Convenient location and friendly staff. Parking is lacking but available for a short stop.

This facility is bigger than the other locker places I have been to. They have some good amount of free parking in the premises. It's very easy to return your items, just scan the bar code and put your item into the locker. There is no need to package the item. There is also a staff member at the locker facility if you need any help. read more

I placed this order through an affirm loan, exhausting the full amount. With affirm you have a threshold and once it's reached you cannot place any additional orders, even after successful returns. I wanted to exchange the Portwest size 18 shoes for a size 17 after trying them on. When I requested to return the shoes I wasn't given the option to exchange them for the appropriate size, only return them for a refund to the original payment method. I contacted customer service chat and was told by the 1st representative that he would refund the full amount of the shoes and I didn't need to return them; I explained that I couldn't reorder the correct size through affirm because I used my entire credit amount. He said he understood and explained that he'd send me a link to receive a call back from a 'special team' who could assist me with the exchange process...that was a lie! I spoke with the 2nd representative over the phone and he was no help and contradicted the statements of the previous chat representative. Instead of being able to keep the initial pair, he reviewed the chat, confirmed the statement of no return from the chat representative...and recanted their statement. When I recited the chat representative's intent to allow me to keep the $20 shoes he started making excuses as to why the shoes had to be returned, saying they couldn't process a refund without returning the item...but: right before the attempted exchange I submitted a return request for the gloves, in the same order, because they're too small. I received an immediate reply informing me that the refund will be issued to the original payment method and there was no need to return the gloves. He snapped back asking why I didn't want to return the shoes, I explained that I have multiple sclerosis and it was difficult to travel. At that point I caught a case of the fukets, called him out on his deliberate contradiction, explained that I would use the shipping label to return the shoes and disconnected the call. I order a lot of products from Amazon have for a long time but lately when I've been getting free shipping it takes three or four weeks to get my orders and when I chat, they run me around and send me to the next to the next to the next, if I call them, they make excuses. I will definitely be ordering less products from Amazon and going to other vendors like Costco and other places online that I can pick up the same thing and not deal with incompetence and and up to people. read more

RED LETTERS MAKE ME SEE RED Lately, I have been seeing A LOT of items listed on Amazon with red letters (see photo) saying: "This item cannot be shipped to your selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location." AMAZON COATTAIL ACCOUNT DELIVERIES ARE NOW CAST INTO DIFFERENT CASTE!?! It's looking like I can't use the Amazon Hub Locker+ for ANYTHING except that which is shipped directly by Amazon itself. And no small percentage of Amazon deliveries are delivered by third-party merchants riding off of the Amazon coattails (can't remember what the arrangement is called). Where I live, mail delivery is unreliable. That, and porch pirates have caused me to be willing to drive over 3 miles to pick up my packages. I believe it used to be that ANY Amazon package could be shipped to Amazon Locker +. But certainly not anymore! FOUR STARS NOW BECOMES TWO STARS! Though I'm not sure who the blame, Amazon locker +, Amazon.com, or both. I have suggested that Amazon Locker + could charge a nominal fee for any "non-Amazon packages." But apparently they would rather have people risk not getting their packages. In any case, their former four star rating is now two stars. read more

Amazon complicit in selling sub-standard merchandise and collecting a profit from returns! I bought an item for $89.90 which arrived cracked and broken. I returned it the same day, but they only refunded $72.06 of the original $89.90+tax. Total coming to close to $100.00. Their selling me faulty merchandise cost me about $30.00. I used to trust them, but as the old saying goes, Once bitten, twice shy. Had there been a less-than-one-star, I would have given them that. They have developed un-professional business practices, and poor customer service, and that usually means they're shutting down. CAVIAT EMPTOR. read more

Easy in and out! My go to spot for Amazon drop offs. Just get your code online for any items you're returning and scan the code at the lockers and put it in and you're good to go! You'll receive a notifcation that the item has been received. The front desk can also help and they have tape and packing sleeves available if you forgot. Also bonus is they sometimes have free samples out for products like lotion. read more

The staff is very unhelpful, very crowded, no parking at all, oh, and they stole my package because they said it came to that address, but was addressed to a resident. I guess any clerical mistake is reason for them to steal your belongings. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED- Amazon is allowing buyers to get scammed by 3rd party sellers. I ordered six sweatshirts in Sept at $5.99 each. I kept getting notified that the delivery was delayed. Then I received a notice it was delivered, but I did not get them. I called Amazon and was told it was still in transit. I waited a few days and called back and asked for a replacement. Amazon told me they would contact the seller. I then received multiple emails asking me what the issue was. I replied multiple times but kept getting repeat emails. After about a week, I got an email telling me they would refund me and I would have to reorder my sweatshirts. When I went to reorder, the price is now $17.99 each!!!!!!! What a scam!!!!!! read more

I use this Amazon service frequently and love it!! The people who are working there are so nice and helpful. Once I was unable to get to my code. They found my package and got authorization from "Corporate" (after showing ID of course) and I got my packages. They've even helped load a few boxes in my car during "Prime Days"! Packages are safe for a few days. Great free peace of mind. read more

Easiest to pick up numerous packages at once and not have to worry about packages getting stolen

BEWARE! I dropped off a Hoover board that we got for my son (too fast for him), and didn't get any receipt or anything after drop off. I have it labeled and ready for return so I stopped by this Amazon hub to drop off; handed my item to a man and told me I was good to go (I left thinking wow that's quick and easy), well that's not so much the case now! I did notice he set it aside and not placed with all the other stuff (again didn't think much of it), and now reading other reviews I should has estado steered clear of this place. From other reviews- a LOT of things go "missing" and I can only think that the workers put items of their interest aside and NEVER actually send them back! I have had an ongoing dispute with Amazon regarding this and my refund and today just received a final "DECLINED" dispute. I'm so frustrated and disappointed; it has taken lots of called, emails back and forth with no resolution till today. Amazon do a drop in the see what's actually going on inside that hub! I dropped my return package off here, thinking it would be safe and in good hands. I even have confirmation that they received the product, and what product I dropped off. After waiting over a week for my gift card balance to reflect the returned amount, they are now claiming that the product is "lost" and they cannot process the return even with proof of drop-off. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Make sure you get a receipt and watch them scan the item back into their system. Apparently this location pays so poorly their employees have to stoop to stealing return items. read more
