Brand new free people, Levi's, urban outfitters, (most items still had tags) the girl in front of me gave them all forever 21 looking clothes they gave her 43 dollars for 8 items they took 12 of my brand new clothes with tags name brand and offered me 46 bucks. A joke. I didn't have time to argue about it but I'm sorry one of my free people dresses was $98 dollars brand new it's still on the free people website!!!! (tag still on) and you're telling me that alone wouldn't get me 20 bucks? I wouldn't recommend selling them your stuff unless you wanna get ripped off.. also it smells so bad like dirty feet in the store. (All my new with tags items were also all bought within this last year so I was definitely ripped off & you will be too.) read more

I came by to sell unwanted clothes and accessories. They had me sign in on iPad with information such as name, address, driver's license number, and such. There was a little bit of a wait for the buyer so I browsed the store. The store is clean and well organized. There are selections for men and women. Some of the brands I saw were Paige, Forever 21, Coach and Adidas. Clothes, shoes, purses and other merchandise looked clean and in good condition. I didn't see high end labels like Louis Vuitton or Gucci, those types of brands would be available at Crossroads. The clothes and shoes here are on the casual side. In the end the buyer bought a Ted Baker wallet from 3 years ago or so which was in like new condition with the original box. I was happy she took it off my hands, Crossroads had passed on it. I felt that the amount I was given was fair. I had forgotten to bring a second bag of clothing to sell. Given the good experience here, I will bring it and other items in at another time. If you are looking for designer name brand stuff and don't want to pay the full price this is a place to go first. Great selection of jeans and jean shorts. You can also sell your clothes here as well but you are limited to two bags. They do a good job on organizing the clothes by size and have a pretty full store if both men and women's clothes. The prices are not as low as goodwill or other thrift stores of that genre, but they quality of the clothes is definitely better and you get brands that you will want to wear. read more

ALMOST SCAMMED! Taylor the blonde woman at the cash register tried to charge us $182 for three items after mouthing off about customers in the store to other coworkers (we could easily hear them) Once she scanned all the items she told us the total was $182?! Store value for each item was $50, $30 & $14. After deciding to get rid of one of our items which was the cheapest one it suddenly dropped to $86. The other associates were behind the counter watching and decided to not correct their coworker's lies. Never returning again! read more

I bought a top a week ago and attempted to return it today with the tags still on it and with my receipt. The clerk said my phone number was not in their system, therefore she couldn't return it!!! Um, you have my original receipt! The receipt states a 30 day return. Seriously, I will NEVER go in this store again! If any one locates this shirt to buy it from them, they should GIVE it to you because I already paid for it and left it! You're welcome! The receipt doesn't say you need a phone number for credit, neither did the clerk selling the merchandise explain that. I'll call my credit card company to credit me for the merchandise that I returned. Thank you for your suggestion. read more

My bf recommended this store because he lives nearby. Needed an outfit for an art fair and knew I prefer to thrift shop because I am against fast fashion. So many clothes! Felt a bit overwhelming at first, however they had the store so organized and color/style coordinated that I managed to find a couple of cute articles of clothing I'm in love with. I came in, and there were two girls in front of me. I gave them my MASSIVE bag with brand new/barely used clothes. May I add LOTS OF DESIGNER. They didn't even finish the other girl's bags, and mine was already done? They were sorting my clothes ON THE FLOOR. And gave me back my bag saying they didn't find anything. When I got back to my car I noticed THEY DIDN'T EVEN TAKE EVERYTHING OUT OF THE BAG AND LOOKED??? They just took off the top items and said that was it. So so so so disappointed.
