I thought I had written a review for this location before but couldn't find it. I went in today and, as always, received amazing service. Everyone who works here is fantastic! This is a very busy location, but I've never had a bad experience so I am confused about some of the reviews I read. I wanted to do a shout-out, especially to one of the employees who truly stands out, his name is Diego I believe--his positivity and helpfulness go above and beyond and we always appreciate how he is smiling and seems to love his job. brought in a package that had a pre paid label just needed to drop it off 5 minutes before store close and the male employee told me I couldn't drop it off because they were closed. I mentioned I still had time and the sign outside was lit open and the door was open, I was not the only person there, probably about 10 other people there. No work was needed just drop off and i was Denied. I also had workers steal items from my package at this location multiple times. read more

Sent my daughter to post an amazon return. The box needed tape. She was not confident how to seal the heavy box. I had her buy the tape and ask for assistance. They recused to help until I spoke to them on phone. I offered to pay to box the items but they refused. Customer service and shipping is what UPS is all about. Not at this UPS store. read more

I got my books sent here for SCHOOL, I'm out of town and asked my sister to pick it up because I start next week. She has the same last name as me and a copy of my photo ID + all the shipment information. The staff was disgusting and very disrespectful one even stated "I'm not dealing with this" with what? I had to return some items and UPD was the shipping method. As soon as I walked in, the store was clean. Parking was a breeze. There's also golf cart parking right across from the store. Friendly staff and very helpful. We had two separate return orders. The process was very simple and we got a receipt for our returns. I will be back! Also, due to COVID19, they have plastic tarp up between you and the staff. read more

Very poor lackluster service. The attendant was just trying to fake her way through her job and could not help with any services. The employee just had me copy/scan/bind my own poster presentation/documents on a generic printer and then made me pay for their services, why couldn't I just do the same at home? I go to UPS so that a professional could make it look good. I have a copy machine/printer at home. What was the point of paying them when I did the whole thing myself? read more

Needed to mail a package on Dec 17, 2021. Was told USPS could deliver it the next day through priority express. I was charged $56.33 which I did not think about until after I left. When I went back on Sunday to ask about it and the fact that my package didn't arrive Sat like I was told. I spoke to Linda the manager. She said that is the rate. I told her the post office charges $27 for this. She said it was their surcharge. I said I wasn't told that. Linda said they aren't required to tell the customer. My package finally arrived Monday night which is unacceptable. I tried to email Kevin the stores owner and have received no response as of this review. read more

Don't come here without a mailing label. They do not offer online printing services and if you need to print your label you need to pay $3 for the use of their computer plus the price of printing. They do not offer printing services from your phone, email or online. read more

Been using this location exclusively for about a year- excellent, helpful staff! Came to drop off a box with fedex labels (oops) and they were kind enough to help me get it packed up at a flat rate (generous, as it was very large) and point me to a nearby fedex location. read more

Shady tactics to dodge providing business services. I will use the pony express to send a package before I would ever consider patronizing this ups location. I came into the store with a computer projector, which I needed to have packaged and shipped to my next venue, as well as a box of printed materials that were already packaged, and just needed to be shipped. I travel the country teaching classes, and frequently ship materials, so I have a ups billing account number. The employee at this location informed me that the franchisee refuses to provide a UPS weigh bill, so they won't have to deal with handling prepaid packages (like using your account to pay for shipping). While I can appreciate someone wanting to focus on revenue generating activities, some of these basic services should be required if you are associated with the UPS name and brand. And don't forget, I still had a projection device I was asking them to box for me - a service I expected to pay a premium for. Instead, I took my business elsewhere, and suggest you do the same. Have had a box here since 2007 and even though I moved further away and there is a closer ups store to my new location, I stay at this one because of kind and caring staff. I can call and ask them to check for packages, and they know me and greet me by name. They help however they can and never fail to be nice and smile. read more

Came in to mail a package in a small box. I had my own box but was willing to pay for packing materials and postage. The lady behind the counter asked if I wanted to buy a box and I told her mine would be fine. She argued with me asking if I was sure because the item might break. I told her no, it would be fine. She continued arguing with me trying to get me to buy a box I didn't need. I finally told her I wasn't interested in arguing and I walked out. I just wanted to mail a small box with some bubble wrap and packing peanuts to protect my item but she had to make it difficult and ended up losing a customer. read more
