The staff said the boba takes time to prepare and I responded that they should have given a realistic lead time. As a customer, I felt ignored, alienated and forgotten about. I have nothing against different cultures but it's not polite or welcoming for staff to be socializing in a manner that is ethnocentric and exclusionary, acting like customers are invisible. A word of advice to customers: don't tip staff in advance but only tip if they deliver on what was agreed, and no less. Tipping staff who are not truthful or go back on their word is a waste of money. Tipping is not mandatory but only if the service meets expectations. Staff who don't care about their customers are not deserving of tips.

It's a nice blend of traditional elements & colors and modern (kawaii) accents. The interior is also spacious and has great seating for groups and is also good for couples too.
