The lady is nice but the place seems shady and employs kids. Overall, quite unprofessional and disorganized. It's okay if you want to do quick eyebrows or something but would not at all recommend any facial packages or other aesthetic treatments. The lady delegates work to her staff who can't speak English. Last time I went, a Latino girl (looked like an innocent school girl with braces) did my facial and I was kicking myself all the time about why did I even opt for a facial there. The girl was super sweet but I don't know if she should be working there. I had a poor experience after I bought a bundle package for hydrafacial. They don't maintain any proper paperwork or records and couldn't track anything even though I showed her clear payment ($$$) record from my credit card. I went after a long time and couldn't find the handwritten note with details they had given me at the time of payment. They didn't have any record in their system and refused doing further facials. So basically I lost my money and can't get all the facials that I paid for. Very poor customer experience overall. Will never visit it again. Sorry. Some of the most unsanitary habits I've ever seen. I'm a run in get your brows threaded run out kind of person. I stopped in and I saw that they had a bunch of people so I thought cool. Nobody greeted me, nobody said hey you need to sign in in the left corner of the room away from the front desk. I wait a while before figuring this out. While waiting I observed the staff insisting on people getting their whole face waxed. And then threaded for touch up. The real kicker! Not only do they double dip the stick they use in you but it's on stick for everyone! Like one little stick for the whole row of chairs. Disgusting. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for a while and I've done tinting before too. Usually they always do a good job with threading and it's a hit or miss with tint. This Monday I went and I have never been so disappointed and upset with my eyebrows. Because I have been coming here for a while I know most the of ladies here and I could honestly say only one person knows how to tint. DONT TINT HERE. I understand the reviews about the wait time being very long and that they have waiting numbers. The price of eyebrows being threaded is so cheap (3.99$) and they do a pretty great job for that price. Other places I've been to charge 15$ for the same job. When I go, I always try to get Lina/Leena (?) because she does such a great job every time and she always takes her time to make sure my brows and upper lip look amazing. Also, it's only 6$! On top of that the girl forced into getting a Brazilian (which I later found out was $50). She did not use any gloves and jabbed my insides with a possible stick multiple times. She left a significant amount of hair after all of that. This place is not cheap enough to withstand this sort of service. Spend a couple of dollars extra somewhere else for a derby job at least. I had the most harrowing time with Radha. To begin with I was looking for on-location bridal hair and makeup services. I made this clear to her staff and her twice .. over the phone first/even wrote it down as 'details' twice (they literally write info on post-its). Initially they all said that Radha can stop by the venue and we had discussed prices ($250 for matte makeup)(she suggested I come for trial $100). Then she suggested I do some facials since I have acne. I told her let's go with hydrotherapy ($75 per session). Three things that irked me: 1. She decides which facial you get. You literally are like on the spa bed and they will add extra facials. So by the end you have a 3x bill waiting for (she did this to my fiance' too who came in for a hydrotherapy session). So we were given extra bridal/luxury facials ($95) along with hydro. We could have discussed this prior. 2. After 2 facial sessions when I was discussing details about D-Day she seemed to have completely forgotten that the services were on-location. She started telling me I never told her (what?!). I tried to negotiate but she is so unprofessional she didn't tell me the exact time requirements or price. She said she'll charge an additional $300 for 3 artists on-location. She said she'll see how much of touch up will be needed. There was no clarity, no contracts, no pricing structure. By this time I had already paid her $100 as downpayment :( And spent around $400 on facials ( I shouldn't have come the second time for facial, instead should have shopped around for better people. I trusted her and was let down by the end). 3. Radha and her staff lack communication skills. They are so crude. They communicate in hindi and I believe really don't understand the customer well enough. Also she pretends she is super busy. Running around always. I guess she isn't interested in customers. The last time we went to ask for refund (20 days before the event, my mom tagged along too this time) she had the attitude - take it or leave it. This made me super uncomfortable since I was patient and still looking for some solution/discussion. Ultimately she did not return the down payment (expected). There are ways to run a profitable business, but this salon lacks integrity and transparency. I was disappointed at being tricked like this. I would warn future clients/brides: beware! read more

They have a take a number system which is pretty useful as sometimes people try to get ahead of your spot. I've gotten my eyebrows threaded here 4 times amd had a leg wax once. I do not recommend getting any waxing services, the waxing area is not sanitary and they will push other services on you. Also the lady waxing me had no formal training so she was slow, unprofessional and caused burns on my legs. There is only one woman there that does a good job of threading eyebrows, I believe she's the owner, she did a great job twice on my brows and the other two times I walked out with a disaster. For the price, it's not bad. But parking sucks and when it gets busy it can take up to 45 mins. You take a number and wait, then they call your number and you sit on the chair and wait some more until they get to you. Wasn't really satisfied with my eyebrows. But eyebrows + lip is $6. I have been here several times; initially for eyebrow threading. A few of those times I've also been offered eyebrow tinting which does enrich your natural eyebrow color for about a week. In my opinion they do a great job with threading; you obviously need to express what you want and how thick or thin you want your eyebrows. Every time I've gone there is always a wait, anywhere between 5-15 minutes but they move along fairly quick. The prices are very high for the service you get . I did hair dye and hair treatment. I was just left waiting for more than 3 hours n between the services because she was taking other customers. I also had my daughter's hair cutting to be done. The owner Anuradha does not know how to cut hair. I think they are only good at eyebrows threading and that is the only thing cheap there. But all the other services are way too expensive for the service they provide. They also push you to pay the tips even if you do not want to pay it. I have to preface this by saying two things: I rarely write yelp reviews and I grew up going to Indian beauty parlors. My experience at Urvashi Beauty Studio and Spa was truly one of the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life. I came in to get waxed, a service that is not uncommon, and I could tell the entire staff was perplexed on how to begin. I was ushered into a back room, where a woman began my waxing with using wax that was way way too hot, and after applying would say-- oh sorry. I was asked to lay on a very unclean and unsanitized where women would just open the door and come in. No knocking, no professionalism, no regard to the fact that I was laying there in a thin paper gown (a gown that they asked me was clean enough). For the next two hours women came in and poked and prodded at me. Sometimes there would be two women waxing different parts of me and not communicating to each other, and they often couldn't because they did not speak a common language. One of the women used the wrong wax and it got stuck, and the owner had to come in to fix it. It was humiliating, inefficient, and so expensive! They charged me for a premium wax that wasn't discussed, and the women who checked me out couldn't get the pricing right. There are very few options to get waxing done, but I highly recommend avoiding this place if you have any other options. read more

I walked in around 2:45 pm. Forgot my wallet and asked the lady if they accepted Apple Pay. She said yes but she'd make sure with the manager who would be available in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later the manager walked out and when I checked to make sure they accept Apple Pay, she said they did not. So I waited 40 minutes for no reason. I understand if I would not be able to pay because they only accept cash/card but wish she would have actually asked the manager and told me ahead of time.
