Don't know where to start with this complaint .. I've worked in the post office for 14 years and 3 years in the military .. So I know how to treat people with respect .. First off i bought stamps from there machine which said Christmas stamps will be coming out to send out my Christmas cards .. Well US flags come out .. I love my country especially the U.S . Flag but my wife wanted Christmas stamps so i to wait to in line to get an exchange .. Well it didn't go that way.. I told them in the nicest way that what happen and the front desk didn't what to exchange them for the Christmas ones then the attitude from the front desk came out .. Total disrespectful .. No way knowing in there right mind going to talk to me that way .. So I ask for their manager and he was worst than the front desk .. I had to get my army side and lay down the law on them and tell them they can't be treating their customers like that .. I hate getting that side of me but seeing all the reviews they love getting crazy with people .. To make a Long story short i have a co worker who worked at that post office for 20 plus years and told me they should've exchanged them for false advertising for their machine saying they have Christmas stamps .. This place has he worst service of any post office I've even been to. The is the second day trying to finish processing my passport and the lady is not even here to do it, as they had assured me she would be if I got here before 115. It is 130 approx and I've been here since one still not here nor am I getting any kind of service. What is our government wasting their money for if the people it is hiring aren't adequately prepared to do their job. If you can please avoid this usps they have no idea what they are doing what so ever. They do not possess the ability that I would deem necessary to be in a service environment. Of all the post offices that I go to, this location is the cleanest and most organized. There's usually a line but thank goodness it goes really fast. The staff here are very courteous and very helpful. I think I will just go here every time I have to ship a package in the future. read more

got an orange notice I need to pick up a package. Not expecting anything I dreaded going to the post office because my last neighborhood post office was a nightmare wait. Walked in during a tornado watch and grabbed number 85, and they were on 72. Oh great, I thought, what a wait to spend my lunch hour. I hear a lady behind the counter ask if I'm picking up a package. I say no, but she helps me anyway cuz YES I am picking up a package. But government offices make me anxious! about 3 minutes or less she hands me the package. I could have kissed her. If I could write a negative 1 I would. I sent a card to a friend, along with a gift card to San Bernardino. I walked it inside The post office. I heard on the ah buzz that the inspector general wrote a letter saying they found her envelope opened in the bathroom with no contents. Hearing this, I asked the card Recipient if they had received the card. Two weeks had passed and no card. Hmmm, postal worker theft. You would think they would put surveillance cameras in the post office, employee area. Sad. I look at postal workers differently. First time we were stolen from was a Chicago post office. read more

Had an appointment today at 1pm for my son's passport. Arrived 10-15 mins ahead of time like they advised. When I got there, older white lady was helping someone with her passport. Let me remind you, our appt was at 1pm. The whole entire time I was there waiting to be next, the worker was just yapping away with the customer about her iPhone, bad WiFi connection and her daughter and nothing about passport. It's now 1:10pm past my appointment time and she's still yapping away and not doing her job. Talked to the supervisor and he asked her how much longer and she said well this lady came in with 4 passports to be done but really I'm only doing 2 cuz she didn't have all her paperwork for the other 2. She then told the supervisor to tell us to just take a seat and she'll take care of us when she's done. Let it be known that the whole time she was talking, she wasn't doing any paperwork but looking at the customer and just talking to her. I got fed up and just walked out. Long waits, no Priority Mail supplies, always filled parcel package bin, and landscaping that is not maintained. No thanks.

This is by far one of the worst post offices in Orange County and possibly the country. Almost always packed, never enough staff, and most of them have very bad attitudes. We all have job that suck sometimes, but be happy you have one at all and dont take it out on the customers because your boss sucks! Their mail carries, with the exception of one are horrendous. They walk across your nice lawn and through your gardens to get to your door. Hello lazy! Why are you a carrier if you are lazy? Rude customer service. I made a mistake on the way I labeled something and this older guy who worked there put me down for the longest time! He proceeded to ask me random questions about history and whenever I didn't know something he was talking about he just put me more down about it. The office has failed to timely schedule mail hold. They also mishandle mail by delivering to wrong mail boxes and locker boxes. My mail was lost on multiple occasions within last week. Talking to the delivery supervisor did not resolve the problem. Horrible office and poorly managed. read more

I really hate coming to the post office but the last time I was here, there was a lady who greeted me and showed me how to use the self checkout kiosk. It was so fast and easy!! Now that I know how, I'm in and out....once I find a place to park. read more

Pathetic! Their carriers constantly damage my mail. When I have boxes with fragile contents they don't place but drop or throw the package at the door. I can hear it from my office hit the ground. How much harder would it be for the carrier to simply place the box on the ground? I attempt to call the post office but the phone keeps ringing and no one every picks up. The main reason the USPS is failing is because they hire bitter people that can't even deliver the mail properly. There is zero respect here in regard to your property! IF you can go to UPS or FEDEX..Even DHL is better! read more

I don't usually come here but I needed a saturday post office and this was open. The lines are super long but they do have an automated post office next to the po boxes . Don't forget to take a number when you first walk in. read more

God I hate this place. I wish I had other options but most of my mail has a P.O. box address so I can't use UPS or FEDEX. I actually do like the number system because you can move about while you wait. One of the things that annoy me about this place is the parking, there just isn't enough during busy hours. Another thing is that the workers seem to be knowledgeable but they are just mean. No smiles whatsoever. I could name names because I look at their name tag but I won't do that yet. The only one I think who actually has a nice attitude there is the only male worker who always wear that tie with a stamp on it. read more

It's really annoying to me how they have a ticket number based system when it comes to helping patrons - think meat market. I really don't see what the trouble is with having a traditional line like all other post offices. I hardly go to this post office for this reason alone. read more

RUDE service from Deborah. I dropped off thousand of dollars in merchandise with a prepaid label and she almost refuses to give me a drop off receipt. She stated that she is extremely busy and will only print out a receipt for me this time. Unacceptable behavior. This location is horrible. The other workers aren't that much better but no one is as rude as Deborah. I will gladly drive to the location on Santa Ana canyon road, service is much better over there. read more

Only reason I am giving a 4/5 star is because of the long lines. They've recently started to bring out their manager in the front so that she can help others in line if what we need to get done can happen with her help. This is great because it's like a quick service. The desk helpers are always friendly and welcoming. Parking is sometimes an issue, but what do you expect! read more

This place is horrible. Maybe not all the people, but at least the manager. At first, I didn't mind it at all. The lines moved pretty quick. (I came in at about 4:40PM so right before closing.) I have a package that said 'un-deliverable' because of a bad address? I've ordered from the same company using the same address - it's definitely correct. I went to the package pickup line to try and either: a. Pick it up, or b. Put a hold on it so it doesn't get sent back to sender. I couldn't pick it up because it was still out with the driver. Manager told me he'd find out why they couldn't deliver it and CALL ME. They'd also send it out again if it was correct. This was MONDAY. They didn't attempt deliver again until WEDNESDAY and they STILL could not deliver it. I even spoke to my leasing office to tell them about it if the address was even PARTIALLY wrong it would still get to me. N-O-T-H-I-N-G. This package is probably going to end up lost or stolen, which makes me wonder HOW MUCH OTHER MAIL HAVE I LOST? Their phone is also never picked up. I called another post office before that and they picked up almost immediately - even when they were helping someone else. This place needs a new team, or at the least a new manager. read more

..... had reason to visit this Post office on Friday to find out why I received a return receipt without a signature and date SO I do not know who received my envelope that was certified with a return receipt!! This would be just a mild irritation if the envelope hadn't contained a very sizable check!! On Friday I eventually spoke to Ben Abitan who assured me that I would hear back from him by Monday..... no phone call so I called and spoke to Sergio who assured me he would find out what had been discovered...... no phone call...... still no phone call today Tuesday afternoon so I called back again..... Ben is in training so I spoke to John who struggled to get the tracking number right then put me on hold and Theresa, the station manager came on the line with a plethora of excuses but no answers........ this makes me ask the question is it any wonder the post office is in the shape that it's in with supervisors like this..... the attendants at the counter are great...... doing more business at UPS and Fed Ex...... my time is too valuable for this level of disregard and incompetence!!! read more

lost 2 packages one of which was a gift card and it was caught being used at the local target. proceedings taking place as we were last notified. if a package is lost immediately submit a claim. do not waste your time tracking lost packages cuz it will take longer than 60 days. submit indemnity claim for the insured amount asap. read more

Had the worst experience here for over the past week. Not because they are super busy for the holidays but my bf was receiving his final check for work was scanned by them and was gunna get delivered. Needed to be signed because it was certified mail, the mailman did not leave a slip because we were not home, did not leave it at the post office afterwards and lost track of the check for over a week. Made some stupid excuse telling us it was lost, we cancelled it and reissued a new check and all of a sudden today it's in the mailbox with no slip (AGAIN), was not signed for and the envelope was previously opened. So someone had it this whole time, still haven't received the new check and now we're still with nothing. Never been treated so poorly. This post office is the worst and just plays games with your mail. Now we are late paying our bills and have done no Christmas shopping because you can't deliver mail correctly the first or second time. read more

I will never go back to this location to be served by sales Rep Christine.Very rude and inconsiderate.I went to pick up my package and discovered right there at the counter my ID was missing.First of,there was no one at the pick-up section and no sign to say whether the window was closed or not or a bell to ring for assistance.After waiting for about 10 minutes without anyone saying anything, i went in the regular line and that's when i came up to Christine.Well i realized my ID was missing BUT thankfully i have saved a picture of my ID on my phone.So i showed it to her.She said the picture is "not visible" and cannot be accepted.She even didn't ask if i had any other proof.I stepped aside and started searching my purse all the while trying to recall when i last used my ID, and the process of getting another one if i can't find it etc. The package i was picking was herbal supplements i take for my health problem and i cannot go for long without it. I had already gone for two days without it and i was really suffering. I had the senders details with me including the tracking number which was on the pick -up notification they post office had left at my door.So she could very well have verified through the information i had from the sender. But she that is difficult for Christine to figure out!! Seeing how things were going,i asked Christine if i could speak with the supervisor or someone in charge.In a very rude way she said "to wait at the end of counter". I stayed there for close to 10-15 minutes;they were about to close for the day.No one said anything to me the whole entire time until the other employee was coming to lock the door and she asked whether i was coming in or leaving.I explained to her my scenario and she said she was going to help me.(Unfortunately i cannot recall her name;but very nice person).After a few minutes she called me to the counter and gave me the package.She used the same ID picture Christine had said was not acceptable! They are the absolute worst post office. They always deliver our packages to the wrong mailbox... and not to the same wrong one. Several of our packages have gone missing. I called the post office to explain the situation and a very kind manager said she was hired recently to fix this issue and she would give me a call back by 11am the next day with an answer on my missing package. Welp, she never did. Called her back and she didn't remember speaking with me. Then said she would call me back in 5 minutes. Never did. Horrible customer service. read more

This is a small but very effective post office. There is a fellow there named Tom, who really goes above and beyond to keep his word and provide great customer service. I had a package delivered there and I called to have them hold it for pick up (I had the tracking number). I spoke with Tom and he assured me that he would leave a note for the carrier so that the package wouldn't be loaded onto the truck and sent out for delivery. When I arrived at the post office, they could not find my package (and I'm thinking, "typical". But without being asked, Tom took my tracking number and found that the package had indeed be loaded on the mail truck, which had already left to make it's deliveries. Well, instead of telling me "Oh well, tough luck", Tom got on the phone and had the truck return to the post office with my package. Awesome!!! read more
