I visit US Cryotherapy regularly and have referred numerous people there. In my experiences, it does wonders for injuries and also helps a lot with recovery from hard workouts. Some of the people I've sent there are a little apprehensive, and even find it a bit uncomfortable the first time. But without fail, they go again and find it a piece of cake on the second visit. I'm reviewing the facility and staff, not my personal take on cryotherapy. The facility was clean, staff was nice. I pretty much hated the actual cryotherapy. It was panic inducing. I don't think it was relayed well how it truly takes your breath away in a horrible way. The only thing that was off was, at the end we kind of just left. No one walked us out or tried to upsell us on a membership or add ons. From a business standpoint staff should always do this for first time visitors. read more

Great in aiding to heal any type of inflammation in the body. It works at a cellular level and continues to heal long after you've left the treatment center. I had skin cancer removed and went within a week to receive a spot treatment in addition to the regular chamber session to see the effect on reducing scar tissue. I am amazed! I have zero scar tissue, feeling of tissue under the cut! That's amazing. As a massage therapist, scar tissue that is not continually worked on creates problem in the transfer of energy across fascia lines (* and why people have on-going muscle tightness and ongoing issues even after massage from the surgeries, bone breaks, muscle pulls, etc.) I only wish this technology was available when I was in sports...it's really hard to rub your entire body with an ice cup...hahaa Check out groupon coupon's. For an aging athlete, this place really helps with recovery and swelling reduction. If I go during a big multi-day training block I will always feel better the following day. I wish I could take them on the road for stage races! The local treatments seem to equal about a week of ice treatment as far as reducing swelling. read more

My boyfriend and I were bored today and weren't sure of what adventure to get into. He had heard or cryotherapy through social media and mentioned it to me. I wasn't thrilled or convinced to go but I am so glad I did. Unfortunately my boyfriend has a debilitating disease and he was so ecstatic after the cryotherapy session. Immediately felt rejuvenated and no pain. I mean, the session was terrible for us. Felt difficult to breathe. But the general manager played a song of our choice and encouraged us to sing the lyrics which helped with breathing. My boyfriend was a little panicked but we lasted. It was well worth it. I stepped off a curb @ 12pm 6/20/17 fell on the ground and twisted my ankle. As the day wore on the swelling and pain started to grow. I eventually couldn't walk or put weight on my foot, so I hobbled over to Cryo before the Dr.'s. As I hobble into Cryo, crying of course, Matthew saw my pain came around the counter and helped me to the area to be treated. He was so kind and so sweet he really cared. I ended up going to the Dr right after Cryo, had X-rays, it wasn't broken just a really bad sprain. The Dr told me I couldn't work for 7 days. I was using crutches that night. On 6/21/17 that morning I woke up, to my surprise, I could put weight on my foot with very little pain. I went to Cryo again that day without the help of crutches. Matthew treated my ankle again, he is awesome by the way great customer service, the best! By the end of that day I had no swelling and could walk without a limp. My ankle should have been at least 3x the size it was with swelling but it never got huge and it looked normal. 6/22/17 my ankle felt fantastic. I called the Dr. asked her to change my off work order and I went back to work on 6/23/17. I cut hair and stand all day. My ankle didn't bother me at all. This place has been great for my family. My son as a football player went during the season to help the inflammation and pain which comes along with the sport. Definitely the place to visit if you injure yourself. I sprain my ankle and within 2 hours was in there for treatment. My ankle never bruised and I was able to walk on it the next day. It was still tender but so much better than it would have been without. I have seen several others with injuries as well, the key is to go in as soon as possible.
