Upon walking in we were greeted by a friendly woman working the front desk. Immediately I noticed how clean and organized the shop was! The selection was really nice and they made great use of their space! I noticed some empty rooms in the back and when I inquired I was told that they are expanding to add a salon which I thought was a pretty cool concept. Over all it was a little pricey but it is a curated selection and it is in downtown Petaluma so I'm sure a large portion of that is due to overhead. No stars deducted for price because prices seemed to be on par with other stores that carry similar stuff. Over all I would highly recommend this store if you're looking for vintage clothing!

The store is crammed wall-to-wall with so much merchandise that browsing feels more like navigating an obstacle course than shopping. Instead of a curated thrift store, it feels like a cluttered warehouse where everything has been squeezed in without regard for the customer experience. The prices are completely disconnected from reality. For a store that markets itself as a thrift shop, many items are priced as if they're high-end boutique pieces. The value simply isn't there. To make matters worse, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and uninviting. The staff appeared exhausted and unhappy, and the outdated music only added to the overall sense that the store is stuck in the past. I left frustrated, empty-handed, and genuinely confused about how this place has earned its reputation.

I think that was maybe the fall or late in the summer. This particular day I was able to enter I was surprised to find out the shop goes all the way back and was bigger than most of the other stores. I've been to in downtown Petaluma. the only thing I didn't like was the lack of color which I'm sure is a trend for fall or the winter season. Lol everything was all beige, white and a weird tan color, which is too close to my own skin color and honestly washes me out. I was surprised to see the only thing that did have color were all on the sales rack and in larger sizes or very petite/small sizes and each $20 apiece. Lol. I really like the environment, and every employee greeted me as I walked in, so I felt welcomed, but I didn't really see anything I would wear without altering or dying a different color. I guess I will have to go back in the spring when they get some new colors. But I did like the whole set up of the store very easy to walk through and I really like their display table with the jewelry And individual stones you could buy.
