I live right next to this place, so I come here a lot. They don't pack stuff for you, but up can get your needed supplies on site. The lines are usually long, but I think the service is pretty fast. There's usually 3 people servicing the main mailing area. There is an additional person helping get your mail for pickup. Staff is generally friendly, except this one younger lady. They have a great range of stamps at all times which is great if your a collector. I really am surprised at how negative the reviews are. The dmv is way worse. read more

I don't understand the bad reviews this post office gets. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have not once had a bad experience there. Yes, the wait can be really long sometimes. But that is not the fault of the staff at the post office. It's the fault of people who come there and ship things that are not boxed up, they don't have the paper work like custom declarations ready, etc. They bring their babies and they are crying etc. The staff is always so patient, friendly and helpful to people who didn't prepare their stuff right. I go there often, and I have never had a bad experience. I like to compliment the staff there for their patience with people. I hope that people who read this think about their attitude towards the post office employees a bit, and hopefully appreciate their work a little more. The customer service is bad. I feel like the workers hate their job. Every time I go in one person is at the counter and there is a long line. No one acknowledges that another line needs to be opened unless the customers start to complain. One of the workers was arguing with her coworker and said bitch out loud. He refused to refund a guaranteed next day priority mail express that took two days to get 4 hours away. I paid $18 for next day and it took as long as normal delivery!! If I could give them less than one star, I would. I constantly schedule pick ups for our customers online orders and they never show up to get them. 3 or 4 days in a row. I receive emails saying they completed the pick ups but they never did. They are lazy individuals, most of them have bad attitudes and they're even worse at job performance. This is the slowest, unorganized post office I have ever been to. I had a package sent to me from home but it was off a number, so I had it intercepted to be picked up at the post office. Get there and the worker at the pick up window is equivalent to the sloth at the DMV in Zootopia. She finally finds my package after explaining several times what happened with my package. She tells me I need to pay $10.28 for them to release MY package. I explain to her that I already paid $12.95 to intercept it, why am I having to pay again? She brushes me off with no explanation and sends me to another window. I ask "so you're telling me my mom paid for it to be sent, I paid for it to be intercepted and now I have to pay for it to be released to me?!" So she calls her manager Tanya. Who is super rude. I explain a third time what's going on and I show her my receipt. She tells me that that's just an invoice. How is she to know it was paid. So I ask her if she wants me to show her my bank statement. She said "well if you have it". You bet I had it. Showed it to her. Without an apology for the mix up or for trying to charge me for something I already paid for, she turned away from me, gave her worker instructions and walked away. Absolutely terrible. Every time I call it's a busy tone and the lady that did answer is honestly a moron. Clearly she speaks no English and has no idea what she's doing. This post office sucks! I walked in on a busy day and I walked up to the store section to ask for some tape and before I could even say something the older man that was working the counter said, "If you want to be helped you need to stand in the back of the line." There was no line for the store portion so I replied to him, I was wondering if I could get some tape, and he answered with an attitude, "You need what?!" So I told him can I get some tape, then he replies to me again, "For what?" Then he starts walking away. I was so irate that as I was walking away I said, if you don't like your job then you should quit and I called the post office the minute I walked out to make a complaint. I went there to mail a package to Canada. A lady was immediately helpful and I ended up sending it priority. Her name is Mel and she works really hard in a multitasking job. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have gotten through with it the way it needed to go. I felt there was a safety with priority mail after she told me about it. Very poor communication between staff. This is the 2nd time my package has been lost, but not really. Whomever checks in the packages are oblivious that the post office address is 455 pebble rd + P.O. box # means that it is to be delivered to the dam post office, but they decide to put my package on a truck and drive it around all day! Then they finally get it right per the tracking info it made it's way back to the post office and in my box -- tricked the hell out of me bc guess what it wasnt there even though it said it was. Now the clerk is running around looking for it and do you think she finds it?? NO! I'm told I would receive a call when the package is found, but that's a lie bc I didnt receive a promised call that was set for yesterday. This is the worst post office in the USA. I travel for business... In the past 2 months my mailbox at home has been turned off twice... Resulting in me missing two paychecks... I have lived at this same address since 2008. So I tried to resolve the issue like a human... I went to the post office and filled out the yellow paper twice. The second time: I went to the post office and the lady behind the brown door told me, "I'll go look for your shit." If I spoke to my clients like this... I would probably be working at the pebble post office . So today I went to get my mail so I could hand out some cash on Christmas.... Guess what? It has been turned off again. Am I supposed to have a heart to heart with my postman? Cause all I can think of is verbally abusing them. I have now written two formal complains on the USPS website in a month. No answers. Currently I have been on hold for 46 minutes, when the recording said 25. During this time I have filed a complaint with the Postal Regulatory Commission and I am just getting more steamed up. Www.prc.gov I advise everyone to write these guys . Depending on your issue it only takes a few minutes, but who knows if they get back to me. At least in Las Vegas, it used to be that if you mailed a letter or a check locally, you could generally expect it to arrive the very next business day (no later than two days in transit). Now it's a complete crap shoot. I've had important letters and documents totally lost in the mail that were never RETURNED TO SENDER. I've had late notices arrive a week late! And now I'm still waiting on a check that was mailed 9 days ago from a local office, not Afghanistan. And the clerks at the P.O. counter are becoming snotty, resentful and incompetent. read more

I have lived near this post office for 18 years. It's like 3rd world. Most of the clerks have a strong accent. They try to drag out the time between each customer. They often wander around acting like they are looking for something. After 18 years you catch on to it ;). The building isn't big, most of it is taken up with PO boxes. The area to wait in line is tiny. The line is usually out the door. This poses a problem since the pigeons nest right under the doorway. They have put up chicken wire to try to prevent the things from dropping bombs on the public. The grounds are totally neglected with weeds and dead plants. There was a roof leak for a long time and they had a tarp strung up with a rubber tube to drain off the water. The self check kiosk is often malfunctioning. One time I went in there at night and it would only work for the most expensive rate of postage ;) Interestingly, the clerks make a huge deal out of taking your receipt and circling the customer survey at the bottom of the slip in a dramatic way like they are rubbing it in your face. For the fact that it's a post office, which is the mail equivalent to the DMV, it's pretty well-run. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get anything done here. Maybe I just luck out at the random times that I go. I was in and out just now in less than 5 minutes, and the majority of that time was making myself sure everything was packed correctly and I wrote down the correct address. Woohoo! read more

I go here alot. The line is usually always super long and some of the workers are not too friendly. If you go at a not too busy time, then you can get in and out fairly quickly. They do have a self serve machine if your items are quick and easy to mail. read more

Sent my mother out a Christmas card on December 29th to this location with 2 gift cards and cash (im aware cash should not be mailed), it's going on 3 weeks and my mom has yet to receive it, its destination was north Carolina. I figured with holidays and new years it May be running late, i stopped in to the post office 3 days ago and explained the situation to the supervisor kat and he said possibly May be running late but more than so a mail carrier stole it, are you serious? That is complete nonsense that employees working for the place you are bringing in business to are stealing from their customers. He said a few employees got fired due to stealing but didn't get prosecuted, isnt that a federal offense? And they didn't get arrested? I'm really upset about this situation as well as my mother is cause she never received a Christmas card this year due to thieves. What poor customer service!!!! I sipped a box priority (2-3 day delivery) via Pebble Post Office on the 8th. As of the 11th, the package was not delivered. After the weekend, I returned to the Post Office to follow up on my package. Once there, I was told there was no way to find it without a receipt. Ok. The package returned to my home on the 17th; over a week after it was to be delivered. I call the office and spoke with Cheryl, the supervisor, about what happened. She was of no help. I came to the office directly after speaking the her. How convenient, she was out within 10 minutes of our conversation. The staff were of no help. Soon as I got into the car, I called them post office to speak with Cheryl. She just happened to be available. What game are these folks playing?? Not only do they not want to speak to customers, they don't want to accept responsibility for there terrible service they provide. We pay taxes for that? No wonder the postal offices are closing. These "people" don't care about service, only a pay check. Save us some tax money, close the useless postal service. read more

Horrible...grrrr went to mail a certified letter walked in at 4:59pm and Amber Green said they were closed. And asked her was there another PO that closed later she told me the nears one. I walked outside and on the door it clearly states they close at 5pm. I went back in and she said "no mamma I block this side off at 5pm" I showed her on my phone and it still was 5pm so how could that be? She said were closed. Asked to speak to a manager. I purchased a home and this post office lost my key when it was time for me to pick the keys up. I spoke with the supervisor Jessica whom stated she will call me the next day. This is my second move to a new construction community but my first problem in receiving mail, specifically packages. I've been receiving mail at my new address since the first week of June 2015 with no issues but about 98% of the packages I'm suppose to receive are stamped undeliverable as addressed. Whenever I call the branch a woman named MYRA (who's command of the English language appears as though she has only been taught and trained to say "I'm sorry it was undeliverable as addressed" but she will not pull up the information and verify the address with me. So always I call the main USPS branch on the east coast where I am assisted by someone who is always very pro-active in helping me and each time has verified through the tracking number that the address has been correct. I'm at my wits end with this post office. I'm an amazon prime member and have free two day shipping but never get my packages in 2 days because of this post office and their incompetent parcel delivery driver and their post master that lacks communication skills. While I know I'm living in a new construction zone and may have problems getting stuff delivered, I have yet to encounter this from UPS or FED EX, both of which have taped a map to the package from the processing unit to ensure the driver is able to find my house. NO issues there, but the post office can't get it right and this branch is the one that gave me my mail key. I'm also starting to believe they've listed their number incorrectly on their website on purpose as they hate doing their jobs and do not want to deal with being held accountable for all of their daily mistakes. On their website the number is listed as 702-914-9670 when it is in fact 702-914-9674, and MYRA the most incompetent of them all is always the one to answer and she is always the one to return calls when a complaint is filed. read more
