I got my girlfriend flowers for her birthday. Drawn to UrbanStems by the great reviews. There was a mixup with the delivery and the flowers were delivered late and to the wrong address. You would think this would be a negative review, right? It would have been had it not been for UrbanStems phenomenal customer service, shoutout to Laura in particular for saving the day. Once I notified Laura of the flubbed delivery, she showed genuine concern and compassion. She escalated the issue, had a rush order for a new delivery, added in chocolates, and gave me a refund. Oh and the flowers were beautiful and exactly what my girlfriend wanted. Every delivery service has the occasional incompetent driver. Even the best companies. Nobody's perfect. Stumbled upon Urbanstems while looking for an alternative to the big named flower delivery companies (FTD has FML too many times). I ordered the Signature arrangement and some donuts that were to be delivered to my boyfriends office as a "Just because" gift.. They gave me a time frame of 11am-12pm, which I was fine with since I placed the order at 7am. The flowers and donuts show up fresh and colorful to his office at 10:40am. I was looking for something less expensive than Nosegay, and I couldn't be more pleased with both the quality, the price, and it turns out, the ordering process. That they currently offer a small selection of bouquets at either $35 or $45, and that everything takes like four clicks, makes the ordering process incredibly simple, especially for those of us that just want something nice, quickly, and without having to think too hard. Jereme was also super responsive via email, when I needed to make a minor adjustment to the delivery time. The photo of the flowers outside of my girlfriend's building was a nice touch, too. Also, my girlfriend's receptionist says that "he delivered it like a baby wrapped in a blanket." Customer service is key! But for Yelp I wouldn't have heard of these guys, so go Yelp. In addition when asked for a refund. They said I would receive a credit. But after 24 hours I never received a credit. Until I had to call them a second time for a full refund.
