McKenna is a great asset to their team. I had questions about real gold versus plated pieces. The price of gold is high, but that's everywhere, so it was nice to have choices in real and pleaded as some pieces I wanted for long-term and some for just trendy fun day wear, with her help I was able to find exactly what I wanted. Store is nice and clean.

The costumes themselves are a little on the pricey side, but they have a lot of costumes to choose from, including accessories, wigs, and a bunch of other stuff. It's a fun place to go and the family looks forward to visiting every year. Keep a lookout in the mail before Halloween or in the month of October. They typically send out 20% off discounts.

It is very easy to book an appointment online and there's lots of availability for different time slot throughout the day. We booked our appointment for a 12pm appointment, got there about 15 mins early and the gal was happy to assist us right away. She was friendly, she was helpful... everything was great until she told me the pricing for the earrings would be $128, and she pointed to a very small diamond earring that I personally did not like. I asked her if that was the only option for my daughter, and she hesitated and pointed to another diamond or gold earring right next to it, and said it was the same price. She literally made it seem like out of all the earrings displayed in the case, these were the only two options with a single price point of - $128. If you look at a photo on this review, you should be able to see that there were plenty of other styles at different price points that I was well aware of because I literally was just there not too long ago for my other daughter's piercing. I was getting super annoyed so I asked her again if these were the only two options for me, in which she then pointed at the $85 options but immediately told my daughter that the ones she liked were "sold out". Just then, another woman with her child approached the lady helping us to ask about pricing but they were immediately told of the earrings available "at the starting price". My daughter ended up selecting a pair of gold plated earrings for $85. With tax, the total came out to just under $100. IMO, I would've dropped WAY more than $128 for a pair of diamonds earrings if I liked the style and if she wasn't trying to be dishonest about my options. My oldest daughter is considering getting her third piercing but most likely, I will skip coming here again.

I almost said something to him but he was so hyped and happy, unlike mr grumps at the gun counter. Aside from that and what drove me away from purchasing a new firearm that day, the guys working Ammo and the fishing department were amazing. They really showed their knowledge and were a pleasure to work with. I will be back because of them, but maybe sticking to rifle supply for gun purchases.

WOW! I heard about this place and have wanted to stop by and boy am I glad that I did! I couldn't believe the great deals that I found here. I totally recommend anyone to shop here. The employees are really chill and friendly and the store has a cool vibe. First, I brought to sell about a dozen gently used things that I had only worn a few times and they not only bought most of them, but they also paid me pretty well. Considering how little they cost me to begin with, I really scored. They give you 25% more in store credit too if you don't take their cash offer. I needed a new outfit for Coachella and definitely came to the right place. I found a cute Brandi top, a kimono and some jean shorts and got them all for less than $20! As usual I also ended up buying several other items like a dress and some heels for a more formal occasion and I still have credit left over! I noticed that they also have good looking guys stuff too, so I'll be coming back here with my boyfriend real soon. The girl who helped (Shantel) was also really sweet and very helpful! read more

Went into Uptown today and received some great customer service and style tips from Tess. She was extremely helpful in explaining the difference between the colors "olive green" and "teal" in a watch I was looking at, and gave me some pretty great pointers on what could be paired or outfitted with that accessory she was extremely attentive and knowledgeable with her insight towards fashion. Not to mention the assistance that was given to me in the midst of being extremely busy already, especially just to answer some what if questions on style. The staff there and Tess in particular were extremely kind and helpful in answering any questions I had and with my whole shopping experience. I will most definitely be going back. read more

Sad excuse for a retail store. Not sure what I was expecting. I used to come here every week when I was younger and use to live in the area. It was fun, clean, and the items I found were always a treat. Thought I'd swing by after many years later and I was so disappointed. The place is an absolute mess. I was never acknowledge, greeted, or asked if I needed any help. The back stock room door was wide open with no one attending it, and I wish I could unsee what was back there... 2 stars because the prices are affordable and lots of styles to rummage through. Not so pleasant store. Went to the store with a nice size bag to sell some great items. The guy at the Caucasian guy at the counter Aaron (with painted black nails wearing all black clothes, and black/ white Nike dunks) went through our bag and said they only took 6 items. When I arrived home and went through my bag, I noticed HE TOOK WAYYYYY MORE THAN 6 ITEMS. I'm sure he didn't expect us to go through the bag again, but we did. For a first time experience it was awful. I would not recommend this store to anyone, nor would I go back. As I went through more reviews, I noticed lots of people have been going through this same problem. STOP STEALING CLOTHES CHEAPSTAKE. Control your employees. read more

I stumbled upon this store last week and was highly impressed with the quality of clothes and the reasonable prices this store offers. I enjoy browsing thrift stores because you can find amazing deals, but this store carries better quality clothes at the same or even less than local thrift stores that I have been to. The staff is very helpful and friendly, their clothes racks are organized, they have many fitting rooms, and they have items that they clearance out at unbelievable prices. My best friend loves this store and makes me go with her every chance she can get ... anyways besides that.. horrible customer service. AND I MEAN HORRIBLE. Sold them 4 pairs of True Religion jeans two blouses and sandals from Nordstrom and all I got was $42 and change. They resell these jeans for $90 each.. Not going to buy or sell here again. first of all, you could sell those same jeans for at least $50 each on eBay, Criagslist, Tradesy, EASILY..second, you can buy a brand new pair of True Religion jeans for $90 at Nordstrom Rack!! Need I say more!!! Rip Off! Stick to Tradesy for selling, and there's a lot of great finds at the Goodwill across the street for dirt cheap! read more

This place is amazing!! Everything is in almost perfect condition and almost nothing is over $30. For example my sister got a pair of converse for only $17 and they were practically new! I have also gotten a shirt from the shop that was only $10 and it was from Topshop, (Topshop is expensive.) They carry American Apparel, Brandy Melville, Topshop, and more. Wast of time. I'm a middle aged women with gently worn top brand clothing that I took in two 30 gallon bags and they took nothing. There are high school girls that work there and not at all customer friendly. They have very specific things that they buy, which is why I didn't buy anything. I came here to sell my True Religions, Sevens and other name brand things and the service was not par. They don't give you much for your clothes. I would recommend that you explore your options when wanting to resell because they low ball you and the options at this store are not as good as I though they would be.
