The salad comes with their amazing croissant drizzled in honey butter but you can order a basket of like 5 or 6 for $6. Worth it. Plenty of easy, free parking. The building looks like a castle from the outside if you have seen it off 85. Its off the Pelham Road exit. They also own Chophouse 47 that is almost next door. Located just off the bustling intersection of Pelham and Haywood Rds, Bimini's is a hidden little gem. When you walk in it's got a feel of an old island seafood shack. Friendly Staff, live music Thursday through Sunday. Nate was our server and though he was slammed he was friendly and provided top notch service. We started with the Mahi-Mahi fingers for an appetizer (not pictured). It was fried and breaded perfectly, the right amount of crunch, flavor and flaky goodness. For the main entrees we ordered the Flounder and Calabash Shrimp with Wild Rice and Vegetables. (Pictured) As well as the Catfish and Calabash Shrimp with fries (not pictured). Both plates came with 3 hush puppies and coleslaw. Both the flounder and catfish were phenomenal and surprisingly not overloaded with grease like most fried foods. For dessert, we got the double brownie batter cheesecake (pictured). This was recommended by our server, Nate. It's homemade by the owners wife and takes her about 3 days to make a full cheesecake!
