Today I took my dogs to this place I told the owner Sharon that I would zelle her payment she said ok when it was time to pick up dogs she asked for payment I told her I zelled the money as we agreed on this idiot tells me oh no we don't take zelle I told her the zelle went through to ur Wells Fargo account showed her my zelle reciept still refuses to send me back my money using a million excuses paid her twice on cash and zelle very dishonest people lost a good customer now I have to file a fraud claim with my bank to get this crook to return my money back
Another complete disappointment. I drove here 30 min from across town on a recommendation. My dog came in with long fluffy hair. I gave them two pictures ( of my actual dog) of how I wanted her fur cut. Told them to keep it long. I come back and her fire is sooooo short and chopped. Now it's growing in weirdly matted. Awful!!! It's so ugly i hate it. I smiled and tipped and walked out but in reality I shouldn't have even paid. Also, i don't like their pick up policy. They don't tell you what time your dog will be done but when it's done you have to come right away or you're fined. So you're basically on call and if you have a job too bad. Praying my dogs hair grows back
May 2018 I took my dog to Urban Style dog for a haircut. They feature a cute mini schnauzer on their yelp page. I took my mini schnauzer in for grooming and the groomer cut off his long beard! It was chopped up and uneven, just a mess. When I dropped him off they asked if I wanted a paw spa treatment add-on for an extra charge, I agreed and guess what, they never cut his nails or cut the hair between his pads. When I called that same day, the girl already left and never called me back. Never again! Very disappointing.
I love this groomer! They where very kind to my dogs and made them look amazing! I have two afghan hounds and they looked so cute after their baths and haircuts! My dogs are a lot of work and they charged me very little! I really like this groomer and I think even though I am moving to other side of town I'll still drive over here to bring them in. Sue and Brenda both very nice people! They gave my boys little bandanas- soooo cute!
First time for my fur-person - Pom and they did a beautiful job. He is older and has health issues and they did exactly what I was looking for and doggie is very happy. I will be back and wish that I had used you before. Very reasonable price and worth it.
they have new owners and I went to them before but they've gotten even more personalized and special if that was even possible. they sent me the cutest personalized photo shoot of my little boy and i brought him to them very matted (he had a past groomer that hurt him so i was scared to take him)... honestly worth every penny and will be going back forever thanks for making his first christmas with us so special.
OMG! I don't go anywhere else! Think of it as The Puppy Version of a Human Asian Run Nail Salon. I truly don't know how they keep their prices so low. Especially when they only take a couple or few dogs in morning and same for afternoon. If you want a Saturday, call 1-2 weeks in advance and you can basically choose Morning or Afternoon. I always do Saturday Afternoons which is about a 12-1pm drop-off and 4pm pick-up. I have 2 shihtzu combos. One is about 15-20 pounds, the other tiny at 8-10 pounds. I take them in every 3 months and my girls look like dustmops by that time (not proud of it, but truthful). The women don't judge and for dogs under ~25 lbs they charge me $25-$30 each! Most times it's $25. So for two adorable fluffy dustmops to be transformed into cute super trim puppy cuts, I get out the door for $60 including tip. Let's review that! $25 dollars a dog! I paid $70+ at PetSmart my first time with my slightly larger first baby when I was a naive dog owning newbie. Yes, they walked a newbie through and showed me options of clipper length done on carpet examples, and ear length differences, fancy scents, and colored ribbons. But holy, the better part of a Hundred Dollar Bill? And now I have two? My second try was in a snotty part of town and so I thought I was getting a "deal" finding a "mom and pop" someone to charge me $45 plus tip. And this cut sucked low-hanging spheres we shall say. Horrible jagged lines and missed spots. Then I found Urban and "Glory, Glory, Hallelujah my Dog Mommy Life changed!" Come in and show a photo or tell them what you want- no fancy fuzzy carpet boards to show clipper length and dada dada... But God! (Also, they start to remember dogs and simply know what I want now.) And now that I've got two girls I still cannot fathom the value of the cut compared to the quality. Again, for each small breed, which are often more maintenance than large breeds when it comes to grooming, $25 plus tip. (And I'm sure because they own their own place some people don't tip. However to build a relationship and for their service, I do tip.) Advice: The phone number listed on Yelp is right, but something in the link/connection isn't. So don't call using Yelp's link. Just dial the number the old school way.
This place is great! They are getting so popular they are always busy and made the mistake of going somewhere else but that one time I did I regretted it. It's honestly worth the wait to get them an appointment here. There are absolutely amazing! I love that they are so friendly and caring when it comes to your pet and actually ask you what you want done and how you want it. I wanted a certain grooming for them and they truly listened! I love the results and will always take them back here!!
I've been taking my Cozmo here for several years. It recently sold to a new owner. If you had not had your call answered before, Sharon is now answering. My Cozmo does not like being groomed but came to like the previous owner who was so great with him. I am happy to report that Sharon listened and did a great job as well! Thank you for taking such good care of my little guy.
My little Spike has been here a few times for a grooming. They really treat him great an he leaves looking great and smelling even greater. I appreciate that they have a big enclosed area for the dogs when they are waiting for the owners rather than a cage. There may be kennels hidden from view but when I can to get Spike he's in an enclosed area with toys and room to walk around. Spike has severe anxiety being dropped off anywhere and the ladies treat him with lots of love and patience. They seem to genuinely love the animals and take pride in what they do. They do close at 4pm which can be difficult if you work a day shift job. I definitely recommend them for grooming the little ones.
Called around checking prices came across these guys took my dog there great prices and the fur baby loved it ..great job..going back again
I love this place! The staff here is friendly and the location is clean. They always do an amazing job with my pup and he is happy to see them when we return. OMG! I don't go anywhere else! Think of it as The Puppy Version of a Human Asian Run Nail Salon. I truly don't know how they keep their prices so low. My little Spike has been here a few times for a grooming. They really treat him great an he leaves looking great and smelling even greater. When we moved in the area a year ago we had to find a new groomer for my poodle mix breed Beauregard! Luckily Urban Style Dog pet grooming was around the corner and had great reviews here on yelp. I've been told my dog looks like an old man so the ladies do a good job with his non traditional poodle cut . As you see in the photos the faux-hawk suits him and we have been getting the same cut ever since! Call in advance and make an appointment as they do get booked up. They are also reasonably priced . They start at 25 - 45 depending upon the size of your pup. Highly recommended by a fur mama and her pup ! read more

This place is amazing. Not only do they treat the animals great their prices are really incredible. I took my rescue pup to the groomers for the first time and he had a little freak out. They called me to come back and said I could stay with him while they cut his hair. Her patience with my little guy was so amazing. Not only were they accommodating to him but I watched as they calmed down another scared puppy. Even if their prices weren't so amazing I would still go there because of how comforting they made my dog feel. Highly recommend this salon to all dog owners! read more

My pup gets high anxiety going to the groomer even on medication. This is the first place I have found that takes the time to calm him down. I've brought him in for the past year and have been very happy with their care, services and prices! Thanks!!! read more
