This post office is relatively small and usually quieter than others I've been in. You have to go inside to deliver your letters since they removed the boxes from outside (rolling my eyes).

The parking lot is not the biggest but I have never had an issue finding a parking. The big problem here is when you need to wait in line for any services needed by the cashiers. The lines here are long and take forever. Consider yourself lucky if there are two or more people working the line. Most of the time there only seems to be one worker. There was one time where there was an issue with my mail and the supervisor wasn't the nicest. I will say though most of the postal workers here don't have the best attitude. Really if you are just dropping off packages its an easy in and out. Other then that expect to be here for a while.

What a coincidence! THE WORKERS NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED. So many people lost their valuable packages here. So I've been dropping off packages at this location for years without a single issue--until I dropped off a package contained an expensive purse inside. Now, suddenly, tracking shows the package never left the facility. I went in to check, and conveniently, no one could find it. The worker, who was a tall, Samoan looking female scanned my package, and also told me to file an online claim for my $4000 purse. It's awfully suspicious that the only package to go missing just happens to be the first high-value item I've sent. I trusted this location for a long time, but after this experience, I highly suggest you think twice before leaving anything valuable here.

This is shockingly unethical. I then had to plea in order to get my ID and mail to the supervisor who was extremely rude and said "I'll give it to you when I'm ready." I am not only shocked at the unethical and rude behavior, but the levels of complete disregard for common sense. Not only are they refusing service, they are forcing me to come in to their office for a reason that does not have to do with me or my address, give them my ID and then without explanation or consent, take it behind closed doors for an unsettlingly long time, again without my permission, and then when I ask for it back I get met with extremely grotesque attitude. I usually print our shipping labels online, but occasionally we need help with an address. Delbert has always helped us to get our packages to the correct address, with a 100% success rate! Also, in 2017, my brother and my sister-in-law were hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, and they had me send them supply packages to certain checkpoints along the trail for a couple of months. Again, Delbert helped me with a few of the addresses to those checkpoints! It was crucial that these supply packages got to them. Some of the addresses were a little peculiar, but with Delbert's help, every single one got to its trail checkpoint before my brother and sister-in-law arrived! Delbert is always kind and friendly, and a champion at what he does! He has been helping us for at least 15 years now! My husband and I appreciate his help so much!
