However, recentlyyyyy I've been to this location twice, and it's been a really pleasant experience ... even with it being around the holidays. Both times, I've had "Anan" (I think that's his name ... so sorry if it's not.), and THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!! Not only is he assertive and efficient, he's also really friendly and ... happy with everyone. Not characteristics you often see from PO employees ... sadly. Both times, I've come in with 10+ packages to mail out, and both times, he's helped me with a smile on his face and with friendly conversation. Such a relief ... since honestly ... I got anxious having to take so many packages to be mailed. Didn't know if I would be met with visible annoyance and a rude attitude, but ... pleasantly and surprisingly, I was not. There I am waiting in my office, then shortly before 2pm the status is updated to 'next business day' because of the lie 'that a delivery was attempted but bldg was closed'. This building with couple dentist offices has people coming in and out all afternoon. Why was there no attempted delivery slip left? Isn't the real truth the carrier just wanted to work a half day and go home?!

The only hard part about coming here is the lack of parking. There are only a few dedicated spots next to the building, and the street can be full. I often just walk over since I live close, but be aware that you may need to search for a bit to find parking if it is busy.

Since then, I've made more than a dozen attempts to get compensation, including several visits to the store, phone calls to the UPS complaint numbers, and emails. I have an official "claim number" from UPS, but the only substantive response is a verbal reply from the store manager that they weren't able to provide any compensation for the loss.
