I give this place 2 stars because I have found some decent pieces for fairly cheap..not that cheap but fairly. However, the customer service is pretty terrible. No one ever greets me when I walk in or offers to hold my items when I'm carrying 10+ hangers or pays attention to the fitting rooms when people are waiting to try on clothes. I've read other reviews that mention a certain smell and I agree, all of the items I've purchased here have a certain smell, kind of stale but once washed they're fine. Do not waste your time selling here though, I brought in a couple bags of nice things some still with tags on, never worn and definitely styles I've seen for sale in the store. The girl who helped me was rude, didn't even say hello and did not even bother to LOOK at the items I brought before saying she didn't want any of it. All of the clothes were still folded exactly how I left them and there is no way humanly possible she could've taken the items out of the bags looked at them and folded them up and put them back in the bags in the one minute and 30 seconds I walked over to another rack. Save yourself a trip and just sell on EBay. You may find some gems here but prepare to be treated poorly. read more

I go through my closet about twice a year. I have to say, this place wasn't helpful at all!!! It seemed like a good deal on the radio, you know, getting money for my used closed rather than just donating them. Plus I was in a time where I needed some extra money. After going through ALL my clothes, I had accumulated almost 4 trash bags full of clothes! When I went there, they told me it'd take about 3 to 4 hours to go through it. Said okay, and waited, had nothing to do the rest I the day. After 4 and a half hours they finally called me back to the counter to tell me that they couldn't even see a single thing!!! Nothing! So I go in to the store and let the young girl at the counter know I have the discount punch card and it is the month of my birthday on the card it clearly states get 15% off your purchase during the month of your birthday. She tells me no its only for the week of your birthday and if you sign up for email spam. The card discount is incorrect. I was cut off while just asking a question. I have been a retail manager for over 20 years and have 35 years of customer service. I had been seeing this store all over Instagram, Facebook, etc, and so I've been looking to go for a while- cheap clothes? Sign me up! I went on Saturday and browsed for about an hour, picked some things out, and placed them on hold so I could bring back things of mine to sell and hopefully get some store credit to balance out my purchases. I came back later that day on my way to work and the wait was going to be about forty minutes for them to go through my clothes, but they were more than happy to have me leave them overnight to pick up the next day. Fast forward to today- they took a fair amount of my things and I ended up with $50 in store credit- I thought that was good for things I will probably never wear again. Sure, most of the things they are selling are Forever 21, BP Nordstrom and the like, but for the cheap prices, it's a great way to boost your wardrobe without spending a ton, especially with Forever 21's rising costs lately. I didn't see anything that was in unacceptable shape, most only looked like they had been worn once or twice, if even that. It also didn't have that "thrift store" smell, and everything was categorized neatly by size and even by color. Very easy to navigate. The only complaint I had was the staff- the blonde girl working the dressing rooms was super sweet, but the other employees left a little to be desired. They were polite to the customers up front, but would turn around and talk trash about that same customer as soon as they left. They also had undesirable things to say about the other employees- all I heard coming from them were complaints about everything, they had nothing positive to converse about. They need some training on professionalism, for sure. Otherwise, I definitely think I will be coming back for some more good deals! read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. What a terrible experience. I walked in expecting to find something cute since I was recommended by a friend. When I walked in I was not greeted at all. I walked around for 50 minutes and was not greeted or asked if I needed anything. I meanwhile had gotten a mountain of clothes to try on that I was lugging around the store with no one asking me if I needed a fitting room. I finally went to try my clothes on and nothing fit. But I had gone through a few rounds of clothes so when I got to the end I only had 7 items on the fitting room instead of the 8 that was originally on my fitting room card. The owner rudely rolled out after me and asked if I was done. I said yes, I was. And she said "Are you sure? I see only 7 items on the room when there were supposed to 8". The girl who showed me the fitting room informed her that I had tried on a bunch of clothes and she just said "oh". I hadn't found anything but I assure you that if I had found something to buy I would have dropped it and left. I have worked customer service for many years and you NEVER accuse a customer of stealing. I am so offended by this place that I will never ever be back. I will also tell all my friends about this horrible place. DO NOT SHOP HERE. read more

Went in to sell a full 10 gallon bag full of clothing, mostly purchased from target within the past month and unworn only to have $20 worth of clothing taken. As I walked in, the girls were commenting on other items that had been brought in prior to me, and while I was being "helped", the girl was on her phone (on speaker phone) making plans to go to the mall. This place was a waste of my time. First off, I went in there with 5 pairs of jeans ranging from Paige, Seven For All Mankind, Citizen's of Humanity, and True Religion. Honestly, to the naked eye, only 1 pair of jeans was truly ripped at the bottom and another was slightly frayed. All the others were in great condition. I read another review saying that they also didn't take her clothes, even when she had high end stuff. Its true, they only take items that are practically new or never worn...I don't understand their standards. While browsing through the clothes for sell, I found basic blouses that can be found at Target, Hollister, American Eagle, Forever 21 etc. that you can buy NEW versus used. The girl at the counter said they didn't take my jeans because they were ripped...only 1 was ripped at the bottom. To top it off, I waited 2 hours and the girl said they would call my name, if i wasn't there then they would call my cell phone, well they didn't. I had to go to the counter and inquire about my clothing that was set aside with a pink " no thank you." Upon returning my items, the girl said "but we liked your jeans." Next time...just don't say anything, its pointless. I found some items but didn't purchase them, due to their unrealistic standards. Overall, disappointing. Will not be returning nor recommending to anyone. You are better off trying Tradesy, Liketwice.com or Buffalo Exchange. read more

I wandered in this place randomly after leaving petco. It is a newer store and I totally love the concept. I have been in other similar stores (example buffalo exchange) and felt like I was in a thrift shop. In this store however i felt like I was in a real, high end department store. They sell and trade women's and men's clothes, accessories, and shoes. While searching the racks I came across some designer brands like seven jeans, true religion, and Michael Korrs in the mix. I also scored a really cute pair of Cathy Jean pumps for 30.00 that would of been 80+ in the actual Cathy Jean store. I spent a good hour looking at all of the clothes they had for sale. They have everything organized so if you are looking for a certain type of clothing you just have to look through that section. This was a fun place to browse and I left with a few cute items. She did tell me that they are picky with their choices when people come to trade stuff in. You can also donate money to local charities here at the front while you are making your purchases. Can't say too many nice things about this place. First, their website said they opened at 10:00 am on Sundays, when they actually open at 11. Annoying. Second, when I walked in, I got cold stares from the employees....like they couldn't even believe I would be in their store. Third, while looking through the clothes, bags, and shoes I brought to sell, they were making rude comments about the clothes...while I was standing right there. And to add insult to injury, they offered me $12 for two bags of name brand clothes and a almost new Coach purse. What a joke. Here is what really got me though.....while looking through the racks I did not see one single real "name brand" item. Not one name brand purse, no one name brand jacket, not one name brand pair of shoes. I guess at this store Forever 21 is considered name brand, but they don't want real brands like Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, or J Crew. So, I took all my things and will donate them to Goodwill. My tax write off will be more than the $12 they offered. read more
