Selling Experience: Im only giving 2 stars because when I went to sell my clothes there and I have sold clothes to other places such a buffalo exchange ect.. I know the criteria is usually has to be in style within the last year. I brought an entire bag full of clothes and they did not take one item, I know for a fact some of the clothes are in style and still had tags on them that I never even wore, I don't think these kids really know how to buy clothes and also the girl was really rude didn't catch her name. They were crowded so I dropped my clothes off and they sorted through them the next day went back and luckily this guy named Ben was really nice friendly and helpful if I were to ever try to sell clothes here again I would only go to him. read more

DO NOT SELL HERE! I sell online and was curious if this would be a quicker way to sell but it's not worth it. They offered me $20 store credit or $16 cash for 4 Free People dresses. 1st off no one greeted me the whole time I was there & there were a few workers.. if they had I would have let them know the opening hours on their door state sunday open 11 PM to 5pm as well as their weekends hours stating open at 10PM. They've been open almos t a month & no one has realized this? Great place. I've sold items here, the items that I sold were worn a few times or never been worn still with tags. As I was waiting for them to sort through my items I browsed the store and noticed they have a good variety of clothing styles, handbags, shoes and accessories. Things were fairly priced, it's clean and I thought the staff and owners were friendly. If you have things in your closet that are semi up to date with todays style in good condition and like new this is a great place to bring them to. I'm a bargain shopper, and love consignment stores, so I finally stopped by to check out this shop after hearing a 16-year old absolutely rave about it. A 16-year old raving about second-hand clothes somehow made me want to see what it was all about. I read the other reviews before I went, and have to agree that the service is definitely hit or miss. As I walked through the door, one of the employees was on a collision course with me, yet she made no attempt to greet me or even make eye contact. Clearly, she was on some other, more important mission than acknowledging a customer walking through the door. I dinged my rating one star for her rudeness. After about 5 minutes of browsing, I met the next employee, and she was at the other end of the spectrum. She introduced herself and made sure I was aware of how things worked and then offered to help me find anything specific I might be looking for. A refreshing change from Employee #1, so I stuck around. Now I can understand the draw for a teen/young adult -- sell some cast-offs, buy some new stuff. What's not to like? That said, there seemed to be A LOT of Forever 21, a LOT of black, and a LOT of size Small (ladies, anyway). The items on the racks seemed to be in good shape, though some prices seemed high for second-hand F21, but the store was clean and well-organized. This shop is a franchise and they probably have strict guidelines as to what brands what they can accept (check the corp website if you are selling. It lists the "brands they love"). While I was there a lady came in with a full box of items, and I think they only accepted 3 things, stating the rejects were not what their customers are looking for (translation: "not young enough" and "not trendy enough"). They make it clear their target market is "young adult", so no big gripe there, but I was hoping to see at least *a few* brands like Ann Taylor, Chico's, etc. I bought one top that was like new for under $10, but I'll probably stick to other shops that feature truly upscale labels. read more

The store was great! What stood out to me most though was the great and outstanding customer service Stephanie provided. She came up and informed me about the sales that were going on and when she saw my potential buys she started a dressing room for me right away. She was also quick and efficient when checking me out at the register. This girl deserves a raise! read more

That was an absolute waste of time and frankly disappointing. I brought an assortment of different clothing, shoes, bags (in "like new" condition) (4 huge bags) and after waiting for an hour and a half, they told me, out of all that staff they can only take 2 purses with tags for $17 total. Big fan of second hand shops and although this place is nicely organized I think their clothing selection could be better. I overheard an employee on the phone mention that they look for trendy items found at mall stores within a year of release and their key demographic is high school-college students. I'm fine with all that although I am well past those ages, it's just some of the clothing selected was pretty worn in. I came across a number of tee shirts with a lot of pilling which again I get the second hand, but I can hardly be expected to pay $12.99 for that, when at h&m a basic tee is $9.99 new. I did appreciate the jewelry selection that they had from designer to no name and the fact that there were sample items from local California brands. So a good mixture of old and new. I will say the music selection seemed mismatched, I mean for the type of store I would've expected a more eclectic sound, what I heard the entire time I was there was country music. All and all a good experience, my husband walked out with a fairly new pair of 501's and I got Nike leggings and some h&m flatforms. read more

So I took 2 full bags of Wedges & Pumps in good condition and the sales rep said they only want boots & flats, since their target audience are teenagers. I wasted my time and gas to go there. I give this place 2 stars because I have found some decent pieces for fairly cheap..not that cheap but fairly. However, the customer service is pretty terrible. No one ever greets me when I walk in or offers to hold my items when I'm carrying 10+ hangers or pays attention to the fitting rooms when people are waiting to try on clothes. I've read other reviews that mention a certain smell and I agree, all of the items I've purchased here have a certain smell, kind of stale but once washed they're fine. Do not waste your time selling here though, I brought in a couple bags of nice things some still with tags on, never worn and definitely styles I've seen for sale in the store. The girl who helped me was rude, didn't even say hello and did not even bother to LOOK at the items I brought before saying she didn't want any of it. All of the clothes were still folded exactly how I left them and there is no way humanly possible she could've taken the items out of the bags looked at them and folded them up and put them back in the bags in the one minute and 30 seconds I walked over to another rack. Save yourself a trip and just sell on EBay. You may find some gems here but prepare to be treated poorly. read more

I always come here before I go to the mall! The clothes here are very on-trend and significantly cheaper than buying similar things at the mall. It's kind of cluttered so you definitely have to do some digging. The staff are great except for one girl who is unbelievably rude. They are very selective when you're selling! I went there with 5 bags of stuff. They wanted to buy one thing. That would have been fine if she hadn't told me the reason she didn't want to buy the other stuff was because it was children's clothes. My response was, "so you're saying I can't fit into anything in the store? Because that is not children's clothing!"
