    Rude people

    DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! The staff here is extremely rude -- especially the bald lady at the front ‼ I showed up 15 minutes before closing and waited my turn, only for her to suddenly tell me they were "closed," even though there were still 5 minutes left ... and the clock she was using was 10 minutes fast . She refused to help me but kept helping the people behind me (who ended up being her own family‼). When I questioned her, she got loud, started cussing at me, and even threw out racist comments . Her manager wasn't any better -- both of them were rude and unprofessional. If she hates her job this much, she shouldn't be working there. Miserable energy all around.

    If I could give negative -5 Stars I would. THE WORST POST OFFICE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Unfortunately this office is most near my apartments and who I have to deal with. Every time I've came here each employee acts like I'm bothering them, or they can't stand to be there or help anyone, you can feel it when you walk in, and hear it in the harshness & rude tone they speak to everyone with. I lost my key, they don't answer the phone I've tried calling while in line waiting and it doesn't ring there so had to come over to ask a simple question. Was charged $40 on 10/26 around 3pm. Was informed by my mail woman she didn't have any new locks on hand and took my # to text me when they were in & she could change it out. Found my key the next morning. Come to the office to try and get my refund for $40 and cancel the new key/lock. Was told that I couldn't get a refund. I'm sitting here waiting for a "supervisor" for 28 minutes now. *UPDATE - supervisor came out, asked Damon why he didn't just proceed with the refund? Because he didn't have the "Slip" & wanted to make sure my lock didn't get changed still... AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!

    Great location! Parking out front, no wait inside and excellent help by very friendly staff that was all smiles. Post offices are never like this normally!

    I go to many post offices and this is by far one of the best. The lines move quick here usually and the workers are friendly and helpful

    I had to ship some items that were really fragile to central Wisconsin from Vegas so needless to…read moresay I was worried about the journey. From start to finish Chris and his family helped explain cost and everything else. One of the items that needed to be sent was about 100 years old (found that out from my family after I had shipped it) and it was packaged so well when it arrived with the other items. To give some clarity on its journey, I had 2 chairs, a 100-year-old tea set and some fragile wall oddly shaped art that all went on one pallet. The pallet according to the tracking was transferred about 6 times on other trucks to make it here so it was bumped around countless times in terminals being loaded and unloaded. All arrived with 0 scratches, dents and fully intact. No better feeling then unpacking everything and seeing it in the condition I sent it in.

Friday came and went and I never got a call. I called Monday of the following week and was told I could pick up the boxes. I arrive only to find out that my boxes were never ordered and payment was never taken. The irresponsible owner wrote down my business card number on a piece of paper and apparently lost it. They acted like it was no big deal, were very unprofessional and rude. Do with this message what you will..

    Was on my way to an interview, and I forgot to bring my resume. Happened to come by this place…read moretucked away between horseshoe and Paris. They had a nice big printer by itself just to make copies. Like a kiosk. Easy to use. Was able to retrieve my resume, pull the file up, and print it out. This saved me embarrassment, and probably a waste of time with the interviewer saying who doesn't bring a resume to an interview. Bottom line, fast, afdordable, easy to use, and so convenient. My resume looked great on the select paper. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. What a save.

    The FedEx website stated that the Bally Paris location opens at 8 AM on sundays however when I got…read morethere the door said 9 AM on Sundays. I saw numerous people come up to the door to try to get in between 8 and 9 AM. Today Josh was my hero and I was upset to hear that he's not allowed to accept gratuity from customers. We had a very hard time finding somewhere to print our concert tickets because the FedEx in Harrahs is closed on weekends. It shouldn't be so difficult to find a place to print something so important. Josh did an excellent job today and there was a line of people waiting when he opened the store. After yesterday's festival was cancelled due to high winds our only option was to purchase tickets for today but the only way stub-hub could deliver them was by email and ticket stated it must be printed. I sent the tickets to the FedEx store email and Josh was able to print them immediately. If saved the day by showing up to work! My only complaint is the website needs to have correct Sunday hours.
