move to different state. So I called amazon who then reached out to ups 3 way and told them to keep the package and that I'll come get it within a week because with the move I couldn't get it sooner because I had to fly out and check on some things at our new place. When we came to pick up the package 1/11 they only had 2 boxes and it said that total should be 8. The other 6 they delivered on 1/04 to the address we clearly told them NOT to deliver. When I called customer service through amazon they litterly not in so many words called me a thief and that there was only 2 boxes. When putting the tracking number it said that there was 8 packages and that 2 were picked up by my husbands last name on 1/11 and 6 were delivered on 1/04 left at door. No tracking updates for 8 days. Package is now 5 days late not happy. Arrived yesterday at 6 o'clock a.m. Vancouver location and still not delivered. I wish that you could give negative stars. If so, UPS would get a -10. UPS is using COVID-19 to NOT make deliveries to my door. They are leaving it by the garage, in the elements, in full view of the street. It is beyond lazy and trying to call is a joke. You are stuck in a perpetual loop trying to talk to a person. There is no way to get to them to fix this. I am disabled and can't walk to where they are putting my packages. To tell you how bad it has gotten; USPS has better delivery than UPS. UPS needs to get their (insert expletive) together. I shop online a lot. UPS seems to be consistantly late with deliveries, seven out of ten deliveries are late. Their customer service just gives you the run around when you try to contact them. I always request another shipping company when given the option but often am stuck with whoever the seller wants to use. So, suck it Amazon, I can, and do, find other places to buy things. read more

First of all your service is inexcusable. This is a matter of life or death, as our bank paid for express delivery for a new debit card to be delivered to my mother. I am 2,000 miles away and unable to pick up the package at your facility myself and deliver it. My mother is in hospice care/palliative care. She needs her cancer meds, and unable to get them without access to her bank account. She has no checks, and only can access funds through her debit card. The tracking number given shows the address was correct yet you did not deliver it as required two days ago and gave "incorrect or incomplete" address. This is unacceptable, and do expect we are contacting your corporate office and lodging a formal complaint. I don't care if your delivery driver has to stop everything to go deliver the package today. No excuses. You guys have ONE JOB! Get off your asses and do your job, that you have already been paid to do! Disgraceful. read more

This UPS location is the laziest and most unhelpful shipping company and UPS service specifically, ever. UPS in other states and cities have always been decent and easier to get along with than the employees of the Vancouver WA branch. I get more help calling the USPS than the UPS service. They never deliver at a decent hour, they are always several days late with some lame excuse. They NEVER leave packages that do not require signatures. Utterly Abysmal service. Fed Ex to USPS is much better recommendation. read more

Worst experience I've ever had. I had printed a label out for a package I was sending, and wasn't quite sure where to attach it on the box. Lady behind the counter said rudely well why haven't you taped the label on?" I said because I wasn't sure where to put it. She then said "well there's the tape." Very bad customer service all they do is read from a screen the person I talked to would only repeat what the computer told her to day, very unhelpful. Wanted to pick up a package of live goods there that was delayed due to weather offered to come anytime but was told no that I could not. Go with FED EX better service and willing to work with there customers. read more
