And that was the manager. The photos they sent were not the correct size and both of the employees I dealt with did not know how to resize them correctly. This store seems to do a good job on everything except the digital photos. You pay your money you take your chances.

We stopped in a couple of times and nobody could be sure why they were not ready to give to us yet. Today we stopped in and Kim took my number, then proceeded to call me and tell me that the reason nobody could figure out what was going on was that the owner of the building already had our keys!! It just made my day to have a postal service employee take the time and interest to get this resolved and then follow thru with us. Thank you Kim!!

The good people at the Minden P.O. never complain, always bend over backwards for us. Even last month when we brought in 14 boxes of our junk for them to process. They were so obliging that they even suggested a less expensive way to send it. One of the fellows in the back lent us a hand truck to being the boxes in from our car. That was a Godsend. In the couple dozen experiences we've had at this branch, we have never been disappointed! 11/23

This U-Haul dealer is rude, confrontational, does not honor customer reservations. When he arrived we let him know we were there to pick up a reserved U-Haul. He responded with "I'm not renting anyone anything tonight". When expressed confusion and frustration after waiting for his return only to be told he was not going to accommodate us things got ugly. He called my friend a Nazi, used the "F" word in front of other people including his preschool daughter. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. We drove 20 miles to Carson City and rented a U-Haul with no problem. The sales man was kind, courteous, friendly and helpful. Don't waste your time at our local U-Haul. It's worth the extra miles to go to Carson City where you are treated with respect and the sales people go the extra mile to make it a pleasant experience,

Jimmy at Pacific Gas on 395 in Gardnerville hooked us up with a van and car hauler, right away so that we were able to get our car back to be repaired by Christenson's Automotive Repair. We didn't even lose a day of work. He was super kind and very helpful in every way. In addition, Jimmy has moving boxes, packing materials and even filled our propane bottle quickly, safely and to the top. He is very competent and professional. (Perhaps she confused UPS with USPS ?). And Lauren A., what are YOU talking about ? First of all, there IS an external mail box set up for drive-by, mail drop off. As for your "not handicap friendly ... inside mail too far from entrance" critique, I don't get it. There is handicap parking directly in front of the entrance, and there are no steps to get inside, where the front counter is 20 feet from the door. You must be thinking of a different location.

Horrible delivery service. I was expecting a package today and at 8:54am the tracking said it was…read moreout for delivery, but at 9:42am it is marked as returning to seller. There were people awake and even outside around that time and there is no excuse why I did not receive my package. I need this package by today and I thought USPS was a reliable service, but this lack of customer service explination and me not recieving the package shows severely otherwise. What I can assume, since the package was not delivered, was that it was stolen by the delivery personel. I also tried calling customer service and they hung up on me. The level of professionalism is very prevalent.
