Stumbled upon this new shop while looking for another store. I was pleasantly surprised at the clothes that they had. The store buys and sells clothes but they are not like those places who will only take designer products in pristine condition. There were items from everywhere!!! Literally: from walmart and target all the way to Juicy Couture and Betsey Johnson. They carry both mens and womens clothes, shoes and accessories, and the store is very cute. The only thing is that there is not very much variety in sizes. Most of their stock is in size XS, S, or M (but hopefully that will change once more customers sell clothes to the company. I bought two items, and would go back again after they have been open for a while. read more

The workers are snooty. I brought in designer jeans and dresses (Joe's Jeans, Express, J Crew, etc.). Never been here, but the website said they accepted those brands. What you should know is they only accept "mom jeans" according to the worker. She was disgusted when she handed me back my clothes (based on her facial expressions and tone of voice). Safe to say I will never step foot back in this store. I'd rather donate my items to Goodwill than deal with these workers. read more

There is so much potential, but the staff is pretty rude and in their own little world. I came in today with about 10 pairs of men's chinos that are still in fair condition, they didn't buy them, which is fine. But when I asked why, mostly so that I don't bring items again in the future that they won't accept because of wear, the buyer was annoyed that I even asked, and was overall not very kind. The store wasn't busy, yes there was a wait to get your clothes bought back, but I think that's to be expected. After spending 40 minutes browsing the quality of several items I had was much higher and in line with the season. Such a disappointment, I'll be making sure to take my business elsewhere, at least to where the customer service is better. read more

Given how dreadful the real estate decision was for this location I hesitate to think how long they can remain in business. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Went in today with maybe 4 or 5 trash bags worth of stuff to sell. The girl look at me with a stank face and says oooohhh it's gonna be a 40 or more minute wait, and the new rule they came up with was that you have to stay while they go through your clothes...which is weird but whatever. So I said okay and figured I would wait. Then, as I'm bringing my stuff in the other blonde girl was giving me attitude about how they only can take about 3 trash bags worth of stuff because "they don't want the wait to be long for other people"?????? So weird!!!! So then, I was like first of all my trash bags aren't even full and I start arguing with her. She was extremely rude and sounded stupid. She started to get all defensive and sorry after I started to question her. MIND YOU- I am a regular customer there who sells their clothes there. 90% of everything I bring in NOT ONLY has tags on it, but is designer or of very nice quality. I'm constantly bringing them Alexander wang, free people, Marc Jacobs, helmut Lang, for love and lemons, and everything like that!!! After this experience, I will NEVER step foot in this place because not only are the employees stupid and rude, but I basically GIVE them my stuff when I could go somewhere else and get much more. Last time I walked in with at least 3 trash bags and got 80$ for it, again, was giving them designer and high quality items, NOT forerver 21 and H&M stuff. Literally worst place ever. LOVE THIS PLACE!! I am in here at least twice a month selling clothes and usually another twice a month to shop!! It's safe to say it's my favorite place to get cute clothes for a great price! The process of buying back is always fair, I typically end up with a good amount of either cash or credit. (That I typically spend shopping) all of the employees are super nice and helpful! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have kids working here who do NOT CARE AND DO NOT SORT THROUGH YOUR CLOTHES AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU MONEY. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a clothing store and consignment store. I called and they said I could bring in my boxes and then I brought them and they said they'd call me once they looked through the boxes. They called an hour later and said they picked 7 items!!!!!!!!!! And would give me 30 bucks. I seriously had over 200 very nice designer items and they did not even see any of them!! Then when I came to pick up my boxes there was this woman Briona working and she then said oh we are only Going to keep these four items. I said "why?" She was shocked that I asked and I caught her off guard. She basically just did that because she was pissed my mom and I brought In so many items. The girl also mentioned workers took pictures of our boxes and posted it in a group chat and they were making fun of us and all of our stuff because they were too lazy too look through it. Very unprofessional. I clearly called and they said I could bring in my boxes then once I rented a uhaul and got there and unloaded. They called me an hour later and then said that they want 7 items then when I got there that went down to 4! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. believe me. They missed out on everything they didn't go through. Great place, literally half my closet is from this store! The employees are great and are well in tuned with fashion. Came in to sell some clothes, walked in and stood at the sale counter for about a minute. The two girls behind the counter looked at us then said something to each other and turned to us and said rudely that they weren't buying clothes today. There were no signs to suggest that the store wasnt buying clothes. We're regular customers and usually the service is pretty decent but we were really put off by the staff on this particular day. I can understand that it can be hectic on busy days, but to turn away customers simply because you do not want to deal with them is not a very good way to interact with clientele, not to mention the fact that there were roughly 6 other customers in the store which is not impossible to manage efficiently. read more

I was looking for another consignment besides crossroads near me and stumbled upon this place. Little did I know that they cater to a high school and college crowd. Really cheap brands and poor quality. It was hard to look through items as everything is stuffed in there and jam packed! Brought items to sell and only 2 long sleeve free people tops where taken in and with a trade only $10 for both even though payout is more on trade which I did. Will never come back! Better finds at crossroads and on que style plus you get paid a hell of a lot more on items you sell. Goodwill has better quality. read more

I felt so ripped off here. I brought in 4 huge bags of great quality name brand clothing and left with $18. I was extremely confused as to everything I saw on the racks were anywhere from $15 on the same dress I bought new for $8 at Charlotte Russe, to $26 for a BEAT up pair of nikes. I figured I would have gotten at least $50 considering I also sell my clothes on poshmark and would have gotten $200 for the same clothes. -save your time and make more money, use poshmark or mercari to sell your clothes. read more

If you're a real fashionista, bargain hunter and know your designers, this won't be the store for you. The workers gossip so loud about their work schedule and personal life, we really don't care or need to know their business do we. They need to hire better workers who actually work. They're young so if you're gonna sell, they'll be clueless as to what is designer, whats in style and what are high end brands. They think Exhiliration is a name brand. There's no name brands here. I don't consider Target or Forever21 clothing name brand. At best they have some Hollister but then again Hollister is going bankrupt. They have real name brand clothing at the Goodwill across the street for less half the price here. They price things the same cost as a new piece of clothing AT Forever21 and other stores. Lame. And they're outdated. Did I say they're outdated for the price. Terrible. They say they only buy what's on trend but have you seen these clothes? They're sooooo outdated! A lot of them have holes, stains, rips and tears. There are also old clothes and the shoes are leftovers from some bargain close outs or something as they get shoes and clothes in bulk for a ridiculous price! Hello, it's cheaper at Ross next door, and they have Michael Kors, Ann Klein, Donna Karan. The designer jeans were in style 6 years ago. And for that price, get it new at Nordstrom rack or TJMaxx. I don't usually post negative reviews, but this place certainly warranted a bad review. First, for a "used" clothing store, I don't expect to pay more than I'd at Target for clearance. They were fairly expensive for clothing that some had previously sweated in. $20.00 for a ripped t-shirt with yellow armpit stains? I'll pass. Second, the staff was AWFUL. I don't always expect a greeting when I walk in a store and I don't expect to be waited on. But the store was not busy at all. Nobody was selling and only 3 people were browsing. I was looking at the wallets right at the FRONT COUNTER and did not get so much as a smile. There were 2 employees behind the counter, loudly complaining about one of their fellow co-workers (whom was not working that day). I find it ironic that they were criticizing this coworkers customer service skills, while there I stood in front of them and they couldn't be bothered to acknowledge someone RIGHT. IN. FRONT. OF. THEM. The third employee - Mikhail - was loudly announcing across the store that he was off in 5 minutes...4 minutes...3 minutes -oh wait - where was HIS promotion? Cause he's so much better than the girl they were verbally eviscerating in her absence. I get that you will not get along with everyone you work with, I found it very distasteful that between 3 employees with a virtually empty store, all they could find to do with their time was criticize someone who was not even there to defend herself. I ended up buying one pair of shoes and when I asked them why they seemed to think they were so much better than that absentee coworker, the girl in the beanie with the piercings just stared at me like a deer caught in headlights. Overall, my advice would be to get some better employees. Maybe if you had only 2 working at a time, there would be enough work to keep them busy enough to NOT loudly count down to the end of their shift and maybe there would be less time to stand around gossiping about people that aren't there. Then you might cut that overhead budget enough that you don't have to charge $25.00 for someone's used purse that you can buy new at Ross for $17.00 It's sad - I wanted to like this place. I've been in multiple times and every time right when I walked in I was not greeted at all until I went up to them. They don't offer help for anyone , just sit behind the counter. The last time I went in they were especially rude. I was trying to sell my clothes to them and they knew which bag was mine, and right in front of me one of the workers lifted up one of the shirts I was selling and said to the coworker "ew look at this! I've been here once and I will never ever return. 1. The cash/credit options were LESS than that of other buy/sell/trade locations in socal... I'd rather drive to get more cash. 2. When I walked up to the counter, NO ONE (4 people working) looked at me AT ALL for at least 5 minutes. There was no one else selling their clothes OR shopping. The girls behind the counter were more interested in talking to each other than doing their EASY jobs (I was a buyer at Buffalo Exchange for over a year, I wish I had a magic computer program to tell me what to price things at). 3. I brought in a pair of NYDJ jeans and this is when I realized the staff here doesn't have to do any research. The girl doing my buy thought the jeans were from Forever 21. NYDJ stands for "Not Your Daughter's Jeans", a women's denim brand where straight-leg jeans are priced anywhere between $100-$130. SO by typing in Forever 21 to her computer, she was told to price them at $6. Absolutely wrong. A number in the $30 range is what the jeans would be worth to sell. 4. Zero conversation/zero pleasantries from the buyer. This place is down the street from where I live and I would much rather go somewhere farther away. Especially I'd rather go to a place where their whole job is making sure they're buying in the right things and pricing them appropriately for their surrounding community AND paying you more for selling your clothes in!! read more

Great concept however the customer service is awful. Walked in right at 10:00am and not even a simple hello. Had a few things to sell. Lululemon leggings, chucks, toms and a few other items. Got $20 for a pair of Lululemon leggings, new chucks, toms, 2 pairs of Zella's. I probably should have just went some where else but that wasn't my issue. The girls working at the front couldn't have been more un-interested in helping customers. It was like pulling teeth trying to get answers to questions. It was like they were doing us a favor by showing up and working. Sorry but that's not a great attitude to have towards customers. The store is very clean and organized. For the most part, this is a fun place to shop. I frequented the store in SLC when I lived there as well. While preparing for the grand opening, they bought pretty much everything I brought. Now that their stock is bulging off the racks, they have become much more selective. The prices are pretty good, just so happens I can go across the street to the Goodwill Keepers and get designer denim for cheaper (True Religion, 7FAMK, Paige, etc..) but I don't mind paying a little more for a cleaner and better smelling atmosphere. I have to say I was a little put off by the music..I know it sounds weird..I am not a prude, I do tend to be a bit foul mouthed, but while shopping with my grandmother, I get a little uncomfortable with N-words and F-bombs flying in the background. The staff are not super friendly. During the grand-opening they were over the top nice. Now they just seem snobby. Which is really the opposite of what you would expect in a THRIFT STORE. Overall, I rock the clothes I bought at the grand opening almost every day and I spent less than 100$. read more

I've sold here many times. But now I'd honestly rather sell things in poshmark, mercari, close5, etc.... I sold about 15-20 in good condition with some pretty big brand names. $35 only. It's just such a rip off at how much they give you when you could get more on poshmark. I sold my $200 LF shorts there and got around $5-10. I sold my Michael kors wallet. Got around $5-10 for it. They stuff there isn't even "brand name" it's very scroungy and won't be selling her anymore. read more

I've sold clothes here a couple times and it all honestly depends on who sorts your clothes. Some girls think they are Gods fashion gift to man kind and only buy clothes that are "#trending" so if you have anything close to a personality or credible personal style that isn't featured in teen bop magazine, you may be out of luck. To be honest, I've taken the same bag of clothes (to prove a point) multiple times, one girl offered me a dollar out of the 20 plus items I offered, one girl said no (rudely) and the last gave me 30 bucks for almost the entire bag! So it's all dependent on who you get. The honest truth, don't get discouraged if your denied the first time, chances are it was denied from a girl who just graduated high school and needed a summer job in retail. The only reason why I'm giving a second star is because the owner donates all unsold clothes to a local shelter. read more
