She is straight to the point and she is a calm collected professional with an ability to provide a lot of data about patient safety and satisfaction. I am scheduling direct to OR for a corrective surgery. After a nightmare at NM this is an easy situation at Loyola. Just have to go to my own PCP for preop (another advantage! Loyola winning more points here!) The doctor noted how needlephobic I am and decided to skip doing the in office nerve block and schedule me direct to OR in January.

I stand by what I said in my earlier review. He is a wonderful man who provides amazing care to his patients. He is thoughtful, respectful and listens. If you have pain, he will see too it that it is managed (quite important to me as I was passing that kidney stone). He will put your mind at ease. I can't say enough how happy I am with him and the level of care he has provided to me.

Even though it was after four o'clock, and the Doctor's office was closing soon, I was able to meet with Dr. Brian Schuster at Uro Partners in Hinsdale. Dr, Schuster did a complete exam, identified my issue and took immediate steps to address my discomfort. I was provided a thorough explanation of what was causing my discomfort and given a prescription to resolve the issue. My thanks go out to Dr. Schuster and the entire Uro Partners Team. As if that would matter considering I was paying out of pocket (up to my high deductible) which I can't imagine a consultation would cost more than.
