Absolutely the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. I travel a great deal and I frequent many offices around the US. Sadly this one is in my backyard. Most of the staff here provide marginal customer service. They all move at a snails pace mirroring the manager. The picture someone posted for this place is hilarious... nothing like having someone over your shoulder while you conduct personal business. One of there staple mark moves at this location. Plan on spending a great deal of time in line as they seem to only have two people at the counter at any given time unless its during the holidays. Then they staff up to three. Its truly worth driving a few extra miles in any direction to another post office. read more

I try to use the machines whenever I can, but I have stood in line to be helped by a person a few times. I think this is one of the better post offices, honestly. I love this post office. The employees are always very kind. I'm not a big user of the post office. I only come when I need to drop off letters or mail a package. I don't have a P.O. box and I'm not here every month, even every week. The prices are good. They'll help you when you're deciding which is cheaper to ship with: your package or the flat rate. They have a self serve machine if you prefer to use that as well. There's also a drive through service if you have your letters ready to be dropped off. You can just drive up and toss your letters in the slot and then drive off. It can sometimes be busy and a long line, but there's really nothing you can do about that. Don't come early in the morning when they wake up because it seems to be very busy at that time. And basically any time during the holidays. Other than that, it's a good location. Kind staff. I don't really know how judgmental you can be of a post office. read more

Everyones usually been very nice in person but I've called in a few times for things such as passports and other mailing info and have gotten attitude and have even been hung up on while on hold. Their location is fairly easy to get in and out of so it doesn't become some tedious-boring errand that I dread. Once however after mailing out a lot of invitations I actual got a notice from the post office saying that I mailed to many items and some how caused problems for them. WHAT?!?!?! How is that even possible?!?! so that was a little weird and I was quite shocked and never knew that the gov had a limit on mailing out stuff, but whatever I still gotta mail stuff. read more

I really felt the need to give this place a good review only because we all know what a pain in the butt it can be to come here and especially receive good customer service . I believe his name was Paul that helped me tall, African American, super sweet with a great sense of humor as well . Anyway, I am a regular at going to postal offices only because my brother is in the army and its a normal thing for me to always make shipments. Most workers are rude but not this place and not to mention they were able to do my APOs so fast. I live in Anaheim so driving here is worth this excellent service , keep it up staff! read more

This is my favorite post office to go to when I need to mail something quickly! I love the friendly clerks (My-Linh & Brian) and the short wait time compared to most post offices within the area. If I ever have a question, there is always someone there to assist me with great customer service. The parking situation is easily fixed if you park on the outskirts of THE HOME DEPOT near the post office, take about 10 steps and you're at the front door :D If there isn't someone who can answer my question, my problems are solved by any of the management staff who are all patient and pleasant. Though this isn't my "home" post office, I will gladly drive out of my way to go here. read more

I've never had a problem with this post office or their employees. Last August I had to come in more than once when I was trying to mail out all of my wedding invitations. The taller African American man (sorry -don't remember his name) helped me each time (mostly on deciding which stamps to use). He was very friendly and had a nice sense of humor. I'm not sure why this post office has low reviews. I've never had a problem with receiving my mail, and the wait times are similar to every other post office. So again, I'm not sure why there are negative reviews. Also, parking in front is usually a pain, but there's a ton of parking in the back. read more

Came here to get my 6 month old daughter's passport. I called 2 weeks ago to make an appointment, the lady I spoke with booked me for 9:15AM on April 1st. And so we came to this location on time. The guy in front told me to sign in, another employee rushes to me while I was filling out the clipboard and said "hold on we don't do passports on saturdays", I'm like what do you mean I have an appointment and it says on your website clearly. He just grabbed the clipboard and called the supervisor. A tall, very grouchy looking, lady in her 70'sni would say came out with another clipboard. She asked for my name, she said my name was not on the list, I'm like are you serious don't tell me you're not taking me in with my 6 month old daughter! She said NO 'cause your name is not on the list. Clearly, that was their fault. They didn't list my name. She was very inconsiderate. I told her that I can pull records that I spoke with someone from their office, she said ok show me. I kept looking for my phone records, but I thought I ask her again that if I find it if she would take us in, she said NO! This is ridiculous! I argued with her as she was very rude very inconsiderate I'm not sure how she became a supervisor! No Customer Service! Heartless old lady! I told her I will file a complaint, she said ok go ahead my name is Iman. I will never go back to this location ever! Worst supervisor, worst customer service! Very unorganized! To my conclusion, the supervisor, does not like to deal with babies for passports, instructed the guy in front to immediately turn away customers with babies for passports. I applied for my passport in May I ended up getting the passport and the booklet towards the end of June which was good but I never got my supporting documents back and the person that I applied for the passport from was from this post office and he told me the supporting documents should take about 1 month to get back after you get your passport and booklet it's already been about 2 months and they've told me to only contact the number on the application paper which is automated responses for email and the phone number so I called the place again today this is the fourth time trying to talk about my documents and finally a representative talk to me and their policy must be crap because the Asian lady who was on the phone didn't give out her name but literally tried asking for my full name my address social security number and passport number over the phone as if I'm going to do that what kind of crap policy is that giving out information over the phone? read more

Worst customer service. Came in today 10/15 around 1:30 pm decided to walk inside to make sure the FedEx box I'm using is okay to use. As soon as I walked in the African American male employee behind the counter was arguing with another customer. Now I understand how some people could get on your nerves, especially when your working with people for 8 hrs, but this same guy decided to ask me from behind his counter if I was doing a regular drop box, which I said yes to and told him I just wanted to make sure if it's actually okay for me to use a FedEx box for it. Which he then he said he doesn't have a problem with, he then directed me to throw it in the bin on the right hand side (mind you I've never been to this post office, I usually go to the one in Buena Park) so, I try to find the bin he "graciously" directed me to, no clue what bin to look for ( it's a post office there's so many bins for dropping all sort of boxes). The guy took it upon himself to yell at me in front of a long line of customer to tell me I'm at the wrong spot, he kept giving me directions until he finally came up to me and yanked the package out of my hand ( while giving a loud remark of "Ay ya yay") in front of everyone. If your job is to embarrassed people in front of a long line of strangers instead of actually helping them, well good job!! Go to Buena Park instead. read more

Worst customer service ever! They take a long time to answer the phone and then I was put on hold for six minutes. When Eman came on the phone she was very short and extremly rude. I was looking for a package that was supposed to be delivered and when I tracked it it said it was left in my mail box which is impossible to fit a large box in a small slot. Eman made no effort to help me and just said to wait 24hrs. WTF if the mail delivery person noted it was delivered then where is it?! And why should I have to wait an additional 24hrs when I paid for overnight shipping?! Eman then hung up on me when I was still asking about my package. They were not very helpful and kept saying the internet was down (2nd time they said this to me) and then told me they couldn't pull up my tracking number... and then told me they went to go look in the back and still couldn't find it. After raising my voice and threatening to come down and talk to a supervisor, they placed me on hold and went to look again... and then somehow found it. They promised to deliver it the next day by noon.... I'm still waiting to see if they got it together. Very disappointed in the usps. read more

I came in with my package in a box ready to go and they told me that if I can squeeze it into their envelope I would pay half of the price I was going to pay. They're all in a happy mood. NEGATIVE STARS!!!! Came here to get my baby's first passport done and waited in line for an hour and a half. After such a long wait the manager suddenly comes out and tells us that they longer do passport on Saturdays and told us all to leave. Their website and door advertised that they do passports on Saturdays. Such poor customer service. I'm so upset. The thing was there were four people that were in front of us that had their passport serviced and then they decide to cut us off and we were the next ones in line to get our passports done. read more

I question the accuracy of their scales. The self-serve ones and the ones worked by a post office employee don't reflect the same weight and it could result in additional shipping charges. In addition, if you buy prepaid postage online and you're off by a few ounces, they'll suck every possible penny out of you. read more

I have to give this place one star for frequent inconvenience regarding their mail delivery handling. On multiple occasions, we have had small boxes carelessly shoved into our tiny mailbox from a back entry point (we live in a townhouse that shares mailboxes), and the mouth of the "receiving" side of the mailbox is not large enough to pull out what has gone inside. I have called and complained prior to this post office regarding this issue having possible damage to our packages in past attempts to pry it out of the small opening. I am currently writing this review because of a much more recent issue with the lock on our mailbox, which might have been tampered with in the last few days. Yesterday (February 16, 2018) we could not even unlock the mailbox, as the key would not go all the way through, and we suspect that there is possibly another small enough package on the inside of the mailbox blocking the lock mechanism from fully unlocking and opening the mailbox. Despite having already complained about this issue over the phone, it seems the issue has not been communicated enough to the mailman. PLEASE be mindful as we have important mail regarding bills and health related things incoming that need to be attended to ASAP. We do not like having to struggle with the mailbox every day. read more

This place is a joke! Let me explain why, I was expecting a package to be delivered however the street number was incorrect. I called and spoke with the supervisor, I gave her the correct number and she said it would be shipped. That was Friday and the item never came. I called Saturday AM and told them to hold it that I will come and get it. I was told it would be on the supervisors desk. I arrived and waited in line for 20 minutes and once at the counter, the lady told me she was unable to locate the item. By this time I was pissed at the incompetence of the postal system, so I was asked to come back later when the supervisor arrived.. Well I called back 45 minutes later the supervisor told me it was on her desk so I ask why didn't the other lady find it? She said "I don't know?" I asked if someone else can pick it up and she said no because they had to prove it was me.. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to go back to the shit hole post office to be handed a package and they didn't even ask for my ID.. FUCK ME!! What a bunch of fucking idiots they have working for agencies that handles the amount of mail they do. I wish I can change postal services but unfortunately I have these idiots for my mail services.. read more

This post office is not even worth my 1 star. From clerk lady to supervisor and the manager who named J. A, did not know what basics for customer services are. They didn't know how to deal with unhappy customers. All they have to do is blame the plant for any mistakes, not concentrate on solving the problem. They are the same company, isn't it? "They" messed up my important letter and delayed 2 weeks already, anyone will be mad about that. Guessed what the manager said? He said I threatened them and disturbed the public place and threatened to call the police on me. if they played back the camera, it can justified whst I did and I believed I didnt do anything wrong. The mail delivery person for Stardust ranch consistently delivers mail to the wrong address!

Worst service ever. Do not schedule appointments for a passport renewal at this location. Why even have an online appointment scheduler if no one bothers to show up at that time. I had to pull my kids out of school and juggle my husband and my schedule in order to turn in our passport applications for my kids just to show up before 9 for a 9 AM appointment to be told that there is no one coming until 9:30???. Why wouldn't I be notified ahead of time that my appointment will be ignored because the person that does the appointment is not showing up until after 9:30. I am currently waiting in the lobby for someone to show up and it's 9:33. No one is even bothering to check up on us. WORST SERVICE EVER!! I wouldn't even give this location a star at all. It is not deserving of it. How is this acceptable? My kids are missing more school than necessary because someone decided not to show up. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

I really do t give it a 1 star, these ads that the mail carrier will take your mail or package is a bunch of crap. I was told by the post master Ingrid that they only come to your door if you pay extra postage. My mail carrier put so much in my mailbox there was no way to open it. When I called Ingrid was no help said the would take my mail to the post office and I would have to pick it up. How is this customer service. I like my ups guy the are so great! Not the post office they could care less. Now I have been on hold forever calling another number because Ingrid could not help me. read more

This employee really pissed me off . The way he approached and called the customers in line like kids on a field trip. I needed assistance in my unsealed mail to be mailed and I didn't know how many stamps which also includes the envelope inside. He repeatedly told me to seal my envelope and yet I repeated told him I can't coz I need to place another stamp in the envelope that's inside. He then asked me in a rude manner " do you understand now !" right infront of everyone else . Of course I needed to defend myself and answered back . So I told him that he's rude and that he could have said his remarked in a better way. He's an old Asian guy and must have worked for postal services for a while coz his ID badge is worn out and I couldn't even read his name . He's a very impatient person and needs to go back to be trained of how's customer service nowadays. Don't assume that everyone uses post office nowadays because it's now mostly internet access!!!! If you need to know who, please ask the other employees who witnessed this event . I could have taken his picture but that won't be right as well. This post office has the best, nicest, most helpful staff. They recently got the kiosks for self-shipment, but haven't tried it yet. I had to mail some packages, but I received alot of help from the clerks, as they try to provide the customers with most affordable and best price possible. You could never go wrong with this location's post office, and all the clerks here are really nice. read more

I live in Buena Park, and the BP Post Office is closer to home, but I choose to drive farther to the Cypress Post Office. I come in regularly to mail packages, and it has always been a pleasurable experience. Even when the line is to the door, it seems to go very quickly. Some people do complain about the wait, but I look at it that no one, myself included, can expect to walk in and go to the head of the line. Waiting is all a part of life, and so long as it is not unreasonable, which has never been the case when I have been here, you just go with it. The employees are most pleasant and efficient, which makes the longer drive so worth it. read more
