This man (see photo) is the worst postal worker ever. So thank God I was home watching for my delivery. He first pulls up to our mailbox and only delivers our mail and takes off. I quickly run outside yelling at him that he forgot my Amazon delivery. He takes off his headphones to hear me after I nearly jumped unto his truck. He gets out of the truck to check for packages and says, "oh well it's too big I'll have to come back around once I've moved some stuff." I was like seriously, your ass almost drove off without realizing there was a package and now you're telling me, your ass is too lazy to move the boxes so you can actually do your job? Worst post office ever. They directed me to leave my priority shipping item in their designated area. 3 days later the item still says they haven't received it. I drive back over to check on the item and the gentleman basically acts defensive and explains that they have a lot of packages to scan and my tracking hasnt been updated and its my fault for just leaving the item (as i was directed to do) instead if waiting in line. With covid and the holidays coming up it's super busy at the post office especially close to closing time. They had a member aiding consumers and guiding them to speed the process up. My community mail boxes were broken into weeks before Christmas, here we are mid January and there are no plans to fix the boxes, so we are forced to pick up our mail from this shit hole. Granted not everyone is an asshole here. Mail pick ups take on average no less than 20 mins, stand in line because well as I said a great deal of No. Fontana has been impacted by mail theft. Give some rude service worker your ID, slam the door in your face, wait another 5 minutes, they bring your your mail, someone else's mail and then what? Friendly employees but sometimes the waits are so long. Understandable not their fault. This office could use a little update or remodeling and it would be helpful if they opened a little earlier or on time. If there's a car in front of the mail box they will keep going and skip your mail box . There's no sign saying a car can't park in front of the mail box . Once in a while one will get off and leave the mail but most will just keep going, or leave a little post it's on the mail box . I can't control who parks in front of my mail box , especially if there's no sign stating this . Please retire or fire these lazy ass people . Some people actually depend on they're mail . I see that this employee named Lisa already has a bad reputation since someone else already commented on her. We went in because our mail wasn't being forwarded to our P.O box, they told us to wait so a manager can speak with us. Next thing we know the "manager" was in a meeting when we had already been waiting 5 minutes. So we kept asking for a manager. Then an older man a postal clerk decided he was telling us we would have to wait an hour so of course we got frustrated then he proceeded to tell us he would call the cops if we didn't leave . Mind you he escalated the situation to where it should t have been. Supervisor comes out of nowhere tel us to meet him on the side where there's a door that has a window . 2 minutes into our conversation the man that said he called the cops on us comes up to the door and proceeds to slam the door in our face!! Against my better judgment I went to mail a few utility bills and approximately 20 Christmas Cards my 92 year old father ask me to mail. I always run inside and put mail in the drop box to ensure the mail is not vandalized. When I pulled up, some guy is walking out of the Post Office without a mask. As I am gathering my things, here comes another man without a mask covering his mouth with a T Shirt so old and washed out, you could literally see his lips and mouth thru the T Shirt. I waited for him to come out, gloved and masked up and went inside. I walk over to the Mail Drop Box and started inserting my mail about 5 Envelopes at a time.... here comes this lady out of know where. She slid in front of me, excused herself and said can I mail these cards real quick? I forget my mask! What is wrong with people? I drop off packages from my business 2 to 3 times a week. I come in at 830-850 am everytime before the post office cars are out. I typically have 20-30 packages with me and i drive around the back to drop it off easier. This morning a random lady with glasses and leaf tattoo on her neck asked me to park across the street. She said ill roll out a dolly half to meet you. I told her i do this often, youre really going to inconvenience me like that? She said yes. So i left. Now ive never had enough human interaction at this location to write a review. The process is simple i drive too the back, drop packs, and i leave. Worst customer service provided by supervisor Jessica Flores, not willing to help customer even when the post office was at fault for not delivering mail. Her only answer was that she did not have an answer on her end as to what happened with the mail since it did not show in her computer and then refused to return my money after I had receipt for my purchase. Never been a rude customer nor do I ever leave any sort of comments at a business but I've never been so disappointed on a manager or their way of dealing with a situation. I come here very often and never had an issue with the employees unfortunately this time my mail didn't get delivered after paying overnight and I had to speak with supervisor but that was pointless. Had to repay the overnight fee to send out once again what didn't arrive the first time. So disappointed! read more

This post office is ALWAYS congested. I just dropped two large parcels that were already stamped and there were at least 20 people lined up and the line was barely moving. There are three very nice people that work there but I seem to always get the fourth lady. She has short blonde hair. I guess she was having a bad day the first time I came to her and I guess I wasn't versed enough in the illustrious ways of government postal services because every question I asked drove her to near madness and she even tried to pick an argue-fight with me. I Am only giving it one star because there is literally only one Hispanic guy that is extremely nice and fast. Other than that this place is awful there is a older lady that is just rude she normally works at the first station on the left. My daughter was looking at the cards and reading them to pick one for her father and she yelled out stop playing with the cards. I stated she's not playing with them she's picking one out. After that nothing. I try to avid this place as much as possible. I take my boxes in their and she will argue with me about their boxes saying that I can't use them with my postage then to avoid conflict I say I'll pay extra and then she will roll her eyes and then proceed to tell me oh you actually paid more for postage so your ok but next time don't. I mailed a four pound package of popcorn to my father in Fontana. He received a ten pound box of baby clothes. Neither the Iowa or the CA post office want to do anything concerning the theft that occurred. I am out sixty dollars but I have learned my lesson. Do not mail anything via USPS because they do not care if your items are stolen or never arrive and they do nothing to fix the situation. I was given the runaround and told to call the corporate headquarters and then told to call the local post office to no avail. The local post office said because a package was delivered on time, there's nothing that they can do about it. So unless you purchase their ridiculous insurance (as though I am supposed to somehow account or be responsible for the screw ups made by the post office), the package you send could in theory be opened, replaced and even though there is absolute conclusive evidence that shows that the package was tampered with, "there's nothing we can do about it," is the response you will get. Corporate told me that "they'd look into it." That's another way of saying don't call us anymore until we call you, if we call you at all. Popcorn doesn't grow heavier with time. I understand that you don't need a PhD to work at the post office but seriously, I ship out a 4 pound box, and the receiver receives a 10 pound box (he was there immediately to receive the package); let's see 10 pounds minus 4 pounds, after the intense algebraic formula calculation; it can be gathered that there is a 6 pound difference that happened between Iowa and Fontana, CA. I didn't get as much as an apology for my package being tampered with and stolen. Show some accountability or just be honest and warn your customers that their packages run the very probable risk that they will be tampered with and stolen, and that insurance in highly recommended. read more

I went to get my mail and he said it was put into a new mailbox and I can't get the key until tomorrow which I was told by another worker that I can come get my key today. Well when I asked moe for a manager he became very rude and yelling and kept cutting me off when I tired to talk. Something needs to be done about this "man" behaviour. I am a shoe seller who ships shoes to people through USPS. I have been to multiple locations shipping many shoes. This has got to be the worst location I have ever been to and will no longer be doing business with. I was at the counter shipping a package, but the lady that assisted me made me feel stupid for even being at the post office because she had a rude attitude and tone towards me. I absolutely hate this place! Like everyone has stated the lines are always congested, their customer service is truly a disgrace! This particular post office is the office that delivers my mail, and I am now in the process of completely my 3 filed complaint because of me not receiving certain packages that were suppose to be placed in my mail box. Long lines and the customers service is horrible. This post office lost 2 of my packages already. I spoke to the supervisor about my packages and all they do is give me the run around. I upgrade the carrier to UPS so this post office doesn't get my package and lose it. If you lose a package don't count on them finding it. read more

I called DURING business hours asking when I could have a package redelivered since I would not be able to make it within the business hours. I was told on the phone by a nice gentleman that it would be NO PROBLEM and to call the next day at 7:30 A.M sharp to have my package enroute for that day. COOL. I waited until the morning to call at 7:30. It ALWAYS rings a long time so I just left it on speaker phone as I got ready for work until I could hear someone pick up the phone. I called 3 times before a rude woman answered the phone and said "WE DON'T OPEN UNTIL 8:30!" And hung up! I would have had no problem at all waiting until that time, but someone from your office told me that time, and that's why I called, but to the woman who hung up on me would never know that because she didn't bother to listen. If I didn't have to pick up my package I would never go to this location again. Someone needs to retrain this woman and teach her some manners. Sad. read more
