This is the worst post office I've ever visited. Service is crappy, they barely offer solutions to any requests. All they tell you is 6 - 8 weeks for any request. Recently moved homes and went to find out what my mail box # was. They told me to wait 6 - 8 weeks and they didn't care if I had work related mails coming in everyday. I have to still wait 6-8 weeks. If they are unable to assist customers, they should hire people that understands the job or love their job. This post office might as well be shut down for not following social distancing guidelines. I waited in line for over 45 minutes today so I could get a money order to pay my rent. I had to ask the guy behind me to back up 3 times because he was standing less than a foot away from my back. No employees ever came out and told the people in line to stand apart nor did they follow the signs posted in the lobby saying only 10 people inside at a time. By the time I got to the front of the line it was 5pm. There were only two clerks at the counter and one had no money orders and the other only had one. I have never in my life heard of the post office running out of money orders. When I tried to ask about it the woman at the counter because money orders are hard to get right now with so many places closed, "Mercedes" the employee that wasn't even waiting on me yelled at me in front of everyone and kept talking over me saying "go to another post office. If I could post a negative star rating, I would. Here's why I absolutely hate USPS on Pebble and Badura. I waited half an hour thinking to pick up my mail after stopping by last week to order a new set of keys. I was helped by two people (how many people at USPS does it take to acre in a lightbulb) when I requested the hold. This review goes for amazing customer service and the most helpful woman I've ever had at any post office. Shoutout to Amber for helping me and also finding my phone!! Came in with the a blue express box with a regular paid label to drop off with some other packages. She advised to me that the Blue is express and they could charge me the "starting" rate of Priority Express Blue $45 bucks rather than the $9.60 Paid label I had. I thought I could use any box as long as it was paid- she def helped me save money and knowledge for the future! She grabbed the correct box for me and also gave me some more boxes for my future shipments! I also tossed my phone is the self-service cart with my other packages and didn't realize until I got to my car. Came back in and asked her if she saw a phone. She offered to call it and helped locate it. Took the time to do that, really amazing. She was so kind and caring! This is my new location read more

Their drop slot for packages has been broken since March 2022. And so if you don't drop off during business hours you have to wait til following day. Very difficult with people who work full time same hours as the post office. Doesn't seem like they care to fix it. read more

I am usually pretty lucky in terms of wait time when I need to conduct any transactions requiring interactions with a USPS postal worker at this location. (There, just jinxed myself for all future visits.) But the wait time and length of the line is always more manageable than the Rainbow/Spring Mtn location I typically go to. I moved recently. Back to an address I used to reside at. So I've getting emails from my bank and such alerting me my statements getting returned by the Post Office. Now typically, filling out one of those change of address forms is pretty straight toward. But I wasn't sure in my case, as I have not had to fill out the form for my situation. Luckily there was an elderly postal worker at the package pick up window that was not currently occupied at the time, and he also faced a similar situation, so he was able to give me the clarifications I needed. Awesome!!! Now I just need the roughly 7 business days for the update to go into effect. As far as parking, never been an issue for me. Of course I can imagine it could be an issue around busy shipping season like Christmas, but that's why it is best to be early with shipping off those holiday cards and packages. This location also has a lot of real estate dedicated to PO boxes for rent. Although I am not sure about current availability. For me the only confusing part of using this postal location on my first visit, is where to start lining up. Typically there is a clear rope and cordon setup to help you navigate to the right place, so you can avoid upsetting people that might think you are cutting them off at the other USPS locations. Since the arrangement of this Pebbles location has counters on both sides of the center aisle, where you can find the usual forms you might need to fill out for registered mail and shipping labels, it confused me since people were on both sides. Anyway, friendly inquiry from people working there or other people there to use the USPS services will quickly resolve that minor quandary. 4 stars. read more

USPS has gone downhill hard and fast the last few years, but this station is their worst. Two years ago, I had to get my Congressional office because they 'lost' ('lost', figure it out) a valuable item and I was determined to not simply file a claim and let a sticky fingered backroom employee get Christmas in July. They've since 'lost' other items, outgoing bills have been delayed by weeks ... I'm at the point where anything time sensitive or valuable goes to another station or the main facility on Sunset. The lobby is always crowded with not enough staff. If USPS actually cared about their mission (THEY DON'T), the best solution would be to bulldoze this facility and start over. read more

This is the worst post office I have ever been serviced by and I'm 67 years old with a bunch of different cities and states and neighborhoods I've lived in. I don't really pay attention to my mail. It's normally just been delivered. In the 2 years that I've been at this address I have had a LOT of mail gone missing! In the last 5 months I have had 3 checks disappear. They weren't cashed by anyone they just got lost. My license sticker from the DMV never arrived. I've had 3 notorized documents just get lost. Christmas cards being delivered in July, 3 of them in the same week. These are just items I've been waiting for, who knows what else I'm not getting. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

My package was stolen by my postal delivery person!!! I am in shocked that this happen. The delivery person inputed on my tracking number that he/she delivered my package in my mailbox on Nov 10th, I checked my box everyday and it is not there. This issue has been going on for a while. My address, sadly, is serviced by this incompetent post office location. I've lived at my house for almost 4 years and have posted notes inside my box to return all other mail to sender that's not addressed to the name on the note. They keep throwing everyone's mail into my box even for people who have moved 20 years ago. My box gets full in just a few days, and then they stop putting MY MAIL IN because the box is full, and I HAVE To drive all the way to the office and stand in 1 hour line to retrieve my own mail because they won't stop putting every single previous tenant's mail inside MY current box 4 years after moving in here. The guy who delivers my mail is also a jerk - he keeps leaving notices in the mailbox for registered mail (as if I wasn't home to answer the door, when I was!) without ever coming to my door. I have video cameras all over and he was never spotted. He just leaves the notice - go pick it up... WTFFFFFF!!!! I spoke to the manager multiple times and they told me it would get fixed. Went on a saturday mid-December and the line was extremely long extending well into the post office boxes section and only 1-2 postal workers at the counter. No room for social distancing in line. I left and returned the following Friday morning before lunch and the line initially appeared long but there was social distancing with only 8 people ahead of me. There were also 4 counters open the entire time so it went pretty quick. I was there to get a new mailbox key to my community mailbox and also to get a new post office box. The postal worker was extremely helpful and friendly enough given the conditions. Also, the line to pick up mail and packages was at least 20 people deep and moved very slow during both visits. No one ever wants to go to the post office, but you go because you have to. You weren't able to be present during the time of delivery and whatnot. My fiance needed to pick up a package but doesn't have time to run to the post office since he has to be at work early. He signed the back of the "we missed you" slip and authorized that I could pick up his package for him. I have done this before for him with no problem, but all of a sudden, a female worker gives me hell. I explained why I was here, and I gave her my ID. She then looked at my ID and asked me who I was, then said she couldn't give it to me. I asked why? I have picked up before without a problem (with my fiance signature and my name as the representative for pick up). She then said, "Well, I don't know if that's him. I don't know if that's his signature or if you just took it and signed it." I won't speak for the other employees, but she was being difficult. Why would I waste my time driving to the post office and picking up a package that I don't need?! This used to be a good place with courteous, fast, & efficient service by smiling staff. Not anymore. I came to mail packages with no priority mail boxes displayed for customers to select & use (I was told they didn't have time to put them out) & I was "barked" at by the rudest staff who should not be on customer service duty. She was loud & sullen, yelling at me for asking a quick question. I had to go back & forth home & counter to get the right boxes, tape, & address sticker. It's baffling that current staff seems to double than previous years but the level of courtesy, effectiveness, & efficiency is incomparable. It made me want to go to another post office, if not for the close proximity this facility is to my house. They ladies at the front desk all appeared to be friendly and polite - and they move quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, USPS does not take employee complaints seriously, thus allowing them to behave in a very unprofessional manner toward customers. This USPS is perhaps one of the worse in the Las Vegas Valley and I will go as far to say, the worse in the country from my own personal experience. This employee was far from professional and when I told her that I was going to report the incident, she said, "go for it, as if I care". Since USPS does not care about their employees behavior, I do believe it is the right of the consumers to know. My advice is to steer clear of this location at Pebble and Bermuda. read more

So i am expecting a package from Belgium, i have the paper with the correct adres and on the tracking site it shows that it will be returned to sender because of incorrect adress???
