I called Joe on multiple occasions, he kept saying it was coming well it never did. Even claimed he sent it certified. I kept calling and eventually he ignored my calls all together. I would never go back here and I'd advise any one who mentions this place to do the same. Joe can say whatever he would like but nothing will make this situation justified.
