They will completely disregard any requests you may have, treat you like a nuisance when you try to do a will call pick up, and make multiple promises to settle a refund but do nothing about it. As big as a company UNFI is, to make me have to contact them over and over again for a simple refund they promised, and its now ten months later, and I have heard nothing - is unbelievable. Would never use UNFI again, and will advocate on behalf of other small businesses to find a different wholesale supplier.
