She told me I would have to wait 3 hours for my order--before she even knew what my order was! I said, I'm about to do that, because it doesn't even seem like Fedex any more. So I left and went down the street to Staples, where funny thing--the woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. She was able to do the job fairly quickly. They had all kinds of color paper choices available, that didn't cost extra. And guess what--she got the job done very quickly AT ABOUT 25% OF WHAT FEDEX WANTED TO CHARGE! My advice: Absolutely positively avoid this Fedex office like the plague. Drive the 2 blocks south and let the nice folks at Staples take care of you properly instead. p.s.
