I have had no mail since November 4. Except for junk mail and also some thing that was mailed to me from the Laguna Niguel post office which I did receive. I have not received any other mail in almost 4 weeks. No one does anything to resolve this for me. I've had to reach out to family to them know not to send anything through USPS. I'm not to only missing my personal mail. I am also missing checks and a MasterCard that was sent to me. The worst thing that happened through this, my checks at work has been garnished by the state of California because I wasn't receiving their letters in the mail. EASY-BREEZY DIRECTIONS: Upon arrival, go directly to the left, sign in where it says "PASSPORTS" & when your name is called, you'll be directed into a private room. I mean who wants all of your personal info to be overheard Rt? HUGE TIPS: Make sure you have all required documents & paperwork filled out! Half of the employees are totally incompetent and have NO customer service skills. I avoid going into the lobby any longer and go straight to my PO Box. They deliver my mail to my neighbors and vice versa. I have complained numerous times and the issues are never corrected. Worst post office around! I've had two packages now scanned "out for delivery" then hours later end up back at the post office never to be delivered. I'm pretty sure someone who works there is stealing. When I call the local office no one answers the phone. I've called the 800 number for the post office and put in service requests on the missing packages and the local office never answers them. It's now been over a month my first package is not delivered and there is no solution in sight. The second package luckily is an Amazon item and they were able to get me a replacement. read more

Pretty standard USPS that has minimal parking, but there is a drive up mail drop which is pretty convenient for letters and allows you to avoid having to go into the parking area at all. If you have to go into the building, try and go first thing in the morning. I've found that it's the best time to get the best service without a wait. read more

The "supervisor" at this branch is very deficient in management skills, particularly in the area of customer service. After two failed appointment times for a passport, which he was aware of because he dealt with me on both of them, instead of working me into the schedule or taking me himself, and no one was having a passport appt at the time, he insisted in having me set a 3rd appt and come back. Why bother having a supervisor? This gentleman has no compassion for a senior lady, and has no concept of mitigating when technology goes wrong. He would not even identify himself when asked. The post office needs to be close for not following the CDC and now federal guidelines. This post office will not enforce the social distancing, they let people into the post office without masks they do not say anything to them, in fact if you actually say something to the employees they will get mad at you instead of the person that isn't wearing the mask. The actions and in actions of this post office are completely inappropriate and negligent to the point where they are contributing to the death of people in orange county and they do not care at all. Today I encountered a lady not wearing a mask telling me that she is immune to the virus and I can't get it from her so she doesn't have to wear a mask and the presidents mandates or any laws don't apply to her, I asked what are the postal workers for assistance and instead of helping me with that situation, he just shrugged his shoulders and said there's nothing he can do about it. That is complete BS, he was perfectly capable of time the lady she needs to wear a mask before entering the post office instead of entertaining her. This is happened at numerous occasions numerous times this post office and I am tired of it to the point where if the United States needs to save money I think this post office needs to be closed down until they can follow the proper guidelines. Supervisor Kwan had terrible customer service . He laughed at me and treated me very unprofessionally when he was rang for over seven times to get him to come up to talk to me . One representative helping only and the line was out the doors of the building . Not only is it a fire hazard b it absolutely no social distancing or signs . She was super sweet, helped make copies of documents we had forgotten at home and was very understanding and helpful with our 3 year old. Ok, this review isn't for the actual post office, because let's be real, we all know post offices are frustrating to deal with sometimes. This review is for our local mail carrier, Leroy, who went above and beyond to help me locate an incorrectly delivered package. I didn't receive an important package I was supposed to, and the panic hit. With COVID and wfh with two kids, I was stressed about the additional work I was going to need to do to get this delivery. I flagged Leroy down, and he helped locate and get my package back. He was extremely nice and courteous, and truly saved me from so much stress. THANK YOU LEROY!! I went in to submit the paperwork for my Passport renewal. I had already visited a few local places that were by appointment only (with at least 2 hour wait times) - no walk ins. Luckily, this branch (albeit a further drive for me) accepts walk ins and I was helped immediately with virtually no wait time. A nice lady by the name of Jung assisted me through the process. She really knew her stuff! Not only was she knowledgable, she was very thorough, all while maintaining a welcoming and friendly attitude. I will definitely be back in the future! Thank you Jung! What a great customer service I received from Kevin and Larry today at this USPS Station. They were very helpful, friendly, and above all caring. I was having difficulties mailing a parcel overseas. They walked me through how to fill out the Customs Declaration form. Kevin personally re-taped the parcel to secure it properly. I guess they are trying very hard to improve the image and reputation of the USPS that De Joy has been tarnishing and destroying it over the years. I have never been in and out of a post office so quickly. Service is unbelievable. I went to send something by Certified mail, and it must have taken them 15 seconds. I stood around in disbelief. I must have looked like an idiot because the clerk kept asking if there was anything else he could help me with. Didn't even have time to process what happened. So I ended up taking some passport photos to add some time. I had my hat on and didn't even get a chance to brush my hair. Photo was taken, and I was done in 2 minutes. So now I am going to look like really creepy in my passport. That's ok...I like the pat downs. It's like a Thai massage, except cheaper. The guy asked me if I had any questions. Still in shock, the only thing I could ask was, "Are the photos the sticker kind?"
