    Fantastic Friendly service. Love going to the post office although at times the lines can be long but the service is excellent

    I have had more than one male employee snarl at me at this PO. They just aren't that friendly. We prefer to go to the Bedford PO.

ELSA quoted me the wrong price for postage rate and overcharged me. When I pointed out her error, ELSA rudely told me to step aside so she could help the next customer -- without admitting that she made an error or even addressing how she would resolve this issue. I explained that I waited my turn in line, and I would like to get my package mailed so that I could move on with my day. I didn't understand why she was casting me aside to help the next customer. Why couldn't she finish my transaction? I was shocked by ELSA's belligerent, aggressive response:"OK! I made a mistake! What do YOU want me to do?!!" My response: "Um...how about correct the mistake and complete my transaction?" I felt disappointed that the other postal clerks witnessed the terrible way that ELSA treated me, but they did not step in to ask her to tone her voice down or even try to help. Instead, it was another customer that pulled me aside and said that ELSA had given him the same rude attitude, and that is why he only received service from the other clerks (if ELSA was the available clerk when his turn in line came up, the customer said that he would let the person behind him go ahead of him so he could prevent ELSA from ruining his day again). When I discussed my terrible experience with ELSA with my family, friends, and neighbors, they all agreed that they also experienced rude service from ELSA and that is why they don't go to this post office branch anymore. Now we all go to the US post office on Mass. Ave. in Arlington or Lexington. The postal clerks there are much more professional and friendly, so it's worth the extra drive!

    Extremely rude, if they were not govt workers or they would definitely be out of business and out…read moreof a job. I went in to open a po box, greeted the staff and said I was interested in a po box. Staff reply, "What about it?" I replied I would like to open a po box, a staff member shoved a form at me and walked into the back. That's part 1. I filled out the form and brought my drivers license to a large, heavy set white woman. I opened a pdf of my insurance on my phone- 2 required documents. She said she needed a paper form, so I left went to my car and retrieved the registration. She, then, said she wouldn't accept my valid US driver's license because the address was different. None of these requirements are on the actual form, but fine. I show her an employee id- no expiration date. She insists I go home and get a passport or my military id!!! After each new "requirement", she walks off to the back and pretends I'm not there anymore. I have had po boxes at several post offices including this location, for years- never had an issue actually opening the box with valid id. I did have issues with them losing mail, not being open as advertised, and never answering their phone. I'm filing a complaint, not that I expect much to come of it, but people like her is why this area has such a wonderful reputation. My only consolation is that she is probably a deeply miserable person, to feel the need treat people this way.

They hold our mail when we're away, and always get it right. Our mailman even took the "away" slip for us once because we were late getting it in. All around a nice group of professional people.

I sold an item on eBay and bought the shipping label via eBay itself. When I came to this store I explained that I needed help packaging the item and making sure it got their safe and undamaged. The staff handed me a bubble mailer. I specifically asked if it would be possible to instead provide a box with cushioning. I explained that this was an item I was selling and I needed assurance that the item would arrive undamaged in any way. The staff assured me "it won't get damaged." I voiced my skepticism however the staff seemed insistent that there would be no damage to the item. Sure enough, the item is being returned to me with photos of damage. I am now unable to sell this item now due to irreversible damage. Once again: the staff was very kind and personable: I'm only upset by the fact that they were so insistent/resistant to just provide a box. It has left me with the impression that instead of taking the extra steps to help provide what I was looking for, they just wanted to get the transaction over with asap and get on with their day. The experience has unfortunately put me off on this location and staff. I appreciate the "service with a smile" I truly do: but the professionalism unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired.

I was given a delivery date and took the fastest option as I was shipping time sensitive material and I mentioned that to the lady who was supposed to be helping me. Last I called today to understand what happened and since I went with USPS option though from their store, I am told we can't help you!!! Now the day it should be arriving to the destination, I track online and I am find the package is still in Boston!!!

    I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had at a FedEx store. The manager,…read moreBobby, tried to charge me for a bag even though my return instructions clearly state that returns without a box or label must be taken to an official FedEx store and handled at no extra cost. The instructions literally say: "Returns without a box or label must be taken to an official FedEx™ store and not a third party location. Bring the item in its original condition in the original packaging with any included accessories/parts." Not one word about paying for a bag or any packaging. Instead of following FedEx policy, the manager himself tried to upsell me for something that should've been free. That's not a mistake--that's dishonesty. For a manager to act like this is unacceptable. If a store leader is trying to charge customers for items that should be provided, it makes me question the entire location's integrity. FedEx needs to look into this immediately because this kind of behavior is horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. I will never return to this location and I'll warn others to stay away too.

The staff member calmly walked me through all the steps, took time to define terms that I was confused by, and made sure to explain the shipping options and rates. It was overall a highly pleasant and professional interaction, and I expect I will go out of my way to use this Fedex location in the future.
