Was just in this location and asked to use their tape the cashier told me he couldn't allow me to because he will get fired while he had 3 rolls of tape right in front of him... mind you the customer before (female Caucasian) was offered tape and scissors.

The manager (Isaac) of the local post office was forcing me out because he demanded proof (documentation - ID card) of my service dog. He said that my dog required a service vest. He refused to ask me the two legal questions required by law. This resulted in both of us raising our voices in front of staff and customers. He could not tell me what agency issues these identification cards. I told him that under the ADA gov vest or IDs are not required. He refused to let me speak to his supervisor stating that he was the supervisor. Once the complaint is made there's no turning back that bullet: Unfortunately, once discrimination occurs, California law recognizes that harm is done. This is why California law provides a strong penalty that a disabled person can claim against the business in an accessibility lawsuit. Here are some examples of what it means to refuse a service dog: - Denying service altogether - demanding that the dog leave the establishment - Asking too many questions about the service dog - Demanding to see "paperwork," "ID cards," or "medical information" - Redirecting the service dog and handler to another part of the business - Harassing the service dog or its handler - Demanding that the service dog wear a vest with certain words on it If you are a person with disabilities and you have a service animal, stand your ground Refer to ADA.gov or have these violators review the ADA FAQ on the Federal website

Don Nguyen was so congenial in helpful for my complicated package that I had to pack and send. He gave me great advice

Useless. They lost my package and never pickup the phone at their location during business hours. Absolutely useless

I haven't been here in awhile.... And this is my last time. I happen to just stop by due to…read moreconvenience of the location at the time. The new owners have definitely raised prices which they're nickeling and dime'ing everything on top of what you already pay for. I'm huge on supporting mom and pop but charging for every little thing is excessive. Even with a further drive, I'll take my business to the aim center down bolsa chica where service is great, prices are reasonable, and I'm not nickeled and dime'd

I recently stopped in to return a UPS package from Amazon, assuming I would be seeing the previous…read moreowner. I later realized the ownership has changed, and my experience was very different from what I've been used to in the past. I had my return label ready to go and the box fully packaged, but I had just run out of packing tape and was short one strip across the top -- about 12 inches. In the past, I've always made sure everything was fully taped, and I didn't think one missing strip would be a big issue. Unfortunately, I was told I would be charged for that small piece of tape and that I needed to pay cash. I was also informed that I would have to pay for tape to attach the shipping label as well. Because of this, they refused to accept my package as-is. The interaction left me disappointed. I understand businesses have policies, but the overall experience felt unwelcoming over something so minor. It's unfortunate, as this has long been a staple business in our community. Based on this visit, I won't be returning. I do wanna mention a woman is standing behind me, was also denied help because of few minutes later I saw her at the post office, with the same box that she had in her hands.

I have no idea what Nhu's problem is. I've come to this usps multiple times and never encountered…read moreher luckily but seriously I understand why so many people have such issues and have left bad reviews I came in today with only one individual in front of me in line. My purpose was dropping off some military care packages overseas for the "FIRST TIME". I had my custom forms already printed, and just needed to attach them which she prompted me to do. One thing I had noticed was how curt she was with our interaction but that wasn't an issue, I understand we're all busy. But after her directing me to attach the customs forms, as I was working on that in the office I noticed when other customers asked her questions or asked for assistance, she rolled her eyes and would just say "oh my god". Rude af. Whatever- so I go back to her to drop off the packages after attaching the customs form and she takes my packages and just prints me out a tracking. I leave but as I'm walking out I realize that I hadn't had to pay postage which confused me since I I never paid online with the customs form- it just gave me an estimate based on my package info and weight . I didn't want to risk having the shipment sent back or destroyed because of unpaid postage so I go back inside and ask her about it. That's when she gives me the nastiest attitude and says "why didn't you tell me that first" and I said "that's why I'm asking you and double checking right now?" And she just proceeds to roll her eyes and basically scold me for not letting her know- but isn't it your job to make sure these packages are paid for (?) I'm generally patient as someone who also works in a customer facing job, but this was extremely frustrating and I tell her "like I had prefaced I had the customs forms printed, but in no way did I ever say I prepaid for my labels? Also I also said this was my first time sending packages overseas to a military member and you would think you would care to double check since this is your job?" Mind you up to this point I had been nice with our interactions and genuinely just curious and wanting to take the correct steps but Nhu was just extremely judgmental and acting like she didn't want to help. Only until I had asked for her name, and a huge line of people started to form behind me did she finally switch her attitude. Unfortunately at the end of this I wasn't even able to ship my packages because of a zip code issue. I ended up going to a different usps afterwards for better help with this issue. So thanks for nothing nhu.

Definitely don't understand why this place gets such bad ratings. Just shipped a package out and…read morethe clerk was so nice. Receipt doesn't have name unfortunately it just says clerk 19 lol it's an older Asian lady with glasses but I could hear the younger Asian lady with glasses two windows down asking how someone's day is going. Sure, my tiny package was $17 to ship out so value is still cheaper than sending via UPS or FedEx. All in all still the most affordable way to send things through the mail.
