When I picked up my car nobody showed me a problem with my tires, none of the work I had requested had been completed. Felt like they wasted my time and this was just a bait and switch! My wife had also taken her car there a month prior to get a tire fixed and the attendant told her she had the same problem with her tires as he had told me and also told her she needed 4 new tires. I asked about the price and may not have heard it correctly, but I thought the total cost for the material and labor was less than $100. I agreed to replace it, and they ordered the belt, which was delivered quickly. After they finished the work, I realized that the labor cost for the belt replacement was $190. It only took about 10 minutes! I have used this shop for oil changes regularly, but I will not be returning anymore.

I received one of the products the next day. I called AutoZone customer service to inquire on my other product and they said they mistakenly shipped it on regular USPS and that it would take 7-10 business days. I asked to speak to a supervisor because the language barrier was bad with the customer service rep. The supervisor said that due to their internal error she would ship out a replacement for the part on FedEx on 4/29/26 in which I was to receive yesterday 4/30/26. I went to track the package and it showed it could not be delivered due to a wrong address. I called AutoZone customer service again on 5/1/26. The gentlemen verified my address on my account but I told him FedEx says they have a wrong address and only AutoZone can fix it since they are the shipper. I was on hold for what seemed like forever. He came back and said he spoke with FedEx and they indeed had the wrong address. I asked how that happened and he stated that it was another internal error. Now I have to wait 24-48 hours for FedEx to update the address and then try to deliver. This is the worst experience ever. Customer service was not easy to work with, so many reps with language barriers. I had to keep insisting for them to correct their internal errors and had to speak to 2 supervisors . I have never had an issue at the local AutoZone store but since they did not have the parts I needed available, I had to order them online. I will never order online from AutoZone again!
