I incorrectly assumed that in an area as large as Aurora, they would have a decent USPS. Not true. Only one mail person working the window and 7 people in line. The body language said they had been there a while and patience were wearing thin. I noticed several PO Boxes that were obviously damaged (doors hanging off the hinges) and the parking lot was a mess. The drive up mail drop box had yellow "do not cross this line" tape wrapped around it. Scary! Surely there is a better USPS up the street, somewhere/anywhere. read more

I don't understand why you guys cannot deliver packages to people's door when delivering to apartment complexes and instead returning the mail back to the facility when you could've delivered to the door makes no sense to me do better. We get our mail delivered maybe three times a week. We had a very important paper that should have been here yesterday but of course we never received our mail.. what do they want us to do? How can we actually get our mail delivered to us daily? And then the last mailman we had wouldn't deliver our mail because my dog would be with me outside... or we were also told we couldn't have our garage door opened or it wouldn't be delivered. Even though if my dog is in my garage then she is considered in my house... she never bit him Or hurt him... it got so bad that we would have yelling matches with him because he would just walk right past our house or completely ignore us if we were outside and asking him for our mail he would just keep walking and act like we didn't exist. He was extremely rude. If your afraid of a dog that hasn't ever done anything to you then you are definitely in the wrong business. And the horrible management does nothing about it... they act like it's okay to be disrespectful to customers and support him even though we have video proof of how horrible and wrong this piece of junk was. I'm sure he still lives with mommy and will always expect someone to back him even if he's wrong, some day life is really gonna disappoint him when he gets a real boss and is expected to treat customers with respect and care... this is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with and he is the worst person I've ever had to deal with... this coming from a person that worked at a level 4 mens state prison.. so that speaks volumes. read more

This is by far the worst facility to handle my mail. Past 4 or 5 times in a span of 4 years, I have inquired about missing mail that I haven't received. When I have inquired, I would eventually start getting mail again but after getting mail held at the USPS, or by filing a complaint. Most recent, which is a few days ago, I received a call from a person named Dee who spoke with the carrier that runs the route and stated that I'm not the only one who had issues. She also stated that when confronting the carrier, she made a few excuses ranging from a claim that no one lives in the unit I have resided in for the past FOUR years to saying that she put an orange slip that I was suppose to fill out that I never received. By far this is the worse facility that has ever handled my mail. read more

My mail is dispatched out of this post office. Since DeJoy took over, I have had packages from eBay track as delivered to my house twice and not be in my mail slot. Today I checked within 30 minutes of the notification of delivery to my box; my mail was delivered, but the tracked package was not there. This location goes through new mail carriers regularly, and I'm told some of them are contractors (at least that is what I was told when my last package was indicated delivered and stolen). To me, they are all crooks, have been since DeJoy became head of USPS. And of course the post office is guarded by voice response units and an email feedback system that you can't post to. If you are served by this post office, have whoever is sending to you use FedEx or UPS, this branch can't be trusted. read more

One of the worst customer services I've experienced. Mail stopped being delivered to my new address for 3 days then was told that their primary delivery person didn't come in and the new carrier was unfamiliar with my route. Supervisor took over 30 min to come talk to me. No real solution to the issue except to say they'll talk with the temporary carrier. read more

We had got an appointment one month ago for our appointment at 4:00pm for getting our passports. When we got there a dark skin male was assigned to us and while we he was doing our passport information he said that we had to bring in more documents because we had everything printed but he needed the original. So, he said that we had time to bring it till 4:35. When my dad came at 4:37 he started arguing that he couldn't do four peoples passport info till 5 and my family and I started to get angry because he promised us if we came at that time he would do our job but instead he was doing other peoples documents and couldn't care less about ours. There was also another guy who kept laughing at us while we were furious at them. We walked out without getting anything done and just wasted our time. Over all a horrible customer service and wouldn't recommend anyone going there unless you want to be treated poorly and ruining your whole day I would give them a rating of -100000 if I could. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would I had a package suppose to be delivered on the 9th of September and it is now the 24th. I tracked my package and it said it was delivered I call the hotline number which they were really nice and helped me out and told me my package was not delivered and that this postal office had my package. I went there and the front clerk did not even bother to take my tracking number down and said " if it said it was reliever then it's delivered I can't help you " I said no I was directed to this place and said you guys have it. She had a really bad attitude and finally took my tracking number and went to the back missing for 5 mins and came back with a piece of paper and said please write your name and phone number we will contact you. I asked do you know where the package is she said it's somewhere. So I said you guys lost it. She said no it's not here it's somewhere, we will contact you. Just like any other government office it is purposely understaffed so you have to wait...GET USED TO IT....As for rude cashiers maybe it is not them consider the amount of people they deal with on a daily basis then check your own attitude before you judge...I think they do a good job with what they have been given to work with...Especially at critical times of the year...The wait is no longer or shorter than at any other post office read more
