My review is for drinks and hookah only. The food was a nonissue. This place definitely has lost some of the glamour that the photos show from 5 years ago, but it is still a great place. On a Thursday night, the well drinks were $3.00 and the hookah setup was only $15 with a $10 shisha refill. Two people were able to smoke for several hours on the two bowls and I am sure we left a half full pot because it was almost 11pm. Fairly attentive, but I don't mind going to the bar for things anyway. The coals were replaced often and burned for a long time. I will definitely be back to this place. There were maybe 10 other customers and the music inside was very loud and not my style, but sitting outside on a breezy night was wonderful. read more

Went here for a friends bday celebration per his request. First time here and I'm wondering how this place is even open. They charge $10 to park within 30ft and $5 if you park in the lot further. You're a bar not a nice lounge and this is a cheap way of taking more money from your customers. Experiencing the place I understand why they try to get all the money they can. It's a sad excuse for a hookah bar. They serve Fantasia hookah flavors, I personally don't like soap flavored tobacco, so I already didn't expect much. But I ordered one of the flavors that's less soapy than others so I don't seem rude. I also got myself a drink just to see what's up. After having both I realized that I should have just driven away when I heard about the ridiculous parking arrangement. Got a broken hose when I got my hookah. Irritable but fixable. Then as an hour passed by I realized there were no coal servers and I had to ask for coal myself. A big problem when 1. my waitress has never come by the table once since she brought us the hookah and 2. I'm paying for the service that I'm not receiving. Fine. I got up and walked around to find my waitress and asked her for coal. Went back to my seat and waited 20 minutes until I got up again and looked for her. See where I'm going with this? During this time I was sipping on a drink a friend bought for me. It was some flavored vodka and coke. In other words watered down coke with lots of ice and a pinch of citrus flavoring. I feel robbed. The service was horrible. I had to pay to park myself and endure the said experience. Paid $16 for a hookah I might as well have served myself and $6 for a watered down flavored coke packed with ice. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars was because the DJ was pretty amazing. But not enough to bring me back and I do not plan on recommending it to my friends. I work in customer service and I know what great customer service looks like. This was far from it. read more

Great atmosphere and music, inattentive bar staff and hookah girls. Come here if you don't mind waiting half and hour just to receive watered down drinks and your hookah. After a three minute trip to the bathroom our full drinks and hookah were cleared despite the establishment being basically empty and dead. It's okay..... Happy hour is cool... Good place to hang. Need speakers outside.... The hookahs are good and during happy hour they are $10 and you can add flavor for $5. That is a good deal. Not at all cool. I went last night with a friend already knowing I'm paying for overpriced hookah. I have my own and know how much it is just for the tobacco (super cheap). I understand though, they need to make their money somehow. So we walk into this strip club exterior looking place, it looked a little sketchy. The inside was actually quite nice but the outside, according to pictures looked like I had jumped into the movie Aladin. Too bad the picture didn't do it any justice. It was gross, there were huge holes in the "VIP" seat benches. The drapes weren't fully installed either. The place needs a serious makeover. We ordered half peach and half double apple which are my two favorites. We also ordered 2 tap waters. The waitress proceeds to tell us that they don't serve tap water to customers that do not order food. ummmmm are we in another country? My friend ordered a bottle of water and I was so angry I refused to get anything. Eventually I see a man running around, I introduce myself and come to find out he's the owner. I then start small talk then ease into the tap water issue. He said that they have that rule because 18-20 year olds come with 10 friends, smoke 1 hookah ($1 a piece) then order nothing else! That's no way to make money.... So after that, I understand. He got me tap water :) Not to mention the staff was very nice including the owner. I will not be returning. read more

Houston has potholes everywhere! Why would we need to pay to park in a pothole filled parking lot!? Guess times are tough, and hookah bars have it tougher. It's pretty dead inside. The music was top 40s. Went here the first night I was in Houston just to unwind and have a few drinks and smoke some hookah. I discovered something wonderful here...fantasia hookah. they had flavors ranging from caramel frappacino to candy cane!!! I really liked the mango flavor and purple haze. Mmmmm. The brand has over 20+ flavors, so i'll have to try them all! Luckily they're located in Anaheim. WOot woot! Drinks were pretty pricey. $6 bucks for my less than 6 oz well drink. *two thumbs down* Hookah was $10. Just sucked it up and didn't complain, especially since it had a been a long night, I was gettin' over being sick (after complaining about how i needed a nap and some nyquil) and I just wanted to relax with friends. My friend on the otherhand, ordered some hennesey and was convinced it was fake. I believe her, because any hennesey drinker would know. Later on, the waiter came over to talk and tell us how he's a Spanish English mutt with an accent...which he later told us was fake. wth?? Don't get why. But his service was great. He was attentive to our needs and quickly came back with drinks when he got orders. anyways....he was wearing a pink belt and I thought that was uber cool. Service is HORRIBLE!!!! I came here around 10 pm on a Saturday and I have to say this is some of the worst service I have ever received. We sat at a table with a holes and burn marks all over the seats and waited for at least 20 mins for someone to notice us. The wait was in vain because finally I had to get up and ask someone for a waitress to come to our table. I was told it would be a few minutes after another 10 mins I got up a second time and asked another waitress finally I was handed a wrinkled laminated menu with no explanation of what flavors were. I'm sure you're wondering why I hadn't left at this point and the answer is I wanted to at least get my $7 worth of parking and no the $7 isn't valet it's self park. After finally receiving the hookah I had to continue to get up and hunt someone down for coal. When the waitress would finally come back around she would only have two coals on the entire tray and only refill the one table who asked with no concern for her other patrons. Most hookah locations have someone whose job is specifically to walk around and make sure everyone has enough coal. Instead this place has two bus boys who just stand around looking into space. When it came time to order drinks she would bring watered down drinks in cheap disposable plastic cups. I can truly say if you expect anything that resembles service avoid this place like the plague. I will never come back and I have no clue why people continue to give this place their money. It's clear they don't care about customers instead the managers would rather stand around drinking and smoking hookah while the waitresses walk around in booty shorts twerking. Another thing is I seriously doubt the hookahs are properly cleaned because the base is taped to the shaft which makes it virtually impossible for them to clean out the old water and disinfect it. We came into town to take care of some personal business. We needed a break from the real world and wanted to relax and chill. We came across this hookah bar and was very well pleased. The bar staff greeted us quickly and told us that we could be seated to our liking. This bar was well clean and the hookah was on point. There's only a few flavors you can choose from but you can't not go wrong with the Purple Haze flavor...trust me. There's also an open bar, which was a plus. Perfect place if you're looking for a chill place to drink and smoke hookah (i think they even have food) I went on a friday and there was a dj playing mostly hip hop. The bartender was awesome..helped us pick out a delicious hookah. My boyfriend and I sat in the back room and watched the basketball game. There is also a patio if you're feeling wild! (On a Saturday) Honestly the service was horrible, the chicken and fries came out cold, and the hookah was ok but no one checked on us nor did they fix the charcoal. I really only liked the dj and the music. Granted there was only one waitress I seen and she did her best but the drinks came out slow, i dont know if it was da bartender or what. Great, relaxed hookah lounge/bar in a convenient location near the Galleria. Depending on what night of the week you go, the crowd varies. Weds night is college night so if you want to avoid the younger crowd, I wouldn't recommend going on a weds! Most other week nights are quiet. Carlos is the best bartender!!! Always makes the strongest drinks and is very cool. They also have hookahs for $15 and they have SO many favors to choose from! You can also ask them to mix flavors to customize something specifically to your tastes. The food is a step above bar food, and is priced reasonably. The patio is amazing on a nice HOUSTON night. read more

I've came her at least 4 times in the past six months and this is an OK place not too bad nothing amazing about it. Parking sucks, you have to pay whether it is a weekday or weekend $10 at the least. They do however have a decent Happy Hour and their frozen Adios and Margaritas are pretty good. I am really big on consistency when it comes to things being available. Last week I came here at about 7 pm on a Weekday and their frozen beverages weren't ready..umm okay im a patient person I asked how long he told me an hour, NO BIGGIE! A hour and a half pasted and the beverages STILL were not ready. I work in the same industry so I totally understand circumstantial situations. However PREP your Venues with what drives its revenue! It was only maybe six other people in the building so the issue wasn't that they ran out its that they were unprepared. That looks bad on the business. The service here is terrible. They are slow about greeting you. They take forever to being your hookahs out. And then when they finally brought the Hookah out it lasted for about 20min. They told us we needed a refill. -___- I blew into the hookah and the coals expelled a bunch of liquid which was very unusual. I will not be returning to this place. Our server Jewel was nice but we also had to remind her multiple times of something we had asked for. This place had less than 15ppl. I ordered drinks and they served the cheapest ever... a bucket of beer (12pk) was 60 dollars which is just plain dumb... I didnt even want to try the hookahs... But the worst experience was the bartender... not sure if he was a manager or a guy helping out but he opened my budlight and with a bottle opener... he looked high or drunk he just didnt sit right with me and I brushed it off which I shouldnt have because I blacked out and ended up in the hospital! I was told they found roofies in my blood and I had an allergic reaction to it so I was hospitalized for 3 days. NEVER AGAIN! I had a bad feeling when I walked in, the beer was for me but my friend bought me the drink so I think he thought it was for her and I got the brunt of it. I would NEVER in my life go back to this establishment. Me and my friends went around 9-10pm on a Friday night to smoke hookah, listen to music and grab something to eat. We arrived and had to pay for parking. There is no free parking at all. The place was large with only a few places to sit. We sat in kind of the back of the establishment since half of the place was taken up by couples that could seat 4 people and the other half was reserved for a "l arge" party. Once we did find a section it took FOREVER for the waitress to come to us. Roughly about 45 mins because we were approached. Once we took our order for food, drinks and hookah there was about another 30-45 minutes of wait time. The drinks came out first. One of our members ordered a bottle of Ciroc and juice came with it. The juice came in 3 seperate containers in which all 3 had mold in the bottom of the containers. VISIBILY could be seen by whomever filled the bottles. Once the food came it did not look appetizing. The hookah could not even be smoked because there were soooo many ashes. The bottle that was ordered was $300....alone which only 1 person purchased. To make things even worse, my friend that ate the food woke up the next morning vomiting for hrs. It ran over to Monday which she had to call off work. Trust me, unless you want to get sick and pay for a bottle you could purchase at the liq store for $60, this is the spot. Other than that...stay far away. read more
